Professional, honest, and knowledgeable.We are thinking of some interior projects for our home and we want to be sure that our foundation is good before carrying out any work. Mr. Mark Padilla came out and provided a foundation evaluation. He educated us on what to watch and provided an objective assessment of our foundation status. Impressed that they placed a rug at the front door to remove any dirt before entering the house and covered up the furniture with sheets to prevent dust from settling. We had All Texas Foundation repair adjust some of our exterior piles that they had done about 14 years ago for a previous owner of our house, and they also added some interior piles as well, since some things had shifted after we added onto the house. They were very professional and kind, completed their work in a timely manner and left our house clean and safe for our two young kids to walk around safely while we’re waiting to patch the holes. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair!

We used All Texas Foundation Repair to level our foundation back in 2013 and they did a great job. I just had them come back out to take a look to see if we needed any touch up work done before we have hardwood floors installed, and Mark (the same wonderful guy who helped us 10 years ago) took the time to carefully inspect our foundation and he was very honest and said everything looked good and no work was needed. I dont normally write reviews, but I have to say how professional this company is, from Mark giving an estimate, Susan working with me to make sure I wasnt losing my mind to Arturo and his crew making sure the job was done perfectly. My foundation was repaired in 3 days including additional work that I requested on the final day of work.They were more than fair with their pricing and payments. They beat the competition by 50% with no money upfront. I cant recommend this company enough.

My father was a general contractor who exemplified quality, thorough work and looked for the same when working with other companies. When I discovered a foundation problem, I was extremely nervous about finding a great foundation repair company because I knew selling my home would be an ongoing issue if the foundation was not repaired properly. When I found an old receipt from all Texas foundation repair from when my father did business with them 10 years ago, and I knew I was on the right track. Mark exemplified integrity, compassion, professionalism and willingness to go beyond the extra mile. The work done on my foundation was efficient, accurate and thorough. During my closing, the buyer displayed uncertainty about the foundation. Mark was willing to speak to them and explain the quality of work done and his companies outstanding track record on a Saturday while he was in between job appointments. He spent AN HOUR on the phone with my buyers to reassure them of the quality of the foundation repair. One of the best home contractors Ive ever dealt with. All Texas Foundation Repair is professional, efficient and honest. They dont upsell, haggle or try to intimidate you into overspending or overcorrecting. In fact, on their recommendation I ended up with a much lower priced and less invasive repair than I expected. The company has been around a long time, has a sterling reputation and offers transferable lifetime warranty on their work. Basically the opposite of every stereotype about the foundation repair industry. A-1 experience if you happen to need it.Update: Mark Padilla, the company guru, has graciously performed a followup consultation to reassure us that things are holding post-repair, especially with the drought & weather fluctuations of the last year, offering helpful hints about maintenance and keeping cosmetic issues down. All Texas Foundation Repair just completed foundation leveling at my house, and I am very pleased with the company, their responsiveness and the results. I have never had to have this type of work done before, and I was a bit nervous...worrying about the possibility of cracked walls & tiles. Mark Padilla promised me an awesome job, and All Texas delivered. Their crew was timely, hard working, knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to allow me to peer over their shoulders to understand the process. I highly recommend this company! Definitely give them a call if you suspect that might need foundation work.As an additional FYI, about 10 years ago I thought I might need foundation work. I called out 2 companies...one quoted around $9k, and the other quoted $16k, so I paid a structural engineer to evaluate my house. At that time the engineer said that while my house had some settling, he wouldn’t recommend any work be done since the foundation was within tolerance. Ten years later, and considerably more settling...but All Texas Foundation’s quote was about half the lowest quote. Yes it was smaller in scope, but the work they quoted and performed was all that was needed.I believe them to be professional, knowledgeable & very reputable. Definitely call them out to evaluate your foundation repair needs.

We were making plans to do some cosmetic work in the house and before we did that work wanted to make sure the few cracks we found weren’t because of any foundation issues. I was in search for the foundation company I used about 7 years ago only to find that it seemed as if they may be out of business. Needing to find another company who was reputable and reliable, I ran across All Texas Foundation Repair. The reviews spoke very highly of this company and they’ve been in business for a long time, so I decided to reach out. Mark was able to come the same day to assess our situation. He is extremely personable and just a really nice guy. He’s quite knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he would be doing to assess for the need of foundation repair and how he would do it. When he was done he let us know that there was no need for any foundation repair at this time based off of his findings. We were so relieved! We were very impressed with the honesty in this day and age. That goes a long way. It would have been so easy to take our money. And because of it I can definitely tell you that we will look no further than All Texas Foundation Repair if we have any needs in the future.

He checked the levelness and condition of the foundation and showed me that it was within tolerances and he explained that it did not need to be leveled. Bill is great and honest. I own a 1920 bungalow in the heights and I had a quote from one company of $7000 of all the things that needed to be done. Bill with All Texas Foundation Repair came out and right from exiting his vehicle said there is nothing wrong here hahahHe further went to explain the history of the home, why the things where built the way they where and that after measurements assured me the home was in a good place and he didnt want to take my money but if I saw any big cracks start to form or any questions to give him a call.Grateful for his honesty and if nothing else would recommend for a second opinion on foundation leveling.

I can’t recommend All Texas Foundation enough! This company was hired by a prior owner of our house 19 years ago to perform foundation work. Our home is currently for sale and a potential buyer had concerns that the house was actively moving. I called All Texas to come take a look and they showed up at my door less than two hours later! They inspected the house and confirmed no active movement. I am so impressed we were treated this well (and promptly!) when we weren’t even the original customers. All Texas Foundation truly stands behind their work!

