    We had a leak from our water heater expansion tank 2 days after Christmas. Luckily we were home and noticed. These guys were able to squeeze us in the same day. We were originally scheduled for that evening, but due to a cancellation they were able to come by hours earlier. Brandon did an excellent job, was very professional and friendly. He made sure that all of my questions were answered before leaving. He was very respectful of property and even removed the dirt dauber nest from the area where the water heater sits. Highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

    What an amazing experience. I had what I thought was a major plumbing issue but Michael Wilson communicated with me and explained what it could be. I had Zach Vaughn come to the house after a long day and took care of the problem. He explained everything that it possibly could be, gave us an estimate and totally took care of us. JoCee also helped with the scheduling of the appointment. All were very professional and I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber!!

    We love this company! Merritt King is the best. Her customer service is amazing. She answers her cell phone every time that I call for the property that I work for. She also says, Hey Liz EVERY time! I love this because she has a caring spirit and makes you want to call for service! The technicians working for the company also call me with any issues they run into before they continue working! Great plumbing company!!

    Rooky and the 1 Tom Plumber team recently helped us in an emergency situation, so it was a no brainer to have them out for planned work in installing our new kitchen sink and plumbing. As expected based on our previous experience, the service was excellent. We even ran into an unexpected issue (isn’t that always the case with home improvement projects?), but Rooky was professional and thorough in getting the job done. That’s twice now we’ve received great work, customer service, and pricing. Not sure what else you could ask for.

    Ive used 1-Tom-Plumber a couple of times over the last year and have found their service to be punctual, fast, and high quality. Had to have a cartridge replaced in my shower last week and Rooky, my technician, was quick to diagnose the problem, explain the issue, and make the repair. I would highly recommend.

    Called technician (Mac) out for toilet repairs. Later that evening, a water pipe in my kitchen busted. Mac willingly came back out to inspect. Coincidentally, the issue was unrelated to the minor repair that had been completed earlier. This job was completed at a discounted price per management (which I am extremely grateful). Mac was kind, fair, and easy to work with for both plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Tom Plumber!

    We had a water main leak in our yard. Didn’t know notice yesterday until 3:00 PM. Not sure how long it had been leaking. Rooster came out around 5:30 as it said he would. Just in time for storm, lighting and hail. He had to wait for the storm to stop. But he got it done in a timely fashion. Thanks again Rooster for the help after hours. Sorry my Shepard scared!     Joseph Rooky came by today to fix a kitchen faucet issue. Firstly, let me say that the level of communication impressed me greatly. He was prompt in the time frame given to me. He was very professional,friendly and informative. He even looked at another issue Im having in the bath tub.     I live in a 100 year old house and thought it was a worse case scenario. I cllaed 1-Tom-Pumber becuse the toilet and shower were both backing up. Willie was here in about 3 hours from my call and was able to clear the line. Great fast service. Highly reccomend!

    There was such a pleasant young Receptionist who greeted me when I called, and I rested assured after talking to her, that 1-Tom-Plumber was my solution! When the Plumber arrived, He was so Humble. I exclaimed how bad the Blockage was! and He simply said… “It’s okay ma’am, it’s my Job.” He carried hisself in a professional manner and got the job done quickly.He cleaned up the mess and broke through the blockage!     I don’t write many reviews (especially not at 10PM on a Friday), but “Rooky” really came in clutch for our family tonight. We had 2 pipes break inside the wall around 5PM that forced us to shut off water to the house. I called 1-Tom-Plumber and they were able to come out in a couple hours and get our pipes fixed and water back on the same night.Joseph “Rooky” Duncan did an excellent job and went above and beyond for the repair, but the main reason I wanted to write this review is for the incredible customer service. In a day and time where customer service is almost non-existent and some folks seem like they couldn’t care less, Rooky was extremely kind, professional, and patient as he explained everything, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure we understood the work being done. It was obvious he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Rooky and 1-Tom-Plumber. We will be using them again in the future, hopefully under much less stressful situations.

