We actually won a water heater and did not know what to expect. We were able to get it put in almost immediately. Ourinstaller, Greg, was super! We also needed a new cabinet, which the scheduler forgot to tell him, but he was able to get us one at a good price. Very professional, clean, polite, thorough and quick. Very impressed. Tyler went over and above to get my Mom’s water heater replaced… he gave me all the info I needed to make a decision as to whether I wanted to fix her existing water heater or order a new one. I decided to order a new one and he stayed super late in order to finish the job completely! Then when I had 2 questions the next day he called me and was able to fully resolve both questions to my full satisfaction. Amazing!

This company provides exceptional service to their customers. I needed to replace or repair a hot water heater. I met with Greg and he was thorough in giving me options from which to choose. I decided to replace my water heater. He was knowledgeable and helped me make my decision offering different options that would meet my particular needs. Their price was very fair and Greg replaced my water heater. This was all done within a few hours of my initial call for service. Had a pipe burst underneath my home during the night and didn’t discover the issue until morning. The water was gushing to the point you could hear it through the vents in the bathroom.Champion came out quickly and addressed the issue while advising me on further issues that I will be dealing with as my home is older and in need of upgrades.Champion is not cheap but you are getting what you pay for in the top notch service that is rendered. The plumber that came out to fix our issue, Russell, was professional and didn’t sugarcoat anything which I appreciate as a working man. I don’t want jargon. I want it done, and done right.The only issue I encountered was having to call multiple times to get my receipt emailed to me as the town I live in needs the receipt for their records to adjust my bill. Given this happened soon after Hurricane Helene destroyed most of the region I certainly granted patience and grace.Overall, this is a highly reputable company. 1,200 reviews and a 4.9 out of 5 star rating can’t be faked, bought, or argued with. I highly recommend this company.

This was our third time using Champions services. I called on a Thursday that our heat went out unexpectedly, and they were able to send out someone the next day. Matthew was thorough, punctual, and did a fantastic job communicating what the problem was. We’ve had Champion Comfort out to our house for several different electrical projects - installing new light fixtures, adding dimming lights, changing outlet and light switch positioning. Most recently Brandon came and installed a Level 2 EV charger for our car. We have an older home with lots of quirks and they are always willing to troubleshoot and come up with excellent solutions to upgrade our home. Their technicians are always prompt, friendly, with fair pricing! We will continue to use Champion for all future projects.

Came in, got the job done quick and was very reasonable with pricing and honest about repairs. Super cool guy and an expert in the field, even gave me some tips and tricks to prevent a fault that kept happening. Instead, he instructed us as to what could work without replacing functional equipment that just didn’t work well with what we had purchased. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. These guys are the real deal. Having experts in their name is an understatement. Frank came out to check out a loss of power in my home, and it had rained earlier that morning. Frank was very kind and respectful upon our greeting. He even put on SHOE COVERS to enter my home. Incredibly thoughtful of him, and professional on the business’ part. He was very thorough in his initial inspection, and did everything he could to inform me about each aspect of his repair. He even helped me learn a few things. Needless to say, the problem has been fixed and he even installed new plates for my switches. Frank needs a raise hahaIf you need solid electricians, these guys have you covered, no doubt. We have a maintenance program with Champion and have been doing business with them since 2019 when they were Upstate Service Solutions.We were overdue for our maintenance and were having trouble with the house cooling down. They came out the next day first appointment. Tyler was very friendly and professional as was his partner also Tyler.The found the evaporator coil was leaking coolant. They gave us a few options and we decided to replace the part. It would have to be ordered and installation would have to be scheduled probably in the next day or so. He went out and made the necessary phone call and came back and informed us that they had the part and would be able to do it that same day. They left and came back with said part and completed the install and filled it with the coolant. The a/c is working great, probably better than it has in several years.Highly recommend Champion!
