    I needed a bidet installed and my Mom recommended Easy Air and Heat. Chris was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He looked at the bidet, wrote me up a quote and installed it. Afterwards he showed me everything I needed to know about it and cleaned up after himself. The service was very affordable, I even signed up for their plumbing maintenance plan. Thanks for the great service!

    Great Company! Great Rates My Technician Kyle Was Very Helpful And Knowledgeable he came out to fix unit and I must I recommend him to anyone having issues with their unit he didn’t try to sale me anything I don’t need nor did he try to over price the service he done He called his boss and they actually gave me a price i could not refuse. Now today’s temperatures are lower and my house is all warm and cozy again.

    Gabe at Easy Air and Heat came out to do the biannual service on my AC/Heat unit today. He was very efficient and even shared photos of how the inside of my unit looked. He did not try to upsell me on anything and just showed me a picture of perhaps something that would need replacing sometime in the future. He was very respectful of my property and exhibited great customer service.

    Mark is an incredible technician! He saved us this summer when we discovered our new house’s AC wasn’t working after moving all of our stuff into it!     Sept 20, 2024--Had a new issue and Mark was dispatched the same afternoon. Once again, this has been an excellent service experience, so thank you !Very pleased with what I felt was honest service. Jesse was excellent! On another occasion I had an AC emergency and Mark was at my house within 20 minutes of my call, and everything was repaired by the next day. Really pleased with this outcome during a hot summer.

    Excellent company! The Sales Rep Gary came out assessed my current HVAC unit and put together a quote for a new Goodman Manufacturing HVAC system using a 97% efficient gas furnace and new AC compressor and coil.Rob and the installation crew showed up a couple of days later with the new equipment on time as scheduled.The removal of my 30 year old HVAC system and the installation of the new equipment was a breeze.The new gas furnace put outs nice HOT air. My little Black and Tan dachshund has a new favorite spot sitting right next to one of the floor registers. I have to wait until summer to find out how well the AC side works, but I expect it to work just as well as the heat side of the unit.I highly recommend this company and the Goodman Manufacturing HVAC equipment to any who needs new HVAC equipment.

    We woke up to a hot home on Sunday morning in July. Started making phone calls and Easy Air was able to send someone out within an hour of me calling. Jesse responded to my house and was able to conduct the necessary repairs to get our air going and functioning again. Didn’t have to wait to order parts. Jesse did a great job explaining and showing me the issues with my units.

    We had two HVAC units replaced by Easy-Air in mid 2023. They were able to schedule us in quickly and did a great job with install and clean up. Working with Rob and the install team was great. Earlier this month we noticed an issue with one of the units so I contacted Rob and he immediately sent one of his top guys to trouble shoot. The Technician was able to identify issue and immediately corrected. Overall we are extremely happy with Easy Air customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I have a monthly contract and they check my equipment quarterly which I greatly appreciate.     Easy heating and air responded to a call from my wife and I on a holiday weekend, our AC was giving us issues and they had a technician onsite in under an hour in the rain, the technician Rob was incredibly professional and well prepared, in under an hour he had a solution and was able to communicate a gameplan/time table to get a permanent fix for us and was able to fix most of the issues while onsite. His Communication skills were excellent as well. Would highly recommend this company and the technician for future visits.

    Our upstairs was not cooling, so we called in the evening & Jenny had someone out the next morning. Mark came out & talked to us about everything that was going on through out the process.     Thank you so much Kyle and Ron and their team for the quick and efficient heating and air system upgrade I just had done in my home. You guys were prompt and upfront about everything that needed to be done. I appreciated Kyle and his professionalism and no pressure style when talking to us about what system would be best for us. The installation of the system ran really smoothly also the team that came out to work on it was very efficient and did a great job at removing the old unit and the concrete slab it was on and left my yard neat and cleaned up nicely from the work they were doing. Ron came by to do the finishing touches on the new system and then Kyle came back by to make sure we understood how to use the system and to fill us in on any other information we needed. All in all it was an easy and hassle free experience. Their customer service is top notch and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    The technician was very knowledgeable about AC work! He helped my friend out with her AC unit, and made it start working after it went out during her son’s birthday party.     This company and Mike were awesome!! They were out here very quickly and Mike was super and took care of everything. We had had a guy out about a year ago for cleaning and maintenance and apparently he did nothing! Mike’s prevention and maintenance really saved us from destroying a nearly new unit and / or having to sink lots of money into costly repairs of a damaged unit. Being members of the service club also saved us a ton of money! I am super happy with this company and would recommend without reservation.

    Great company to work with. Was able to get a technician out to assess the situation immediately. Because issue was located in crawl space, I was able to see pictures of areas that needed attention. Before and after pictures! Work was scheduled and completed within a few days.     Our service tech Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! We are very impressed with Rob and because of him we will continue to use Easy Air. He diagnosed our AC unit problem in a matter of minutes and had it up and working quickly. The service fees are reasonable and the response time is very quick. We decided to join the service club because the experience was so much better than we have had in the past with other companies. Great experience!