    Many positive things to say about 1-TomPlumber. First, someone actually answered the phone. It was 4:30pm and we had a busted water line to one of our showers, spraying water behind the wall and soaking the carpet. She told me for after-hours there would be an additional $150 charge, which, as a working man myself I fully understand that. Their plumber, Dominique, Called me when he was on the way. After reviewing the damage, he told me how much the total charge would be, which I accepted. He was a neat and professional worker and fixed the busted line quickly.

    We had some damage to a pipe in our front yard that caused a big leak and significant flooding. 1-Tom was able to get a technician to our house same-day, and their dispatch team was very responsive and provided multiple updates throughout the process. Aaron, the plumber who came, was wonderful to deal with. He managed to source the parts he needed, even on a weekend, and got everything fixed within a few hours. I’m very satisfied and would absolutely recommend this company!

    So far my experience has been excellent. Im dealing with a water leak from my hot water heater which prompted me to find a suitable plumber. 1 Tom Plumber rep, Rooky, showed up and quickly assessed my concern. He found out that the water temp was turned too high and adjusted it. He also gave me watch items and to follow up if something else is a concern. So far, so good and I will be calling him back as he was very professional and kind. He also explained things to me that I understood. Thank you!

    These guys did a great job and had a great attitude. They honored their advertised price and got the job done, where other companies advertise one price and come out and give an estimate for services you don’t even need. The 1-Tom tech that came out was Josh and he was awesome he went above and beyond to get the job done and I really appreciate that.     We are so thankful for Mr. Willie and Thomas that came out today! We had someone else (not saying who) that told us we would have to replace all of the drain piping in our house to fix the issues we were having. I’m glad we got a second opinion!!! Willie and Thomas came out, fixed the problem without having to change out pipes, and charged us a respectable amount for the work they did!     Great service. Had a partial blockage and called 1-Tom and Mike was at my house in hours. Assessed the situation, told me the plan and cleared the blockage. Showed me video of the blockage in the pipe and charged a fair price. Whole process took about two hours. Big relief. Definitely recommend.

    My first two services with 1-Tom have been excellent. They got technicians out to me the following day at both services. I have tenets in my unit now and live a few hours away, and it was so easy to send out technicians by booking online. The first time Dominick serviced us and most recently Willie came out to diagnose an issue. Both technicians were so friendly and polite. My issues were resolved immediately both times.     Highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber. Our below ground level sewage pump malfunctioned as we were leaving for vacation. The issue had to bed resolved. A friend recommended 1-Tom-Plumber. I was reluctant as my past “emergency plumbing” calls havent always turned out so positively. From the first phone call to completion of work they were efficient, professional, and kind. They kept me informed and up to date on their arrival time, assessed the situation, thoroughly explained potential outcomes, identified the problem, created a solution, and had us back in working order within a few hours.     Rookie came within an hour, found the problem of a broken line. He dug down and found the water line where the leak was occuring. The water line had been installed UNDER the sewer line so he had to clear it out in order to get to the water line. This made his job more complex, but he handled it in a timely professional manner. Highly recommend Rookie and 1-TomFollowup 2 weeks later: my water bill had quadrupled in the previous 3 months. I had other plumbers come out and the water company themselves checked it and said that I had a leak somewhere. Then Rookie came out and within 2 hours had found the leak underground , dug it out by hand and fixed it. The water company came out and said I wasnt using as much water and they wondered what had occured....I said I finally found a good plumber! My bill went down by two thirds.

    I called 1-Tom-Plumber praying for an honest and affordable plumber. Last Sunday my bathtub, toilets and sinks would not go down so I called Preferred Services who I pay monthly fee to come out and fix my issue. They snaked my line and said we unblocked your issue. Exactly 1 week later the same thing happened but this time I called 1-Tom-Plumber and thank god I did. They put a camera down and found some bricks had collapsed and was causing the backup every time we used toilet paper. They advised me to call my septic guy. I am canceling my monthly charge with Preferred Services and will call 1-Tom-Plumber from now on. They were courteous, understanding and very helpful in guiding me into the right direction to resolve this issue. I will always call 1-Tom-Plumber for all my needs.

