    I just had gutters installed and I am beyond pleased! Their prices were exceptional, and their work meticulous! Their customer service deserves a huge shout out too! The owners, Mr. Perez and his wife, Letty, (office manager) were amazing. Kind, polite, and so very helpful, the way customer service should be. The same goes for the crew they sent out! So friendly and polite. They worked quickly and left no trace of themselves being there! I HIGHLY this company!

    I am a repeat customer of Houston Roofing and Gutters. I originally hired Alex and his crew to replace my roof. They did such an excellent job that I immediately added in a gutter install. Since then I have used them for repairs to my rent house and just recently gutter cleaning. This company provides excellent service at reasonable prices. They are trustworthy and extremely customer friendly. Alex and Letty have done an amazing job of extending their service mentality to their entire staff. I recommend them without hesitation.

    Extremely professional service. Quick response time. Overall great experience. We had gutters / gutter guards installed. They were able to plumb them all in as well as fix drainage issues in our backyard. They look great and the crew was done with everything after working hard over the course of a day.

    I was exceptionally impressed with Houston roofing and gutters. Alejandro came out promptly and gave me an estimate. The work was started the next morning. He added roof kick outs where water had been starting to damage the house. They repaired a couple areas of my house were the wood siding was rotted. All the work was done that day. The worker was very friendly and cleaned up all the debris. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Alex and his crew did a great job! They replaced water damaged wood and repaired my roof including adding a new ridge vent. They also added new gutters.     I highly recommend Alejandro Perez and his crew. They have helped me out a couple of times with professional work. If you want to be able to call a company and talk to a real person, they show up on time, worked with changes (HOA), answered all questions, and sent pictures of work as it was finished. We had an overall great experience. They have fixed our old gutters a while back. We decided to upgrade our gutters when we got a new roof. Everything looks beautiful now!

    My roof vent leaked during Hurricane Beryl and I googled roofers and was impressed with the reviews here. I called them up immediately and Lettys such a pleasant person to talk to!     The professionalism and knowledge of Alejandro Perez is what got my attention in our initial meetup, but it is the excellent work completed is getting me to do a review on them. They replaced 98ft of gutters, 4 down spouts, matched the paint correctly, nicely painted it and added drip edge to protect the 1x2, which the builders didnt put, for 1,650. A++... they made my house look new again and completed the work in 7hrs of one day... sorry I didnt get the before pics, but just know that my HOA had just issued a citation for gutter replacement because they were in bad shape.... who would have ever thought that your gutters could make or break how nice your house looks.

    My experience with Houston Roofing and Gutters was outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would . Alejandro came to do our estimate he was very patient and professional dealing with us and our request because we kept changing our minds on the project. He gave us his professional opinion and different options on how to proceed, no pressure selling involved and we truly appreciated that . We decided to install complete wraparound gutters on our home and they did a phenomenal job.They stated right at 8:30am like he said and they finished in one day. My husband and I were amazed just watching the gentleman work they were extremely skilled and knowledgeable.They removed our old gutters and hauled them away and cleaned Everything up just like it was when they arrived.I would Highly,Highly, recommend them.Houston Roofing and Gutters provides competitive, great pricing with the highest quality.     I had a great experience with Houston Roofing and Gutters. Alejandro came out the same day I called to request a quote. Everybody I spoke with in the office was kind, happy to walk me through the process, and extremely knowledgeable.     I had Alejandro and crew out to repair some roof damage done during the recent Houston storms. Specifically, a very large tree branch pulled off part of the gutter and leaf guard panels. They did the repairs and a couple of maintenance issues with flashing and one small area that needed new shingles. These guys know what theyre doing and pricing is reasonable.I have used Houston Roofing & Gutters before for extensive roof repairs and even rebuilding a part of my original roof that was poorly designed. I highly recommend them!

    We had our gutter put in about August of 2019. Absolutely HR&G did a great job with installation. I had them come out recently after we got hit with a tornado and they replaced a section that was damaged by a broken tree branch for a very reasonable price. Happy to have done business with HR&G

    I was very pleased with the whole process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. Lino came out to inspect my roof and then returned when the insurance adjustor did his inspection. The claim was promptly approved, and re-roofing was scheduled. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked to complete the job in 1 1/2 days. Each workman took time to carefully align all the materials during installation. Clean-up followed with extra care to pick up all trash and loose nails. I would strongly recommend the company.

    A fallen tree damaged our gutters and punched a hole in the roof near the edge. Houston Roofing and Gutters came out the same day we called them to see the job and gave us an estimate. The next day they came and replaced the damaged gutters and fixed the roof. They were fast and efficient. Price seemed reasonable, but we didnt get multiple quotes.

    Have used them before for repairs, but finally decided to replace entire roof on our large home, detached 3 car garage and large detached deck. HG&R gave us a fair price and excellent service. Work was completed in 2 days and clean up was fantastic! Lino and the crew were very professional and took pride in their work, making sure we were satisfied all along the way.     Houston Roofing & Gutters came out to two of my homes and first inspected the roof repair I needed done: 1st home was for a leak and 2nd home was a Skylight leak. Mr. Perez was very knowledgeable and educated me by answering all my questions I had about the leaks, the makeup of the damages and options to fixing everything. I did compare them with two other companies and decided to go with them not only because of the price was reasonable but also due to the fact I understood everything due to how Mr. Perez relayed the information and how customer focused the staff (especially Letty) was whenever I called.     I needed my downspouts replaced as they had been removed by the previous owner. Also needed a soffit repair and fascia repair due to squirrels making a home there. I called several companies. Houston Roofing & Gutters was the only company who listened to my needs and respected them with no pressure to purchase other products, unlike other companies. After we accepted their bid, they quickly repaired. I didn’t care for one of the downspout placement and the next morning (while I was still asleep), they corrected it.     I was selling my house and I knew that the part of my roof that is under a large tree had some issues. I was going to replace that part of the roof myself but I injured my foot recently and had to get a cast put on. I usually dont like hiring people but with my injury I had no choice. I called Houston Roofing and Gutters and spoke to Alejandro. He agreed to come out the next day and give me a free quote. Alejandro arrived the next day on time. I was honestly expecting a high pressure sales pitch to get me to buy a whole new roof. That didnt happen. In fact Alejandro didnt even suggest that I replace the section under the tree. He said he could repair it for less than half the price of replacing the roofing in that area so I agreed. The next day his team came out and fixed everything as planned. They also replaced a beat up gutter and they cleaned everything up. The whole job took about four hours. Roof repair is never cheap but they did a good job for a fair price and made my roof look and work good again so I can get my house up for sale. Thanks again!

