    I contacted Air Tech initially for their maintenance membership package (best offer and pricing, did the research) and to troubleshoot why my A/C would cut off unexpectedly. Rory came out and within 5 minutes was able to identify the issue, which was an easy fix. He was personable, knowledgeable as he answered all of our questions, and welcoming. We were very glad that we signed up for the membership and look forward to utilizing them in the future.

    We had Air Tech come and check the plumbing of our home. Upon arrival, Pierce Richard was polite and professional. He did a full inspection and then went over everything in exquisite detail. He was not pushy at all and was patient when I asked questions. When we chose the option that worked best for us, he then got straight to work on all the repairs. He was very organized and clean while working and I appreciated that a lot. We are going to request Pierce again in the future for all our plumbing needs.

    I switched to air-tech after my new build warranty expired, I didn’t realize what I was missing out on. Both technicians I have had (Claudia and Micah) have been so helpful and kind. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. It has been the best experience working with them.Scheduling is super easy as well!     Jessie was the coolest tech I’ve worked with. He was very informative and knowledgeable. From the time I hung up and told a few hours, he was here in under 2 minutes, as in not possible. All on a Saturday with no big talk of how this is an emergency call 💵 💵It was great, I’m on the maintenance plan and feel good knowing my AC is handled.

    Air Tech of Houston was great from the initial phone call through job completion. MC was our service expert. He is knowledgable, friendly, and does a good job of explaining the issues and options. He was patient will all of our questions and I felt he helped us make the right decision. He returns calls quickly. It was much appreciated. The installers, Antonio and Juan were excellent. They pay attention to the details, dont try and cut corners, and took the time to do the job right. We ran into a few issues during installation and they made sure that the work was done right and not just patch over it. Overall, I feel like we made the right decision in choosing Air Tech of Houston. And will use them again.

During the service appointment, he explained what he was doing, was polite, and very efficient. Our home is older and despite many roadblocks, he figured everything out and kept us informed.     Antonio Pruitt and Henry Brown came to our home to install a dual UV bulb and clean our air ducts.They did a great job! They’re very transparent and explain the process to us. They were also very respectful of our home and were very punctual. We enjoyed having them in our home and highly recommend customers request them as a tech in the future.One complaint is that we were told and sold on the idea that all of our ducts would be clean by a previous technician however, we were told the hoses Air Tech has are not small enough to fit all of the ducts that we have. We felt like if we have the standard size ductwork in our home then Air Tech should have the appropriate hoses to fit all standard size ducts.Our last complaint is again we were sold on and paid for a dual UV lamp to be installed, but the technician only had one because he wasn’t supplied with the dual lamp.This is quite frustrating and annoying because we would have gotten ripped off if we didn’t pay attention and ask questions.I would urge Air Tech to create a better communication system between the customer, the salesman, and the technician because what the customer was told and what the technician were told were two different things.However, like I said Andrew, Pruitt and Henry Brown, were very transparent about the process and made sure we were rescheduled to get the dual lamp installed correctly, and to have our air ducts fogged to reach the ducts that weren’t able to be vacuumedAgain, we highly recommend them. They did a great job.

    MC Perez from air tech did a great job helping me get my a/c running again. It Took him under a minute to find out that I had a sensor problem he had sensors in his truck. He replaced it and it was all done in 10 minutes. Great service

He spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly examining the unit and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. I was truly impressed by his commitment when he spent over three hours on hold, trying his best to find a solution for us. When it became clear that he couldnt fix it, he didn’t just leave us hanging; instead, he took the time to recommend an alternative method to help us bypass the problem.What stood out the most was how he went above and beyond his job duties, patiently waiting on hold and explaining everything in a way that made it easy for us to understand the situation and how to navigate our warranty. It was such a relief during a frustrating time, and we felt truly supported. When the time comes to replace the unit next month, we will absolutely be reaching out to Air Tech again and specifically requesting Pierce’s assistance. His compassion and expertise made all the difference for us.

