It probably was the coldest night in December and at 9pm water was backing up from underneath my toilets. My 86yr old mother lives with me and as you know you cant not have a bathroom issue. I called it said for faster response send a text and within 10 minutes I had a response told them what was happening and they were there within an hour. Two of the nicest and respectable hard working men showed up and with in 45 min they had it fixed. They will definitely remain on my contact list. I need to just say thank you for your fast response my mother was very happy 😊Definitely will recommend them!!

Highly recommend!! We had a leaking spigot by our back patio, so I started calling different plumbing companies for estimates. After Hours Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was one of two companies that actually picked up the phone. When I asked Susan for a ballpark number on getting it fixed, she said her husband would see if he could just rebuild the existing spigot and that would save us the cost of replacing the entire thing. I immediately scheduled an appointment because the other plumbing company that I spoke to did not mention that fixing the existing structure was possible and wanted to charge more than double what Susan and Richie were charging. I truly appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. Richie came out at our appointment time and our spigot no longer leaks!On a side note, Susan and Richie are good people that make you feel like family. Fixing up the spigot instead of replacing it is definitely something my brothers and dad would have had me do if I lived back home. Susan was so pleasant and patient on the phone with my many questions. She also texted me updates on the day of the appointment for arrival times. Richie is just a wealth of knowledge -- aside from fixing our spigot, he gave me really helpful advice on our septic system and our newly planted trees that he observed while in our backyard.

He really helped us out!! I called in because our septic alarm was going off. This is our first home with one so we really didn’t know what to do. With it being the holiday and after 5pm on a Friday, he took our call and walked us through what to check for before having to have someone come out and charge us an arm and a leg. It turned out to be an easy fix and he didn’t charge us a dime. We are so grateful! Will definitely being contacting them in the future if we ever have issues!

The company was extremely responsive to a whole-home plumbing back up I had in one of my rental properties. The tech came out late a night, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the tenants toilets and showers working again. This company is amazing. I am 9 months pregnant and my kitchen sink would not stop leaking. I was absolutely losing my mind. Our main line sewer pipe had a major clog due to the pipe being broken and we had roots impeding the passage of sewage from our home to the street. After Hours Plumbing & Drain Cleaning- (Richie) came out within the hour of us calling and we called at 9pm. He was there and worked on our issue for an extended amount of time, past 1am without being able to remedy our issue. He decided at that point he would return in the morning with a different piece of equipment that would be able to quite literally blast through our issue. He was 100% correct. The issue was resolved within 2.5 minutes of him beginning the process. He was then able to run a camera through the line and see where our blockage had been and offer a solution. He was at all times 100% a professional and patient even though the process quite frustrating. He maintained communication with me keeping me updated on his arrival times. I very much appreciate Richie and his work ethic and knowledge. Thank you so very much once again.

Totally awesome job. After trying for weeks to determine why my water and sewer bill kept increasing each month I finally called After Hour Plumbing. With their detection equipment they were able to determine that the cause was a broken under ground water line leading into the house. While there I also had them to replace my hot water heater. After Hours Plumbing provided fast, excellent and professional service in repairing my water heater, which another plumbing company initially wanted to charge a ridiculous and high price to repair or replace it. Richie quickly identified the problem, replace the parts needed, and provided advice/recommendation if the problem reoccurs. He charged way below the asking price from another repair offer.. Prior, I called another plumbing company’s who wanted to charge approximately $100 or more to come out to survey the heater, $3k to $8k to repair or replace it (recommended). I’m glad I decided to look for another company. Regardless, whether you need minor or major plumbing repairs, After Hours Plumbing will give you a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

My well over 85 year old moms water main sprung a leak. They where great to talk to and very understanding of my moms situation. After Hours Plumbing didnt inflate the work or try to take advantage of my mom in any way. One company, which I will not name, actually wanted my mom to replace the whole line! Thankfully After Hours Plumbing quickly came and professionally found and fixed the underground water main leak at a tiny fraction of what others were asking for. Certainly would use again and highly would recommend.

I needed my water supply line to my washer repaired in a house built in 1984 as one was corroded and the delivery crew from Lowe’s allegedly couldn’t shut the water off. They came out and had to cut a piece of Sheetrock out to get access to the lines and replaced the Sheetrock with an access panel. Timely response when I requested them via text message. You get an invoice the next day via a text link. I paid via credit card and had a receipt via text in less than 30 seconds. They are tech savvy. Rep was courteous and efficient and cleaned up as you would expect.

Thanks guys for being there to help us out. We had a complete clog that shut us down at 9pm on a Friday night. We tried everything we could. We called AHP&C first thing Saturday morning and they showed up ready to fix the issue. Somehow our septic line was stopped up at the street and away for our house. They put the high pressure system to work and busted through to blockage. No issues since and we have them on speed dial now. We highly recommend these gentlemen for fast and professional service. On top of that they are very affordable.

This is my family’s second time using this company for plumbing issues we have found in our house and I am amazed every time at the quality of work that is performed. We had a water line break overnight that we had to cut the water off for to prevent our water bill from sky rocketing. Plumber came out the next day to repair the damage in no time! Very professional company that I will continue to use for all my plumbing needs. 10/10 recommend