    In the morning I found piece of shingle that fell off around the airway pipe that sticks through the roof and flashing . It left an exposed area and there was a forecast for light rain that same day. I contacted this company through referral from Nextdoor. They sent Mr. Alex to come inspect and give me pricing. He showed up at the scheduled time same day and saw what needed to be repaired. Based on their schedule, he said he can have guys come out in the afternoon to have it repaired before the rain comes. A team of two guys came and got straight to work and I could tell they knew exactly how to repair the missing piece. The job was completed to my satisfaction. They were efficient and straightforward and I would use them again for any repairs.

    THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!!If you get frustrated with GC/construction/maintenance type companies because they are flaky and totally unprofessional (dont call back, dont show up, dont tell you when they will show up, etc, etc) then you need to do business with this company! Hands down one of the best Ive dealt with. Their customer service is spectacular. I needed an estimate/bid for a gutter repair/cleaning and the window of when they would arrive was just a 1 hour time span!! Who has the time to sit around all day waiting for someone to show up, and then not show up?! Alejandro was here when he said he would be!! 5 stars for that!!Today the guys arrived, repaired a damaged area in my gutter and cleaned 20 years of debris out of my gutters (2nd story with pecan tree overhang). Wow, so much dirt/leaves/small sticks! I even have leaf guard. They even swept up the debris that fell in my yard/back deck.If I could give 100 stars, I would! I cant wait for it to rain now!!

I have a clay tile roof which was leaking, so I called Houston Roofing & Gutters to come over to diagnose what the problem was. Alex came over straight away and ascertained that I had a cracked tile.     We used Houston Roofing&Gutters to redo the siding and replace rotten wood on our never been updated 1984 two story. They were clear and precise on pricing. Communication before the project and during was top notch thanks to Letty in the office. My on site crew leader was Joel and he was respectful to our needs and animals.     HR&G came out to address a second floor gutter issue where water was coming off of the roof and instead of flowing into the gutter, it was flowing over the gutter and down into the beds below. Lino, the owner’s son, gave an estimate for the work he thought would fix the issue, which I accepted, and their installer, Chris, came out to work on the gutter.I was very satisfied with the work that he did, but a couple of weeks later, during a very heavy downpour, I saw that water was still pouring over the gutter instead of into it. I emailed HR&G on the Sunday before Labor Day and sent a video of the issue. I was not expecting any response from them until after Labor Day, but on Monday morning one of their trucks arrived and their worker, Beto, went back up to see what the issue might be. He made some changes to existing different leaf guards that had been installed years ago, and hopefully that will fix the problem. What I want to convey in this review is that this company does what they say they will do in their estimate. The owner, Alex, takes pride in his employees’ work, and if the customer isn’t satisfied with the end result, he will send them (or a different employee) back to be sure the final product is right. This kind of customer service is a rarity these days, so I give this company my highest recommendation. I have used HR&G before to install a solar powered attic fan, and their work was excellent. They also installed leaf guards on a guest house, and did excellent work on that job also.4/1/2022: HR&G came back to make some adjustments to a gutter they had installed this winter on the front side of the house that was not diverting water. They also added some splash guards to another section on the back side. They are great to work with and greatly care that their customers are satisfied with the final job. I have complete confidence in this companys abilities.

    I could not be happier with this company. I had a leak from my second story balcony and had two previous repairs (not by a roofing company) and they didn’t work. So someone suggested I hire a roofing company. But this wasn’t a roof in my mind. But it was because while it was a balcony, it provided the “roof” over my garage entry. At first I thought the price was a bit high nut nut the bullet and hired them. They showed up in time, were extremely organized, prepared and knew exactly what to do. They installed in a bladder to keep the balcony from leaking again. Replaced the tile on balcony. Painted. Cleaned things perfectly an now over a year later not one drop of a leak. I just had a good feeling about this company. I chose them over many others and they did a really nice job. Even after the completion of the roof, they are professional. Letty continued to follow up to make sure I was happy. I’m glad I chose this company.

    Houston roofing installed my roof about seven years ago, I had a leak lately next to the chimney and a few shingles missing on another side of the house.     Second time using Houston Roofing and Gutters to service areas of our roof that had been affected by rot and carpenter ants.Both times the service from to finish has been excellent.This time we noticed an issue with our soffit and a large number of carpenter ants and called HRG for quote Alex Perez come out to inspect and quoted a reasonable price and we scheduled the service for a couple days later.The service had to be postpone due to other work but HRG office staff and Alma kept us up to date on the reschedule.Adrian and Osmae arrived promptly and got straight to work - they showed me the extent of the issues and also sprayed all the exposed areas with the termicide sprays I provided and worked to get the foam into all the exposed areas. The next day I noticed some areas I wasn’t happy with so I called in to ask for it to be resolved - Adrian and Osmae came by that same day and cleaned up those areas.Will be reusing HRG for any future work that we need done.
