He allayed my fears of rodents which I did not have but gave great pest control measures to prevent any further concerns. The technician removed the bat with no issues and did a treatment on the front and back to prevent other bats from returning. He explained the process and also let me know other services he performs.I called other companies that were supposed to be open on Sunday and he is the only one who answered his phone. He was even able to come before the time he had given. I really appreciate the service.I may use him for other services if needed!

Delighted with the service. We noticed noises after the hurricane - a hole in the roof allowed some creatures to enter the attic. Houston Pest Control was incredibly responsive and turned up the next day to set traps. Three days later and the unexpected houseguests were evicted. Once again, I called in the evening and HPC turned up first thing the next day. Fantastic, timely service. Highly recommend.

We called Houston Pest Control on a Saturday and they came to assess the problem later that afternoon. They were very timely and came exactly when they said they would. Luckily we did not have any pests that required treatment, so they came and evaluated for free. We will be using them for any pest needs in the future.
