    We were having septic tank issues and needed pumping, back washing and a new cover that was custom made. Logan Sankuer came on a timely schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He was extremely professional and was able to answer all of our questions. He also informed us of some issues with our current 50 year old septic tank and what we can be looking at the in future. I would recommend him highly for any septic needs you might have. In the future if we need anything Logan will be the first one we call. He was great and made pumping our septic tank pleasurable as possible. ( if that is a thing 😝). Everyone at the plumbing experts did a great job for us.

    I contacted this company based on their reviews and I’m glad I did. Sandra scheduled Eric for us at a convenient time. We received a call when he was on the way as promised.     Angel Cortes of The Plumbing Experts / Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an outstanding job of replacing our old (original with house) gas water heater. Angel clearly explained all of our options, the pricing, and current code requirements. During installation, Angel explained what he was doing and why he was doing it (as an engineer, this was important to me). At the end, the system worked flawlessly and we are exceptionally pleased.

    Great service and options and work provided by Angel. However, after he left, s few hours later had water leaking into garage, which wasnt present earlier. It is late now but will be call for a return visit in am. He came back, diagnosed the problem and within a week had me ready to go. John helped with leak detection and Al and Bradley with re-piping the cold water. Great team.

    As usual, the service technician was on time and very professional. He quickly performed both repairs and got the restroom back in service within a couple of hours.     Eric and Brian arrived when expected and kept us in the loop throughout the entire repair. We had a main water line to the house break so getting water back to the house was the priority. From the major break to finished repair was about 24 hours which was great when other companies said it may be a week before they could come out. This kind of repair was not cheap but I am very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the experience.

    We were having difficulties with our Septic and from the frist phone call, they were very pleasant, responsive, helpful and showed up when they said they would. We had used the same Company a few years back for a toilet back up and would continue to do so. This time they cleaned out our septic and added a rise since the cover was buried so deep down. Will save my husband from digging in the future. They actually seem like they really care about you unlike some others just doing their job. Both technicians that came out knew what they were doing, were pleasant and informative. Eric talked to us in depth about the situation, ideas how to rectify for future, and came back to follow up a few weeks later to check on things. We would highly recommend them to anyone. :)

    The tech arrived quickly and worked (after normal hours) to identify the problem. He explained the issue and gave us all of our options with detailed pricing. No high pressure up sell, just the relevant information. Unfortunately he was not able to make a complete repair that night, but got the system working well enough to get through to morning. Someone came first thing to make the final repairs.

    Matt and his associate, Kendell did an excellent job with my water heater that was leaking. They were prompt, professional, respectful and courteous. Matt gave us options regarding a repair or replacement. Based on the age of my hot water heater, we chose a replacement. They installed a new hot water heater in just a few hours and I appreciate their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Allison that was taking phone calls in the evening did an excellent job with her promptness and scheduling a timely appointment in the early morning. Thank you to ALL !!!

