    My technician was Q. He was perfectly on time. He was professional, congenial, and knowledgeable. He provides a very positive representation for Carolina Heating. He definitely solidified my plan to use this company for my future heating and air needs. The work today was thorough, and everything that was done was well explained to me. Follow up paperwork, including photos and videos of the work, was promptly sent to my e-mail for my records. This was a completely pleasant service experience.

    Received service fairly soon after scheduling, which is unfortunately not the norm so, that was a plus. The service technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and took care of our issue quickly and efficiently. Would have given 5-stars but, pricing seemed a bit high given the amount of work actually done and considering that there was no need for any parts or supplies. It also would have been great to know when we scheduled, that they do not allow for billing (as most service companies allow our company to do) but instead, they require payment to be made at the time of service. However, aside from the pricing/billing, Carolina Heating Service was great and we will most likely consider doing business with them again, should we need future generator repair service.

    After Hurricane Helene came through we called Carolina Heating about a Generac Generator. Sales came out on Monday to give us a quote and by Thursday, we had a new generator. Everyone from Sales to the installation crew were top notch. Highly recommend Carolina Heating for all your needs related to heating/air, or generator.

    We purchased an Ecobee Smart thermostat almost a year ago.I have never been happy with it ,although it managed the cooling cycle this year .Within the last two weeks on the heating cycle had become very erratic;temperatures different in each room of the house.The heating temperature in different rooms had been 75-79 with the thermostat set at 71 degrees.I called Carolina heating and they arrived within 24 hours .After explaining the problem the technician first found a hole behind the thermostat allowing cold air to be picked up by the thermostat.He filled the hole and also recommended we dispense with the small sensor that was in another room.Since his visit the thermostat has behaved according to the schedule and each room is at the same temperature.I was very impressed with the technician

    We recently bought a house with geothermal heating/cooling. We aren’t familiar with it and had Carolina Heating come out to inspect it. Andrey was their representative. He did a complete inspection with photos. He shared the information and explained everything so well. He was very professional and helpful. We were happy with their service and will be using them for future inspections and keeping our geothermal unit running smoothly.

    We have been using their services for many years, having been in the same home for 30 years. They provide an annual maintenance plan and inspecting new units before cooling season and then again before heating season. They make a very thorough analysis with a written report, photos, and videos of the system. They provide a clear explanation of anything that is not correct as well as an explanation of the things that are working well. I thought he might come later in the morning when the temperature was warmer, but he came at 8:30 am when the temperature was less than 32 degrees 🥶 and had to inspect pipes in the crawl space area.That was excellent service.David was professional and friendly.     Only scheduled an estimate for a generator. This was the 2nd of three, companies Ive talked to and it was hard not to sign w them immediately. So impressed with the representative (Sara).! She demonstrated expertise on the product. I did sign up for HVAC maintenance with them, based on price for the list of services included. She even helped me figure out how to get my gas fireplace working. Way beyond the call of duty.

    We really appreciate Carolina Heating and their service. They are always professional with great communication. I really appreciate the text messages I receive not only letting me know they are on the way, but also include a picture of the tech who will be arriving. We had a minor furnace gas leak that they got fixed immediately and afterwards, since they had to turn off our gas, they went through and checked that all gas appliances were working once they turned the gas back on. I appreciate this kind of follow through!

    Our A/C wasnt working when I got home yesterday. I made a call to Carolina Heating Service and spoke to Parker, the after-hours dispatcher. He put in a request, and then about an hour or so later a lady called me and gave me the pricing and that someone would be there between 730-8. Lucas called me about 15 minutes before he showed up and asked a few questions to get a better understanding of the issue. He showed up and got up in the attic space and found the issue. He took videos and pictures and showed us that the drip pan was full and not yet overflowing and that the drain was clogged. He checked the unit outside to make sure everything was looking fine as well and then removed the clog and the large amount of water. We even signed up for the monthly membership to get our AC and heating unit serviced twice a year for a great price at $24 a month. Lucas was fantastic and couldnt recommend him enough. He was very thorough in explaining everything and what he recommended us to do in the future. Thanks to Lucas, our AC is back on. No more 80 degrees in the house.

    Im so happy w/the experience I had w/Carolina Heating. I didnt know exactly how to explain what I needed, but everybody I spoke w/was so nice, and finally figured out what it was I needed done re: a new Hot Water Heater. A electrician/technician came out and spoke to the plumbers(who were installing the Water Heater), and he knew exactly what was needed. Your electrician/technician, then discussed w/me what he needed to do. I agreed for him to do what was required. In a short amount of time, your electrician/ technician had completed the job. I was especially happy that your Company didnt make me wait, but came out the same day that I called. Again, Im totally happy with my experience w/Carolina Heating.     I needed to have my power box fixed. Call Carolina Heating, the scheduler was nice even tho they couldnt put me on a schedule due to work demand, she still got my info. When they got availability they called me early morning ,came out to my house. Gave me a quote. Good and affordable price . Once they got the part I needed. They called, came early morning the technician ,James Sturgill was very polite and professional. From beginning to end , I was pleased!!     Carolina Heating exceeded my expectations. I called them early in the morning after my furnace went out in 20 degree weather. It was before they opened and I didnt leave a message intending to call again after they opened. I didnt get a chance because they called back right away and worked me into the schedule same day. The technician (Jim) was very thorough and fully investigated the situation rather than just swapping parts. Unfortunately my heat exchanger was bad and the furnace needed replacing. Within 2 days - I had a whole new system installed for a reasonable price. The entire experience was friendly and professional from diagnosis to sales to installation.

