They are prompt, courteous, and proficient in the trade. I’ve used them for small things like toilet leaks to as big as new piping to be installed for my washer and dryer. Bonus, they tell you the truth about what is needed for YOUR job.

We had old oak trees taken out and already had a flush out valve installed (by a different plumber)last year after a backup. We knew our 100 yr old clay sewer pipe to the street was on borrowed time. So I had already gotten a quote from Budget and 3 others. Not only was Budget $1,000 less than 2 of the others,Tom was the only one who wanted to go under the sidewalk.So when our system backed up right before bed , I called Budget. Naturally the the pipe was in horrible shape on the other side of the new flush out valve so everything was replaced, including the galvanized water pipe that runs along side the sewer pipe. With the extra work, I started stressing about cost and texting Tom. He was quick to reassure me we were in the original the parameters of the price he quoted. Hes very calming and confident when your freaking out.I joke with friends how talking to him is like a reassuring hug...lol. He didnt raise the price for replacing an additional 8 ft. From past experiences, I know this is not normal with other plumbers.They will charge by the foot.So, everything is back to normal. We are very happy with Budget Plumbing, and plan to use them on our future projects. Its hard to find someone with such integrity. I recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had Budget Plumbing come out this week to install 2 toilets, a dishwasher, and plumbing to our kitchen sink.The men took our toilets to a 2nd hand store without asking. They were our property. When we asked about it they apologized but the toilets were already gone . Again, not their property and should have asked before taking them away.In addition they used our paint brush to clean up the mess made in the upstairs bathroom as well as their service truck dripped oil on our brand new concrete driveway which caused it to stain.Unfortunate circumstances!Thank you Tom for taking my call. Unbeknownst to the owner, the home had never been officially connected to the main water line. This job required permits, coordinating with the City of Greenville, re grading the yard, and much more. This is the second time that we have used Budget Plumbing for a fairly extensive project. Based on other estimates we received, we were able to save a significant amount of money on each project. Techs were very professional and honest about the work that needed to be done, and all phone calls with the owner were either answered or promptly returned. Budget Plumbing is definitely our go to for all of our plumbing needs.

We first called another company in Greenville and was quoted an outrageous price of $3200. They made it seem like we were getting a deal. We were going to have to have part of the sewage pipe replaced due to roots breaking through the pipe. Thinking that price was a little high, we called Budget Plumbing. Spoke with Tom and he couldnt have been any nicer. Told him our situation and he said he would go out that day and look and give us a call back with price. I about fell in the floor when he told us he could do the same job for $1650. He came out the following Monday and completed the job and cleaned up our yard very nicely. Tom is a very honest and dependable person and we really appreciate that. Other big name companies may try and seem to be fair and honest but that was only a front. If you have any plumbing issues, give Budget Plumbing a call. I promise you wont be disappointed!

Budget Plumbing replaced our waterline from the tap to the house. It was well over 100 feet. Part was up a steep hill with plenty of trees, not an easy job. Plus they had to bore under a sidewalk and move many patio stones. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves, and put everything back in place. Our yard grew back nicely but it took some time. They did a great job and they will be our first call if we run into another plumbing issue. After they finished the work we come to know them on a personal level, they are honest, hard working, and caring people, We highly recommend Budget Plumbing when you are in need. You can trust them.

I highly recommend Budget Plumbing. Tom did a great job for me at my downtown property. I needed a sewer line replaced and got several quotes. Toms was the best quote and I appreciated him because he called me right back. The other plumbers didnt even have their own equipment which is why they wanted to charge more and many of the other ones I talked to didnt sound like they knew how to do the job. Tom did the work promptly and professionally. He also planted grass when he was done and it is growing great. I would definitely recommend Budget Plumbing for honesty and great service.

I had large leak in my water line between the meter and the house. After a horrible experience with the plumber who was a referral from my neighbor and jerked me around for days. I found Budget plumbing and called the owner Tom, he came to look the same day and the job was done 24 hrs later. They gave me a great price , with no last minute price increases and the work was very professional, I highly recommend Budget Plumbing.Their logo is Quality Workmanship at reasonable Prices and they do exactly that.!!!

I recently found out that all the piping in my house had to be replaced and a new water heater installed. Budget Plumbings estimate was over $5000 less than the other estimates I got, yet their work was superior. The crew arrived when they said they would, answered any questions I had and worked continuously so that I would not be without water in the 97 degree heat. I stress the temperature because it is a nightmare to work when its that hot yet their performance was stellar. I had water by the end of the day!! The whole crew were professional yet very kind. I can honestly say I will never use any company but theirs. They Rock!! 9/5/2017 - I just sold my house and needed to repair some things per the contract. Called Budget Plumbing again and as always they didnt disappoint me. They repaired what could be repaired and replaced the garbage disposal. Not only was everything done correctly but they also were super reasonable. Im on a fixed income and this company works with you to make everything affordable. If you want honest people who do great work at an affordable price Budget Plumbing is the company to use!!