    I had been unable to use my kitchen sinks, garbage disposal and dishwasher for two nights and three days while trying to get a plumber out from my home warranty insurance company which was unable to get a plumber out until nine days later. I cancelled the policy since I was extremely frustrated.After talking to Benjamin Franklin Plumbers I was ready to do a happy dance! The Septic Technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and gave us lots of information to make decisions.     Additional Review: True to our word, with Fall quickly approaching, we called Matt and BFPs when it came time to strip out the guts of our 48 year old home we are renovating and update the water lines, put in new drops and layout everything to enhance our contractors opportunities for a quicker, more efficient renovation experience. Matt, and his crew Eric, Travis and Luke did just that... they went over our blueprint, with the anticipated renovations laid out, and on final walk through, everything is set up and ready for the contractors to come in, make their upgrades and as far as the showers, toilets, sinks, hose bibs and faucets, and any other plumbing-related items, in anticipation of the indoor renovations. These guys run the gambit of professionalism, dedication, and are just plain good people who take pride in their work! Additionally, with the magnitude of the work performed, they assured us that when our contractors showed up, that if they had any questions or concerns, they would be sure to make a follow-up visit, if necessary, to address those concerns to ensure that all follow-on work was performed from an informed standpoint. You just dont find this type of service anymore! Great job Matt, Eric, Travis and Luke! And, I will say it again - BRAVO ZULU!Matt came out on a Sunday afternoon, the day after we discovered our water heater leaking in the utility closet of our guest bedroom. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and we went right to work. He was very knowledgeable about all the different fixtures, components and configurations, was very courteous and efficient. But best of all, you could tell he CARED about his work; and there was no way he was going to steer us wrong in our efforts. Today, a rarity in this line of business. A consummate professional!     This is the second time we’ve had them come out, not fault of theirs, once for an unclog and second to pump for a sale of the house. the customer service is exceptional! Eric is our tech and is so friendly and honest, would definitely recommend 10/10 times.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and experienced, and has a great way of explaining the issues/problem and what options we have to approach it.     Called The Plumbing Experts to fix a poorly installed riser on my septic tank done by another septic company. The top to the riser was nothing more than a concrete lid that was easily removable (not kid safe at all!) and the other company left a total mess where they were digging. The Plumbing Experts responded quickly, installed a new riser with a secured lid and they cleaned up the area! They were a little more expensive than others but Ill pay for top quality work and great customer service!! Overall an A+ experience and will use them for any other plumbing needs I may have in the future!

    We had a leak in the tub faucet in the bathroom. When I called The Plumbing Experts, I requested Kevin Connolly for the repair call, because he had done such a good job for us three years ago, repairing an internal busted pipe, and installing a new hot water heater.He quickly determined that the problem was a defective cartridge in the faucet unit and replaced it. We caught up on personal news while he worked, including his new daughter. I would recommend Kevin for any job, big or small. He is very efficient, professional, and personable as well.

He assessed the problem and took the time to explain what he would do to repair the leak by replacing a section of pipe. He did all of the work including shutting off and turning on the water to the house from the main shutoff location. He checked his work after fixing the problem.     Logan met me Saturday morning and was shown what was leaking. It was bad. There was corrosion on entire plumbing under the house. He said he could have a crew out here that Tuesday. They arrived early that morning and had replaced all corroded lines and installed a new Water Heater that was bad also. They repaired other fixtures and installed new cut-off valves for future issues. They were done in a day. The crew was totally professional. I would recommend Logan, his Crew, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone with a water leak.

We called in for after-hours service and were told someone could be out to us between midnight-5am. The next day they came back out to install a new faucet that I had gone and picked out. Fast service at what I believe was a reasonable rate (especially for the after-hours stuff).

    These guys were great! With our plumbing backed up for 2 days and our home warranty company failing to identify a professional in our area, we called them and they were able to provide same day service. A couple hours after arriving they had identified the problem, fixed it, verified their fix corrected our ENTIRE issue and cleaned up out yard almost as if nothing had been done (despite having to dig a 4 foot deep hole to find our septic tank). Eric patiently explained and quoted options for us to chose the be solution for our situation while remaining inside a reasonable budget. Very professional, courteous and punctual.     I contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing about excess water running through our water meter - 5 times normal! John Gantner came out to do a diagnosis and determined the main water line was leaking. He returned to do an acoustic test to find the location of the break and found several places. He replaced a long piece of our main water line. He and a helper spent the whole day manually digging around tree roots and replacing the line. What a job! They were careful to minimize damage to the landscaping and kept things neat and organized. They were methodical, professional, and were happy to explain what was being done. They showed concern for us and treated the job like it was their own house.     The guys came out and fixed the problem. They fixed a clog which was about 4ft. inside the inlet pipe of our septic tank. I already knew where the clog was because we had someone come out earlier who had worked on our septic tank a few months earlier and they were able to identify where it was, but not completely unclog it. They were polite and respectful technicians. It honestly wasnt what I was able to rate as a good value. The $ was a little on the high side. This was confirmed after speaking with another plumbing company after the fact. FYI, The Plumbing Experts are not the ones who came out. It was Benjamin Franklin Plumbing who does some of the work for this company which I believe is why it may be so expensive. I was unaware of this until the technician called me on the way.