    We just had a generator installed for our home and I couldn’t be happier for the fantastic installation performed by Ramone and Mario. The truth about the integrity and commitment to customers is not when things go perfectly, but when things don’t go as planned . There were some problems during the installation but I can truthfully say I have never worked with more committed and responsible group of professionals than I did working with these guys. And Sara, the customer rep drove right over to my house to make sure things were going to our satisfaction. This team worked tirelessly to fix all the issues to our complete satisfaction. Even Jake, another tech who had jist finished up for the day volunteered to come over and help. I have never been so impressed by the integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction than I am with Ramona, Mario, Sara and Jake. What a fabulous team. Thank you so much for being the BEST!!!!!!

    Had Home Generator installed today. Josh and Connor did a outstanding job. Took picture before and after instalation. Technicians were very professional, coutious, and explained step by step how instalation process would go from turning gas, and power to house off. Once instalation was complete techinicians ran generator test, and went over in detail about the generator, and process how it works. I told them once they go to house lunch would be on me today. Both really appreciated, and was thankful for their lunch. I would recommend this duo anytime to install a Generator at another customers house. Also want to Thank Ennis Graves for consultation process on helping us pick right Generator for our house to help fit our needs. Been wanting to get a Generator for couple years for medical reasons, and Helene really forced me to finally get one installed. Jason showed up on time, pulled out booties for his shoes, came in and got to work assessing my issue.     Needed to replace existing HVAC compressor and furnace in my home. Jason quoted a price on new equipment last February. His quote was clear and complete. Decided to wait a year to do the work. Called Jason last week and asked him to update his quote. He responded that day. There was a minimal increase. The work is scheduled to be completed this month.

She said they had such a long wait list due to the storm but would do their best.Within 2 days Heather was on her way to Belton to check out the problem.     My first call to these guys was late on a Friday night when I returned home to a very warm home on a hot day. I literally looked up reviews and asked neighbors for recommendations because I was new to the area and had no service contract. They sent a technician out Saturday afternoon and determined a compressor had gone bad but since it was a Lennox they couldn’t get the compressor until Tuesday afternoon so they came first thing Wednesday morning and restored my air.

    Very happy with the service received from Carolina Heating. We had a total of three service techs at our home yesterday to service the generator, three HVAC systems and all the plumbing. All three techs were great and several items they found were things that will really help prevent damage and ensure our investment is protected. Great service and great team!Adding an addendum to this review; I continue to be impressed with this team. We had some issues with our generator after the last big storm in several weeks without power. It has been a wonderful experience, knowing we have a partner we can count on to take care of us after the purchase is complete.

    When we realized we had lost AC it was after hours. We contacted Carolina Heating for a Service call and they had a Service Rep here first thing the next morning as requested.The problem was a Blower Motor which was still under Warranty. It will be replaced shortly after it is delivered to them.Carolina personnel, by phone and in person, were very polite and helpful.Due to the back to back Hurricanes in Florida, where the Motor was in inventory, the Blower was quite delayed in being shipped and arriving. However, Carolina Heating kept us well informed as to the Part status, and scheduled the installation quickly once it arrived. Good Job!

    I am so thankful to have heard about them on the radio! I was at my wits end trying to get someone to install electric to my cabin so I could get the electric company to run the line to my little cabin. Sarah was absolutely wonderful.     Our generator would not continue running. The young man came and confirmed we had a bad part. He has it on order and is coming back as soon as that part is in to complete the repair. He got us running so we have power just not able to run everything at once. He was great.

Despite not having everything needed to complete the repairs, Scott was able to put a temporary work around in place. This got us much needed relief from the July heat until the insurance company followed up and the needed parts came in.The customer service team and dispatcher/scheduler are also very friendly and understanding.We also signed up for their plumbing maintenance service. David, The Plumbing Technician was also very friendly and patient. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain things clearly, and offer simple advice we can use to maintain our system.While considering our options for our HVAC system, Ennis Graves provided us a detailed quote to replace our current system. He was equally helpful and friendly. He also made some good suggestions for us to use when dealing with our insurance company. When we are ready to replace our system, we will definitely go with Carolina Heating, and will be happy to work with Ennis.

    Very happy with my experience with Carolina Heating throughout the whole process. They first came out to inspect AC/heat that was no longer working and unfortunately we had to replace the entire unit. They wrote up all the items that were wrong and gave an estimate for repairing the existing unit vs replacing it and after having multiple people look over the existing unit, it made sense to just replace it as it was pushing near 30 years old anyway. Their estimates were a little higher than expected and we reached out to some other companies for better pricing but in the end their sales rep, Gordon, was able to work with us for a decent discount and the extra costs over other installers were justified in how professional and timely they handled the whole installation process. Rick and Chris showed up right on time, kept me in the loop on progress, thoroughly cleaned up their work, and most importantly did a great job getting the new unit in place and working well. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem for which we originally called for service, and then we showed him a problem we have had for forever— our basement has been crazy chilly since we built our house and installed geothermal over ten years ago.     Fantastic job by Lillie and David! Our main water line had a leak underground in our crawlspace. This team was efficient, professional and thorough in fixing the problem. They had to dig outside and under the house in a small space and they performed the service with a smile despite the GA heat, humidity and cramped conditions! Fair and transparent pricing and they showed photos/video of the problem area before and after the repairs. Much appreciated and we will definitely call Carolina Heating Service next time we need plumbing help.

    We absolutely trust the Technicians and Carolina Heating both are ALWAYS providing above and beyond when they service both our HVAC and generator. Too bad they don’t have more than 5 stars to chose from. We once tried to cheap our way for a new HVAC had it less than a year couldn’t get the other company to come fix it so back to Carolina heating we went. Customers for life. Our generator tech Heather was spectacularly fantastic. She went way above and beyond to make sure our generator would be ready for the winter storm that is coming. She deserves any accolade that can be given