I called Tom, the owner of Budget plumbing, around 12:45 PM, one week day afternoon, and explained the situation. It was one of Budget Plumbings busiest days. However, Tom worked some magic with his full schedule and had a plumber out to the house about 2:30 PM, less than two hours after calling Budget Plumbing with my ASAP plumbing crisis. Thank you Budget Plumbing for taking care of my plumbing needs, quickly and efficiently.

A section of my drain line was 80% clogged with roots and I needed to replace it. I knew because I had a bigger company in Greenville run a camera. This big companys repair quote was ridiculously high.I called Budget Plumbing late on a Thursday night and left a message. Tom called me back early Friday and said he would try to come to my home later in the day to take a look. I told him its not an emergency, and if he had a job to tend to not stress about coming that same day. He actually called me to let me know he could not make it!. I knew then I was dealing with a company that stays on top of things and communicates to customers.When I told him that I had already called the utility locating service ticket (811), he said that he would need to call in a new ticket to get the service ticket in Budget Plumbings name so I would not be liable if a line was cut. That was a technicality I did not know about, and was happy that Budget would take that liability off of me.Tom came out on Monday, called me and gave me the price, which was very reasonable. I got the proposal via email later in the day and gave him my acceptance. On Tuesday, Tom called in the 811 service request (and actually texted the ticket number to me!) and the crew showed up later in the day and replaced the drain line. He came back on Wednesday and put the grass seed and hay down.Budget Plumbing is now at the top of my list for plumbing repairs. It was nice having a reasonable price, very quick service, proactive communication, and the job being completed as quoted. Tom responded promptly to a late afternoon message I left regarding a pipe that sprung a leak in our basement. He scheduled an appointment for the first thing the next morning. Steve arrived around 9:30 am and assessed the leaking pipe which was in a very difficult place to repair. He was very accomodating in discussing several options for repair. The job was completed in an hour or so. I was very pleased with the response time as I had to shut the water main off overnight. Steve was very knowledgable, competent, and friendly. Would not hesitate to call Budget again for any plumbing needs. Great Service!

My family and I were getting ready for work and school (showers, clothes being washed, etc.) and both of our bathrooms began to flood with water! I originally contacted a different plumbing company who advertise a lot around our area - they did some troubleshooting work for $1,700, then the next job was to dig a trench at the end of our yard which is what we hired Tom and his team for. And we are SO fortunate we did! Tom came out the same afternoon I called him. He informed me very clearly of the next steps - and that our sewer district will fix the issue, we just have to do some work so they can do so! Wow! This was such good news. They know their stuff and because of their experience and knowledge of the local sewer districts, we saved thousands! Well be recommending them moving forward!

Working with budget plumbing has been an incredibly positive experience, particularly since two occasions requesting them have been for plumbing surprises.Two years ago we were in desperate need of a new sewer line after having recently moved into our present house. After doing some research, we selected Budget from several other firms and were most impressed with their work. The expense for the line was much less than the other two companies quoted and they put back the yard in as nearly as good a shape as when they found it, and we have had no problems since that time. While having to dig a trench through our yard to the street, they were careful to save a number of flowering bushes in the process.They’ve also fixed several other minor problems at a very reasonable price, such as a leaky shower head to and toilet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for plumbing problems large or small!

Budget plumbing is REAL PLUMBING. Not some Service Company that promises pretty uniforms and wants extra money just to do the job theyre licensed to. I started using them in 2002, after a plumber came to my house for a service call and wanted $1300 just to dig in my front yard, on top of using their special camera and service call fee. They couldnt guarantee they could find it.I called Budget out and they found it by looking at the ground and digging a hole. (What an old fashioned concept! ) They discovered a drain pipe that hadnt been properly supported before being back-filled on. The total bill was: $250.00. Digging and all!!! Thank you Budget for KEEPING IT REAL!!!

The work was super and he had the new unit installed and hauled away the old one. Great work and professional services. I had hot water the same day! These guys were awesome! We needed our washer shut-off valve replaced. They arrived early and surveyed the issue. He tried to fix it without changing the whole valve but that did not work out. They left to go get the replacement and got back in a respectful amount of time. It took them all of 20 mins to replace valve. He communicated every step of the way! Thank you so much for getting this job done! And not to mention I called first thing in the morning and they came the exact same day. Most places around here have a 2-3 day waiting game.