    A heartfelt thank you to MC Perez of Air Tech of Houston for the outstanding professional diagnostic service on our air conditioning system. Your friendliness and thorough explanation of our options made what could have been a stressful decision into a clear and manageable one. This was the second time we used Air Tech in the last few months. Both of our older units getting serviced. Highly recommend, Mr. Perez, he worked late in the evening and you can tell he takes pride in his work and loves helping the customer. Air Tech is getting our coil replaced in less than one day. Install was done by Eden Maldonado and a helper. They did a very professional installation in about 5-6 hours replacing plenum and evaporator coil in our main hvac. Unit looks better than when the builder installed. Both were friendly and respectful of property. Over all great experience and would recommend their services to anyone.

    We had an urgent plumbing issue yesterday. I was able to schedule same-day service, knowing it would be late in the day/evening. Pierce Richard arrived and immediately impressed me. He was professional and friendly; it was obvious he knew his business. He reviewed the process with me, listened to my explanation of events, and got to work right away. He was able to resolve our issue and worked several hours to ensure it was completed correctly. We will definitely ask for Pierce in the future!

    I have been a customer of Air Tech for some time now but not used them for plumbing. Today I used them for plumbing as I had a leak in the copper line from our water heater. Derrick was prompt, professional, informative, descriptive, and performed an expert repair. This is the type of service that should be applauded and unfortunately not performed by other plumbers that I had used previously who were dishonest and padding their bill. I have even been informed that I am on the no service list by a prior company because their technicians onjected to my correcting their itemized bill. Speaks volumes that Air Tech has honest personnel and doesnt perform surprise billing. Also speaks volumes that a company would adjust the bill and then allow a disgruntled employee to retaliate bybplacing a member household on a listvtobrefusebfuture service. Alas, I digress. We will definitely utlize our combined membership again although we certainly hope we dont have to do so. Thank-you Derrick and thank you Air Tech for comprehensive and professional service.

    Matthew was great! Professional, thorough, and quick. Like the rest of Air Tech representatives I’ve dealt with on the generator and two A/C units, at the end of the job everything is left better than they found it. I’m really happy with the technicians! I’m as happy with the scheduling. I wasted two days off when the schedule changed and no one showed up or informed me of the change. I understand things happen and the schedule can be fluid, but dispatch should be making sure the customer is informed. There were several times I was surprised when I was notified of an appointment the day of. Also, I’ve been waiting a week for the manager of generator sales to contact me on some questions I have concerning changes to the equipment.

    Kevin from Air Tech was a great guy , we walked through the entire system and the Attic too. Outdoors we found one of our Unit needs to be replaced and the order was placed for a New Carrier Unit. All the Air Vents were inspected and the Filters were advised to be changed. It was something new knowledge to me that the Air Filters were to be changed Quarterly and I literally kept them for more than 6 months. Thanks Kevin for all your tips and suggestions. Looking forward for another Team to come and fix anchor bolts for the New Compressor Unit to the Foundation as they had to cut the old anchor bolts. Waiting for the office to Register the Unit with Carrier so that we can have the 10 year warranty for the parts as promised prior installation.Today 8 Aug 2024Mario came to anchor the unit to the foundation and did an excellent job. He also coated the bolts with silicone gel to prevent from rusting and ease of removal in future. Air Tech of Houston kept their word and did the job in a Professional Manner.Today 10 AugustAfter installing the normal inspection of the system done by Kenya Robinson was he was great.

    I would also like to send a grateful thank you out to Eden Maldonado, who actually installed my new compressor. First of all, the weather forecast for that day and daily for a week thereafter, that it was going to rain. He put up an awning to work in the rain if necessary. It didnt rain while he was working, but wow, being prepared like that impressed me that Air Tech plans for contingencies! I went outside to check on how things were going, and he actually was inside the AC frame, working in tight quarters to connect everything up properly. He was professional, kind, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about AC work and willing to answer questions for me. Its comforting to work with knowledgeable, dedicated technicians who care about excellence. My air conditioner is cooling great now thanks to Air Tech!

    We were visited today by Mr. Pierce Richards of Air Tech of Houston on August 2, 2024.Mr Richards is very very patient and knowledgeable in his profession. He took the time to explain everything that was happening with regard to finding a leak at my home.He even assisted me by speaking with the water company to explain what he found on the water meter and that it showed no leak at this time.The water company agreed with his findings and agreed to send out a copy of the days the leakage started which was the date I had a fence installed in that area. The dates were in July 2024.I appreciated his concern and interest to help resolve this problem. He is very knowledgeable and will be a great asset wherever his career takes him. I will be using Air Tech of Houston just because of the service and friendly attitude he brought with him. Thank you Air Tech and thank you Pierce Richard.

