Our experience has been great w/ 314 Solutions. We worked with Bryan Keefe & They know customer service!! Quality product too! Answered any & all questions, explained more than other companies when we initially spoke w 2 other roofing businesses. We had a couple things needed to complete the job & it was a smooth process. We had photos before, during & after too. We were impressed a manager was on site the whole time our roof was replaced. We are so glad we no longer have to worry about rain leaking & hope our electric bill reflects the improvements! We are recommending them to anyone looking for professionalism, quality work & materials with above & beyond customer service!

314 roofing was amazing.I got my roof fully replaced in one week from the first time I picked up the phone and spoke to someone.Spencer and Bryan from sales were awesome. I ended up going with the storm protector class 4 shingle which will save me annually on home insurance as well as the solar fan which I can get a rebate through taxes.10/10 recommend also Jose A., the project manager was very responsive and sent me photos of my roof during and after the process.I got 2 other quotes from competitors and I feel 100% happy with my purchase from 314 roofing and the value I got for what I paid.

Called 314 after learning about them on Great Day Houston the day after Beryl hit. Id not sustained any storm damage, but I knew my roof was old and likely in need of replacement. Took them up on their FREE inspection and met with Andy Kelly that Friday. He went over EVERYTHING - provided pics & video of his assessment. The shingle color I selected was approved by my HOA and I got on the schedule to get my new roof. Worked with Jose Almanzar for my re-roof. He and his crew worked ALL day into the evening to get it done. Great prep, removal and cleanup, as well as a gorgeous NEW ROOF! After much research, consulting with friends and 2 quotes from different roofing companies, I settled on 314 Roofing Solutions to replace my 19 year old leaky roof. First of all they have awesome reviews from customers and the BBB. Josh Rugnao was the representative that I worked with and between him, the support folks in the office and the project manager Jose Almanzar, I have had a very pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations. I interacted the most with Josh and he is a very thorough, well mannered, upfront, helpful, professional and was always accessible young man. He probably had to go over some things a few time with me but he was always very patient. All my interactions with this company made me feel appreciated as a client and the whole process was very well organized. I also feel that they went above and beyond to address some concerns I had with attic ventilation. I have great peace of mind about this new roof thanks to 314 Roofing and the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty that they are qualified to provide. Im glad that they were recommended to me and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

I had Josh Rugnao with 314roof come out to do an inspection to either verify or critique my insurance companies review. Not only was he honest and very upfront he never tried to sell me on anything. He was thorough and explained everything. Additionally he made me feel comfortable with this process and he gave me a price with other options to go with it. Then the worker came out a few days later (I didnt catch his name) to do the repairs and went above and beyond in my opinion and even caulked areas that could lead to future issues. I will not look anywhere else when needing anything roof related especially in times like these where its easy to get taken advantage of.Thank you again!!!

I was having consistent leaking in my modular home. I had tried several times to get the manufacturer to fix the issue, but to no avail. I called 314 and Josh came out diagnosed the issues with my roof vents and we discussed the solution options. He provided quotes for the options we discussed the next day, and I chose the option that worked best for me. Basically I decided for them to replace all the cheap plastic roof vents that were failing due to warpage, with the newer metal vents that Josh and hjs team recommended. They scheduled the work, came out completed the job as agreed, and I have not seen any leaks since. No problems even with hurricane Beryl coming through. So happy I got this completed before the storm. Again, no leaks, I am a very happy customer, and I would add that Josh and the sales/billing staff I interfaced with throughout the process were all excellent, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Jose Almanzar and his crew did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our addition. They were on-time, efficient, and provided an excellent product. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. They prepped the site beforehand with catch-nets to collect all the debris of the old roof, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. When they saw small maintenance needs on my main roof (not part of their contract), they made the fixes with no fuss and no extra cost. They even painted the vent stacks on the roof to match the shingle color. They obviously care about the quality of their work.

Its difficult to write a review that fully encompasses how happy I am with the job they did with replacing our roof. From scheduling the inspection to the final walkthrough it was an absolute pleasure working with this company. Andy & Josue took pictures & videos of the entire roof inspection so that we could see the exact damage & know exactly what were paying for. We met with 5 roofing companies & they gave us the best price for Owens Corning shingles. Although we didnt need it, they offer interest free financing for 12 months with no down payment required, no other company we met with offered that. They got us on the calendar in less than a week & replaced the roof in one day. Sebastian & his entire crew were so kind, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. They went above & beyond in making sure our house & landscaping were protected. Sebastian repaired a gutter that was improperly installed by the previous owner even though this was not the companys responsibility. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all are, Ill never use another roofing company again. If I could give them 100 stars I would! I did the research so you dont have to, choose 314 for all your roofing needs.

We used 314 Roofing to re-roof our home and we could not be happier with the results. Bryan Keefe did an excellent job from start to finish explaining what we needed, what our options were and what the process involved. He kept us in the loop the entire time and the project went perfectly. Sebastian, the team leader for the crew, was excellent and his guys did a great job protecting our property throughout the process. They increased the ventilation in our roof as well and we can already feel the benefit which keeps our home cooler! Our roof is now Windstorm Compliant, so we get an insurance discount and we use less electricity which means our roof is paying for itself and its protecting our investment! We would call Bryan Keefe and 314 Roofing again without hesitation. They are also Owens Corning certified and will follow up on an annual basis to keep my roof in great shape!

This company is out of this world amazing! Victor came out to give me an estimate and not only was professional but, took the time to educate me on roofing and also invited me back to there office to show me the difference in materials and price instead of just telling me you could see it for yourself. 314 Roofing is the absolute gold standard of roofing inspection, roofing repair, and roofing installation. When I recently noticed water stains on the sheetrock ceiling in my garage closet, a quick visual inspection revealed that I had a serious soft spot in the roof and that flashing incorrectly installed by the builder was most likely the root cause for these problems. I contacted three roofing companies to obtain quotes for the necessary repairs. Two of the companies I contacted didn’t even put a ladder on the house nor make any attempt to get on the roof and determine the extent of the damage. When I called 314 Roofing, the owner, Andy Kelly, and two of his foreman showed up at 8a the next day and spent over an hour on top of my house inspecting the roof. After completing their inspection, Andy and his lead foreman, Homer Valencia, spent another hour showing me high-res color photos and videos of the areas of my roof that they deemed problematic and in need of repair. Needless to say, 314 Roofing got the job and these guys worked tirelessly for two days making sure the damaged areas of my roof were properly repaired. They even went to the trouble to paint all of the existing lead boots and vents protruding through the roof to make everything look aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Cannot recommend 314 Roofing highly enough!! True professionals who care about the quality of their work and truly want to do things right the first time, no matter how much time and effort that involves. Photos of my roof both before and after the repair show the amazing job that 314 Roofing did on my house. They matched the shingle color so closely it’s virtually impossible to tell the roof was even repaired. Thanks for fixing my roof, Andy and Homer! You guys are simply the best!

Great company, worked with Bryan K. Walked us through every step of the way for all the repairs that needed to be done and materials being used. Very professional, did a great job with the clean up. The crew was polite and worked hard to get our roof repaired. Even came out before the replacement and patched a leak on a weekend during heavy rains. Added more vents to our attic and repaired soffit damage.
