Luis and his crew at kitchen and Bath Decor are incredible. During the planning, Adrien was generous with her time while we figured out what we wanted; once we got into actual construction, he and his crew truly went above and beyond to bring our dream to life. All while being mindful of our budget. Our new kitchen is gorgeous, and so much more than we could have ever hoped for. Although it took a little bit longer than what was expected, we are happy with the in result, and we understand the construction is not easy. We would never want to have had to go through this by ourselves. The installers are not easy to manage and schedule the project manager job is very difficult, but we’re very happy that we’ve got the wonderful kitchen that we hope for we are praying for your success and we will keep you in mind after we recover from the cost of the kitchen. We are going to do the bathroom, we will certainly come to you.

I have had many dealings with contractors and done a lot of previous remodeling on various properties before I arrived at Kitchen and Bath DecorI had decided to remodel my master bathroom from top to bottom and went to see the team at Kitchen & Bath with very specific ideas of design and materials. I could not be happier with the whole project. The only complaint is the installers where difficult with scheduling at times I did miss a couple of days of work waiting gor a worker that didn’t make it that dayThe design team made an extraordinary effort to find the exact things I was looking for including a very hard to find color of glass tile. The design they came up with was perfect and exactly what I wanted. We agreed on a price and a start date a couple of months in the future. I was advised that the project would take about 3 weeks.Exactly on the day they told me they would arrive, they did! The team came in and completely covered the bedroom area and I realized that they really meant “dust free”. Everyone who worked on my project was pleasant and helpful. The office would call and let me know who would be arriving on the following day and at what time. They didn’t even get annoyed when I kept changing my mind on paint color.The project lasted just over 6 weeks longer than promised but I changed a lot of my designs of my house in the end my house wad left perfectly clean and shining.I wholeheartedly rate Kitchen & Bath Decor in the heights a 10 on a scale of 1-10! Thank you for your hard work .

I had a great experience with KBD for my bathroom remodeling project. Right after the first call with Celeste I knew that this was the right company for me as she paid attention to my wishes, asked critical questions, and didnt try to push just the standard bathroom design onto me. I love that I could discuss pros and cons of certain design decisions and materials with Celeste , throughout the process and that she made sure we dont lose sight of the one major requirement that I made very clear in the beginning It has to be easy to clean. The contractors did a wonderful job in fulfilling my high demand for attention to detail and in dealing with all the uncommon materials and fixtures that I brought in. I was very happy that they always offered their expertise when it came to making decisions about how things should be done right on the job site. I certainly didnt always make it easy for them but they went above and beyond every time - they even managed to make crooked walls look straight with their magic tiling skills. Last but not least, Jonathan and Adrian were great to work with too - always following up quickly and keeping the payment schedule very clear. We will soon start to plan the next bathroom remodeling with the team!

We are new to houston and didnt have recommendations for a renovation project. I found K&B by searching for the local Decor cabinet representative, and I am happy I did find them. Although I had no personal recommendation for this place there team immediately seemed trustworthy and honest and our gut told us this was a company that truly cared about the outcome of our project. I interviewed three contractors and got three quotes. I felt only K&B truly listened and didnt try to upsell us. While our new kitchen is the highlight, we also removed two walls, soffits, mirrors and had new floors installed in most of the house. K&B didnt do the floors but were happy for us to find a source (something not all contractors will do) and their team worked beautifully with the flooring guys. Our schedule took longer than usual for K&B, (still shorter than my two previous kitchen renos) and that was simply due to backorders. They were far more concerned about the delay than we were. The subcontractors - plumber, electrician and drywall - immediately went into my contacts so we can use them again. There were a few differences from my previous projects. K&B quotes an all inclusive price without an itemized breakdown and that initially made me nervous just because it was different than I am used to, but turned out to be exactly what I paid. A refreshing change. Previous contractors actually wrote in the contract that we couldnt communicate with the subs. K&B was far more flexible and was ok with my asking the electrician to do some additional work. So we have a gorgeous kitchen that is very functional with an improved workflow that came in on budget! Well done K&B.

We dropped by the Kitchen & Bath Decor showroom in May of 2021 looking to renovate a bathroom. 16 months later the renovations completed include 3 bathrooms (shower replacement in 2, all new counters, floors and decor) the kitchen & laundry room (counters, cabinets, floors) plus flooring throughout the main floor of the house. Needless to say we liked the work so much we kept adding to the scope. Their greatest strength is their design consulting. Celeste did an outstanding job providing ideas, alternatives including options to manage costs. Most of what we bought was not off the showroom floor, Celeste made available other options to best meet our needs. Materials and labor from this company are at the higher end of the scale but we feel we received good value for our money. From a cost perspective, what impressed us the most was the management of changes. Contractors will often take advantage of change orders with ridiculous margins but we felt we were treated very fairly. Any defects in materials or workmanship were promptly addressed. Our only complaint was schedule. Between Covid, supply chain issues and labor shortages, work start dates were often late (we understand the economic climate but patience is not our strength). Overall we would give Celeste, Jonathan and their teams a “5 of 5” rating, recognizing opportunity to improve on schedule management. D & T. Wright