Wow! Very shocked and taken a back by the previous reviewers comments. That is NOT the experience I had at all with the honesty and professionalism of All Texas Foundation. My husband and I recently moved to Houston and purchased a home, where we had multiple companies bid our foundation work with bids ranging from $3,000-$9,000. Bill came out to quote our home with his 30 years of experience said that it would be unethical to quote the job because the foundation level differences in the house were within acceptable limits. Bill showed us things that we could do with our existing contractor to address the issues without having to pay to have a Foundation company repair the little level changes that concerned us, before we installed our new windows. He even came out AGAIN to check the new flooring levels to verify the issues were resolved. When other foundation companies were trying to cash in on the housing boom, Bill was honest, ethnical, and a great resource to have. I would recommend All Texas Foundation Repair.

Responsive and Courteous. Bill Marks and the team worked on my block and beam home 8 years ago and an adjustment 2 years ago. Block and beam homes are sensitive to temp and moisture fluctuations and the work that they have done is excellent. Bill Marks of All Texas Foundation added piles to our home in 2007. Since then he has come out twice at no cost and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. After the drought, he said it hadnt changed enough to be worried. This time (2016) I called him after a rafter in my attic broke. We had Olshan estimate $14,000 to fix the problem. Bill showed me how 1 inch over 40 isnt enough movement to cause the broken rafter. If it had been a foundation problem, the rafters would have separated from the main ridge in the roof. It was nice to have someone not try to sell me something I didnt need!!

We had them come out back in 1999 for foundation repair. They added piers around the perimeter of my house (sides of the house, and rear of the house). Job was perfect. Over the years though ive had cracks in the drywalls and was concerned about the foundation in the front of the house (garage floor was slightly raised). I had done my research before calling him, researching about foundation piers, and the soil (clay) .I cant remember the name of the gentleman who came over (Mark or Bill), but he was professional and courteous in explaining my current issues. After measuring the house and checking the levels he assured me that while i could spend the money to fix the front of the house (plus cover the other piers under the warranty) that it wasnt necessary to fix the foundation at the time. The clay soil was the problem, and the house would always move slightly on the soil (Houstons fault) while the damage to the garage slab was minimal. The cost today to have it fixed would be the same if the foundation in the front was much more misaligned in the future (as he assured me)If youre looking for an honest company that truly cares for the customer, i highly recommend you check them out.

These guys did our foundation back in 1991. Its been many years later and we are getting ready to put a new roof on, so we wanted to make sure the foundation wasnt messed up, since weve had floods and droughts since 1991. I called them to come out and do an inspection/assessment to see what might need to be done. Bill Marks, the owner, came out with equipment, did a thorough inspection, and verified that weve had LESS than 1/2 of movement since 1991, which is remarkable. As it turned out, the foundation is fine and good to go for the new roof. He told us that if we noticed any funky stuff in the future, we should call him to come back and inspect it again. Super knowledgeable and truly upfront with us. If you need foundation work done, this is who you should call!

So I contacted All Texas Foundation Repair for an estimate. The next day Mark came out and inspected the inside and outside of my home. He later determined that I did not have a foundation issue. As you can imagine being a homeowner this was a great relief. It is very rare that you find someone with such honesty in this day and age. I would also like to mention that I had a highly recommended foundation company come out a few years prior and they wanted to charge 15-20k for repairs that evidently were not needed. When he was done, he told us we really did not need to do anything and that her house was still good. Really?? We were NOT expecting that at all. Most contractors are ready to take your money, but he gave her an honest evaluation and his professional opinion. Very professional, polite, and patient with us. He explained and showed us what he was seeing and what he was looking for. He answered our questions and asked a lot of questions about the history of the house (additions/renovations). Bill Marks of All Texas Foundation Repair is the honest, experienced, professional you want at your home. Our wood floor had developed a serious space which made me think I had a foundation problem. Bill measured the slopes and found some settlement variance, but not enough to justify house leveling. Bill could easily convinced us to spend a few thousand $ on a foundation revamp, but instead he referred us to a floor specialist for a much less expensive fix.

Mark, Arturo and the office staff are amazing! They completed a rather difficult and large job on my home February of 2020.My home needed the entire perimeter leveled plus the garage, as well as a few piers inside.The crew was punctual, professional and skilled.My home has never been this level!Ive enjoyed walking around the house closing doors that havent closed right in a decade.I would definitely reccomend and use again.The crew cleaned up very well and even distributed some extra dirt leftover in low spots in the yard.I cant say enough good things!

Bill Marks has done two houses that I have lived in over the last 15 years. He has even had some of the same employees for all these years, which is impressive because you know this isnt some fly by night company. This is what made me choose them the second time and I would choose them again. Another company had given me a comparable quote, but had not been in business very long and that didnt make me comfortable .

We noticed cracks in our walls and ceilings sheetrock and wanted to make sure the foundation was okay before repairs. Bill Marks inspected our foundation and said he didnt believe the foundation was an issue. He took readings with his altimeter tool throughout the house to confirm.

I was referred to All Texas Foundation, and I am glad I stumbled into requesting for a quote on a leveling job I was considering. Bill Marks showed up, and I could tell he wasnt looking to sell me on a service that was unnecissary. He provided me his thoughts and recommendations while informing me of the benifits or advantages I could expect. I ended up not needing any leveling as my home was slightly unlevel. I will be keeping his contact info for later needs.