    Contacted 1-TP for a quote to replace an existing tankless water heater. Rooky was punctual, professional, technical, and very thorough. He arrived on time as stated. He inspected the existing system and gathered all information needed for a completely new unit. He was not in a hurry and made sure all the boxes were checked.     Josh was great, professional and friendly! I know it was after hours, but the fees are really high! He removed the clog and I am very grateful!Josh also didnt have what he needed. Also, when the material came out of the sewer pipe I thought maybe he would clean it up but he said I was responsible.     This was a great company to do business esl with. First of all no matter when I call, they answer the phone even after usual business hours. They sent me a text with the Plumber’s picture on it before he got here which always helps with security. He called me when he was on his way. He and a teammate, whose name I unfortunately cant remember, did a fantastic job installing a new toilet where the old one had flooded the bathroom.     It took a while for customer satisfaction, but we got this after a very frustrating week ( No master bath comode, No water in guest bathroom but unoccupied, no hot water in kitchen sink.) This was handeled with excelence at the time. After several follow up phone calls the following week ( they go through a Dispatcher system) , and after seeing our details for work to be completed, it looked like we had another week to wait for parts. I was furious, and called. All this needs to be done on our scheduled service call today. I was assurred that this would happen. It did, and we are back in business.     I needed a plumber to replace my fill valve in my toilet. I called 1Tom Plumber!....and I am so glad I did! Mr. Michael was the technician and showed up right on time.     One of the hardest things to find today are tradespeople who actually care and take pride in what they do for their customers.I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was completely blown away by our experience with Michael and John and the entire team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of.Their responsiveness to our issues were always very prompt and gracious.Rook dropped everything to ensure that our top-of-the-line tankless water heater system was installed and running exactly as described.     This was my first time calling 1-Tom-Plumber, and I have to say, I was very impressed with Mr. Mac Pruitt! He called an hour ahead to give me an exact arrival time, and was here at that time, as promised. The repair was a little more complicated than originally anticipated, but he explained everything that needed to be done, and gave me the price upfront. There was no upsale or high pressure pitch. Mac was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very patient and respectful to an old lady!

    Full house drain clog on a Sunday morning… Nightmare scenario. But 1-Tom Plumber got to our house within 2 hours and had it cleaned out an hour after that.No plumbing job is cheap, especially on a Sunday, but I was happy to pay the reasonable fee to have such a quick and professional job done.It’s also guaranteed, so if there are any more problems, they’ll come back and fix them.

Turns out that not all the recommended repairs were valid so rather than selling me something I didn’t need he addressed only the true items of concern.     Underground water pipe leak (oak tree roots)…I noticed a portion of my lawn started to saturate and eventually flow water from a suspected leak. I called late Sunday night and a next-day appointment with Mac Pruitt was scheduled. He called and arrived right on time, was very professional. Mac quoted the job within minutes and began the work. He dug down, navigated the root system, identified and made the repair, tested for leaks, flushed out any compromised water in the lines caused by the leak and covered everything back up. Every step of his work was communicated and executed very well. I hope I never need this type of service again but I will certainly employ this company’s service again if I do. Thanks, Mac!

    I call after hours in a panic because I noticed water running down the exterior of my foundation near where my shower is inside my house. Mac Pruitt II arrived shortly after my call and went to work. He went up under the house and took videos of everything under there to show us, but couldn’t find the source of the leak from the pipes. Instead of leaving, he called his supervisor for assistance and they said it might be an HVAC issue. Instead of leaving and telling me to call an HVAC person, he took apart the wall panel over my air handling unit to see if I had a drip pan there and if it was full and that was the issue. Come to find out there was no drip pan! He put my mind at ease with the pictures and videos from under the house and I was confident that there wasn’t a busted pipe somewhere, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. He only charged me for the after hours fee, which was a welcome surprise. I will definitely be calling 1 Tom Plumber for all of my plumbing needs!