    My husband and I used Air Tech in the past for complete HVAC system installations in each of our homes before we were married and were very pleased with their service so when we purchased a new home that had two very old systems that needed to be replaced, they got the first call. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest, but their product and warranty were by far the best, and the salesman Rory landed on a price that considered our repeat business with the company. To minimize the inconvenience, they sent two crews to install both systems on the same day. The crew leaders Antonio and Juan were both very professional, did a great job keeping me informed as the work progressed throughout the day and when it was done, walking me through the technical details of the system and the set-up of the wi-fi thermostat. The techs were very respectful of the property and cleaned up all signs of their work inside and out before they left. I highly recommend Air Tech for all your HVAC needs!

    I’m thankful to Air Tech for the courtesy I received while diagnosing issues with my mini-split unit. Both Techs (Arif and Jay) were very knowledgeable and professional. Air Tech is the third AC company, in two weeks, that I’ve had to my house for this issue. Air Tech sent Techs that were knowledgeable of Daikin mini-split AC units, unlike the other two AC companies.     We have had high humidity at our new house. We contacted Air Tech of Houston on a Friday and they sent out Kevin on Tuesday of the next week. Kevin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a good job of explaining what he thought the issue was. I am giving four stars because the new AC solution seemed like the most extreme option. Ultimately, we paid $90 to have someone come out and tell us we need a whole new $20-27k system and no low price options to actually change our current situation.

    This post is for Mr. Henry Brown, one of the technicians that works for this company. Mr. Brown started a job that was quoted by someone else in the company a few days prior to his visit. He started at 9 AM. The project turned out to be much more difficult, but he stayed the course and worked the entire day to deliver a great product on behalf of the company. He worked Until 10 o’clock at night to make sure the work was not only done, but done right. He didn’t seem to cut corners given the amount of time he invested, but I’m no expert on HVAC repair & will ultimately need to see how the system works over the next several weeks to give a more thorough review.

    I would like to say THANK YOU to Air Tech of Houston. My a/c had went out and I got it checked out. I was given a quote and I tried all my options to get it repaired. I had no solution and had accepted my fate, just use fans with this heat. I felt bad for my daughters. Air Tech of Houston came to the rescue. They called me Friday morning to let me know that they were going to replace the part and that they were going to fix it free of charge. That it was a Mother’s Day gifts. They started draining the old hot water heaters, then disconnected everything and started bringing them down.They got heaters ready and installed them. Piercedid a fantastic job installing the heaters. Just look at his pictures and you will see how great of a job he did. Plus it was major hot.     Sam was amazing. He came out super late not even sure of time as we had been moving all day as pretty tired but it was well after 10. He asked some questions, checked all the equipment, and even went up in the attic. He did notice some issues and will be reporting to the landlord.     The tech who came out was excellent, just like Mr. Canales who originally came out for the first service call. I do have one complaint & this is about your tracker. Your scheduler sends out an email/ text to track where the tech is in relation to your home. For the longest time your tracker showed the tech was at your shop. Then less than a few seconds later it showed he was at my house ringing the door bell. If you ask customers to track your tech to the customer house, please make sure your tracking software works. Dont be like centerpoints tracker, that does not work, right now your tracker does not work.

    I had the most chaotic start to a morning I’ve had in about a decade. As I started getting ready for the day, I suddenly heard the putter patter of tiny little drops playfully splattering all over my closet floor. As it happened, after trudging through the insulation, we found a pipe had burst. Then we shut everything to do with water off, even the garden hose. I called airtech of Conroe and about two hours later I was greeted by Travis! He was efficient, friendly, and professional. He worked some kind of magic high up in the attic, because before we knew it he had replaced the pipe and asked for the water to be turned on. Which was almost as far away from the attic entrance as a vindictive floor planner could make. All was well again, I payed a fair price, and my life went back to normal.