    Easy Air and Heat has been my HVAC service provider since 2014, and I have never had a moment of complaint about them. My technician, Mike, actually arrived early and efficiently performed my spring AC inspection and filter repair, as well as replacing a burned wire on my compressor unit. He was courteous and professional throughout, and I recommend him, and all the Easy Air technicians, to anyone looking for someone to service, repair, install or replace their heating and air conditioning system.

    Mark came out a week ago for our Spring checkup and noticed one of our units was freezing when turned on. So, he showed us that the numbers indicated we would need a new unit. They had replaced the other unit last Fall actually and both units were the same age. So, Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue we had and stayed late to schedule the service for today to replace the unit. The installation team came today and everyone was so nice and professional! I believe it was J.J., James and John (the J Team). They were excellent to work with today and kept me updated during the entire process. Thank you, Rob, for having great technicians and we truly appreciate the wonderful customer service.

    This company is the best. They came out right away to see what we needed. They found that the Duct system was done very poorly when our home was built. It never worked properly. They installed a whole new duct system and a new furnace & heat pump.Rob, Steven and Desmond were phenomenal. They worked very hard to get our system up and running.They even worked on a Saturday and a Sunday to make sure we had our A/C. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I give this company an A++++ rating. Very courteous & professional. Cleaned everything up before leaving.If you want an excellent system call Easy Air, Heat & plumbing today.     We’ve had Easy Air + Heat for almost 2 years now. We are signed up for the service agreement to pay a low monthly fee and they come out whenever needed and on regular check up times with no service fee charge (due to the service agreement). They always strive to give us the best information and show us our options and let us choose what we can do. We recently had them out for a heating issue and found out we had multiple problems. We decided on replacing our unit and we were approved for their financing because we all know that can be expensive. The monthly payment is affordable and they came out the very next morning bright and early to get our new system up and running so we wouldn’t have to go without heat any longer than necessary. Now we have a brand new furnace and a/c unit and we are very pleased.

    When the Easy technician came, he rolled up his sleeves and got right to work. He took time in diagnosing the problem, checked and rechecked just to make sure he was relaying the correct information to us. In our case our blower motor went out, in July of all times. We already had fans throughout the house to try and cool us off but he offered to lend us a portable AC unit to give us some relief until the parts come in. He had to go to Lowes for tubing for the unit, so he went above and beyond for us. Very happy with the service!!!!!

    I found Easy Heating and Air online. I was able to book an appointment, send pictures of what my issues was, AND they arrived at my house (as a new customer) within a couple hours. I now use them exclusively for heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing. I am on their monthly service plan, and they contact ME to schedule service.     My technician was very prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed my issue and offered 3 options for either a repair or replacement unit. I went with the repair option. Air is working great now. My only issue with this company was the price. 1386 dollars to replace a blower motor. After calling a couple smaller companies and inquiring how much they would have charged for the same repair and finding out that i could have had this fixed for as little as 450 dollars. I did feel a bit burned.

    Excellent service! The serviceman who came to our home was a gentleman, very professional, and he truly cared about getting our heat working again. After diagnosing the problem and going to get a replacement part, he returned to realize they gave him the wrong part. It was a Friday late afternoon, and the warehouse had already closed. This kind gentleman said he was not scheduled to work Saturday morning, but he willingly went to the warehouse the next morning, exchanged for the right part, and arrived at our home at 8:45 am to complete the job for us. I had a horrible experience with another company and called Easy Air and Heat and they came after business hours and resolved my problem in 45 minutes. Eric explained the problem and even informed me that my AC unit was still under warranty and he would secure the parts for me. When they unloaded the new unit, the installation team say that is was dented and were not going to install the unit.     WOW...is all I can say. I had several estimates to have our home quoted to have a whole new duct system installed .. A very large job....Some of the other larger companies in the area took several days to get back to me with a quote and when they did there was quite a lack of confidence. I figured I would give it a shot and I eventually met Rob Harris. He came out, walked through the basement was extremely confident, told me everything that they would do right off the top of his head. It was like he envisioned it already, zero doubt in his voice and he laid the whole thing out to me and made it almost sound easy. Not only did I receive my quote the next morning, it was actually the best quote as far as the price that I received from all four of the other contractors. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest, I wanted the most experienced company that knew what they were getting into as this was a large project. I knew I was going to use Easy Air & Heat as soon as I met Rob, he was super easy to talk to, explained things to me in a way that I understood and within a couple of days I signed the contract and begin the process. The job was completed today, the work was impeccable, the technicians literally spent three days in my home, they did everything they promised to do and went above and beyond... Rob the project manager was excellent with communications and picked up the phone every time I called to make sure everything was coordinating properly. The technicians that were on the job all week, Steven and Desmond were absolutely awesome work-wise and easily approachable. I will HIGHLY recommend Easy Air & Heat to everyone.     Nathan repaired a water leak that had cost us over $200 in extra water and sewer charges. I was very comfortable having him in my home. He has a friendly, but professional manner. I was given a price quote for each repair we discussed before he began the work. No pressure regarding what I did or didnt want to proceed with. I am pleased with the company as a whole. I was informed as to when the repairman would be there and his name. There were no surprises, just great service.