Kitchen & Bath recently helped my husband and I select and install new Cambria countertops. We went with Kitchen & Bath for several reasons. First and foremost, Celeste, Adriana, and Dani are friendly and pleasant. These ladies clearly have an eye for design, and Celeste is in fact The Queen of Cambria. She was able to offer an extremely competitive price, and based on the stellar reviews, we felt confident that our renovation would meet our standards. While our overall experience was positive and we would work with K&B again, I do want to be completely transparent and honest. Our situation was a little tricky because we were working with two contractors, K&B and another company. Because of this, K&Bs countertop guys (Carlos & Carlos jr.) had to remove our countertops so our other contractor could do their job. This meant that we would have no sink, no countertops, no cooktop, etc. I wasnt too worried about this initially because I was told both verbally and in writing (on the contract) that the new countertops would be installed within 7-10 business days from the time of template. Unfortunately, this didnt happen. Our new countertops were installed approximately three weeks (15 business days) after demo/template. I was a little frustrated by this, but I understood that they were booked and busy. I did ask to be put on a list in case someone cancelled, but alas, I could not get so lucky. As stated, it was a little frustrating, but we rolled with it and didnt cause a fuss. On the day of install, I noticed that the edges of my countertops were not beveled as requested. I was a little confused and asked Carlos about this. He informed me because of a change we made (we added a waterfall after we paid. This change was made on the day of templating and was approved by Carlos) he needed to make the edges square in order to keep the design fluid. This made total sense to me, and I was fine with the change. I do wish I had been informed of this change prior to install, but it wasnt a huge issue as the change was made to make the design flow. At this point, I called Adriana because I wanted to make sure this change wouldnt upset our warranty. I was then told that I would be charged extra because of this change. There was some back and forth, but Adriana did end up taking care of the extra charge. Carlos, Carlos jr., and the third guy with them did a great job installing. There are some flaws which I have attached pictures of, but they were courteous and professional. Overall, I would recommend K&B because the end product is beautiful, but I do think communication between K&B, Carlos, and the customer could be improved. Its clear that K&B will go to great lengths to ensure their customer is satisfied.

Kitchen & Bath did a partial renovation of my kitchen and installed new countertops on the master bath vanities. The kitchen project involved removing existing granite countertops and backsplash, install new quartz countertops and sink; install tile backsplash; remove existing range and install cooktop with a new three drawer cabinet; remove an existing cabinet and install a new cabinet to accommodate a new wall oven. In addition, we replaced existing vanity countertops and sinks with quartz and new sinks. They were able to match the existing cabinets. The demolition and installation went without a hitch, and their extremely skilled workers were able to blend the new cabinets seamlessly with the existing layout. The project also called for additional electrical installation and plumbing work to reinstall the existing faucets. Everyone from Kitchen & Bath who worked on the project were professional, courteous, and skilled. Special kudos to their demolition crew - they worked tirelessly to keep disruption at a minimum. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath .

Wow! The transformation from our outdated kitchen old painted cabinets to a light cream color was amazing. The transformation couldnt have been easier using Kitchen and Bath Decor.We booked our job late on a Saturday. Our installer was the nicest guy. He was very experienced at his craft, he was professional and upfront and honest about the timing of the job. I reached out to them to see if they could get more of the backsplash we used about five years ago. I had a pipe burst due to this years freeze that ruined that section of wall which had to be torn out. I left a message which was promptly returned by one of the owners Celeste who immediately said she would gladly order it for me free of charge because they want to take care of their customers even after the job is done. My install date was scheduled the week when there was flash flood warnings again. I spoke with Adrianna to insure that everything would be completed however she told me there was expected delays which was upsetting but I understood.The day of my new install, they were a bit late but I understood because roads are closed again. They started promptly and I was impressed with the crew who was working in my home. Adriana and Kase were most helpful as well. Installation of our new Cambria Quartz kitchen countertops went flawlessly and are done to perfection. The fabricators worked very hard all day until the project was complete and to our satisfaction. We were also very impressed that the seams disappear and are hardly noticeable. We cannot say how wonderful the entire staff has been. We felt loads lifted the minute we walked in the door. After losing our home from the storm and trying to visualize designs, layouts etc was overwhelming. We felt like the arms of angels were wrapped around us. They have gone over and above to help us.

We were here for quartz kitchen countertops. They have a Beautiful kitchen and bath showroom to see the countertops as they would look in a kitchen. Which is so much nicer than choosing from a sample.

I dont usually take the time to give reviews but I just wanted to say thank you man for helping me out today with a slab purchase my customers are are looking for the most exotic material and you guys seem to have that Elias I want to say you are a good person and thanks for giving me a discount because honestly I couldnt afford to give my customers what they really wanted at any other stoneyard I know you dont usually sell Stone only but you did it for me and I promise Ill bring you more business I thought you were too expensive when I came to your store but I was really surprised to see that you would work with me and help me afford it I wont forget about it and Ill tell my friends again thanks man and remember after the first of the year my wife is asking me to redo the kitchen at our house and Im going to take advantage of that financing you have Ill see you soon if I dont see you before take care
