    The technician showed up with a nice big smile displaying his ID card. He went right to work checking out my heat pump and gave it a good cleaning. He checked the thermostat and and gave me some tips about the thermostat. He was courteous, friendly and listened to my concerns. Dipple has good technicians I have always been pleased with the service. There service plan is a great plan providing heating/air service twice a year

    Austin did a great job with our water heater replacement project. He thought ahead about how we (and possibly other plumbers) would maintain the unit. We felt like he really cared about getting it done right. A great guy working for a great company. Highly recommend!

    I recently switched to Dipple this fall and have since had what feels like the whole team out for electric, plumbing, and hvac. Everyone who I’ve worked with has been pleasant and knowledgeable: Ryan, Mark, Mike, Shaden, Juan. They have all been great problem solvers and have explained my options to me so I understand the tradeoffs. And they all say great things about the company - which feels rare these days. April and team in the office are also super helpful and make the schedules work. Really happy to have switched to Dipple.

    Mike was amazing. Professional, courteous, thorough, and was able to clearly explain the situation and repair to someone who had absolutely no idea what was going on. His calm in a tense situation (smoking liquid coming from the pump) was reassuring and I knew immediately that he had everything under control.I think Mike just made a new client for Dipple Plumbing going forward.

    Juan was outstanding. He came to see what was wrong with my unit. He checked it out and it didnt have any freon. Called me and told me what it would cost to move forward. The price was a shocker. I told him to go ahead and move forward. He found the issue and fixed it. I got home while he was still here. He told me he had gotten the price cut in half for part of the service ,so that was a relief. Anyway end result was, the unit was fixed and he checked a couple other things and I was extremely satisfied. The service he provided should be the way every company should provide service. If I have any other issues. I will be requesting Juan!

    I’ve had a good experience with Dipple but working with Chad M. has made it GREAT! He’s friendly and professional which nowadays is a rarity. He fixed something with our AC unit but set proper expectations of a possible issue and what to do going forward. I was able to make a follow up call and get Chad back out to completely resolve our issue and that in my book is quality customer service.

    Shaden helped my client beyond WORDS!! He found the problem for my client, fixed the problem and gave us knowledge on what to do going forward!! He refused to allow my client to be defrauded by the vendor that supplied her water heater and also spoke with the vendor on her behalf! On top of that he made the next person’s job easier by setting everything up!! THEN tells my client he’s praying for her!! Like…WHAT!? 😩🙌🏽 This guy was divine!! GOD SENT!! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful man to show up and show out for his company!!

    I can see why they are rated high and recommended by my realtor . Very prompt , was able to come out next day for a leak in bath tub that was draining into ceiling of master bedroom .I contacted Redbird residential services first as they had done plumbing work on tub prior to leak and they stated it could take weeks to come by and leak unrelated to their work.Dipple came out next day and fixed leak. They were on time and offered a location tracker and communicated efficiently via text and email. Invoice allowed credit card payment .$1400 for leak search (cutting below tub drywall) and replacing shower/tub valve .price seemed very high but I have no comparison standard .

    Dipple gave us an appointment immediately during the most difficult of times, following Hurricane Helene! The customer service rep found out if the technician had the correct part in his truck! Then the technician Mark Traviss fixed our generator quickly and was super friendly! These folks are fantastic!

    Juan was friendly and very knowledgeable. He determined the cause of the failure (furnace) wrote up an estimate then went over everything with me. Once agreement was reached he speedily completed repairs, documented everything and sent me copies. Juan then returned to his sled with eight tiny reindeers and sped away into the night. A very satisfying visit.

    Dipple is an awesome company! They truly stand by their word to help in emergency situations. I had called 2 other companies who said tomorrow was the earliest they could come out to assess a leak in my ceiling. Called Dipple and Mike and Riley were here within 30 minutes of my call. Mike identified the issue causing the leak, as well as a second issue with our HVAC that would have led the significant damage and repairs down the line had it not been caught early. He was able to dispatch the HVAC guy, Chad who was also here within the hour. Chad figured out the issue and had it fixed in no time. He also made sure once our water was turned back on that there was no further leak. Prompt, professional and reasonably priced and saved us an issue that would have been much worse later. Hopefully we don’t have to call for emergency services anytime soon but if we do, we will certainly be calling Dipple!

    Called Dipple Plumbing with a clogged disposal that I couldnt seem to fix. They sent Mike Gillespie out to my house within an hour. Mike was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. The quality of service and responsivenessfrom day 1 has been amazingTheA team (Jaun, Bryan, and Weston) that came out and did a full heating and air replacement and installed a 3 ton split unit, replaced all ductwork as well as installed a dehumidifier in my crawlspace all in 4 days!! They were more than helpful.. Their supervisor, Ryan went above and beyond helping me and explaining everything from price to even helping with small issues that needed attention.     Your team was wonderful. Ryan was concerned that my current HVAC system might crash before a new HVAC could be installed, especially with temps approaching 90 degrees, so he sent over a portable unit in case. Juan and the installation team arrived 4 days later and had my new HVAC system installed and cooling by 3 PM. They were careful and efficient and had everything back in order by the time they left. I will happily recommend Dipple to anyone.

    Danny did a fantastic job with the help of his helper, Casey Beauford. They work together as a team installing a waterline and sewer line. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and both had a great attitude and personality. I would highly recommend these guys for plumbing work and I think Dipple has a great plumbing department. They work for two days and stayed late finishing the project so I would not be without water over the weekend I appreciate everything, these guys have done. We never have to worry If we have an issue because they are always ready to help.We just had an HVAC inspection completed by CRAIG from Dipple and he was amazing. Not only was he professional but went above and beyond to make sure our systems are clean and functioning properly.We have an older home that is always having issues but having Dipple has really saved us every time. We just had water marks on kitchen ceiling and Austin the Plumber worked for hours late on a Friday night to resolve it. This is the second time he has helped with plumbing problems on our home.     Currently in the opening stages of addition. So far have been prompt, knowledgeable when problems arise. Wrapping up the final stages in probably a couple of weeks. It wasnt a bad process , you live and you learn. They are new to the room addition side of things .They are proven in the bath and kitchen side because their expertise is plumbing,HVAC, and electrical. The use subs like ALL DO. They had some Lights Out subs!! They are affordable. Its up to you to be realistic in what your goals are and how you want it to turn. They are worth a shot if you are looking for quality of work but are trying to stay away from a high end price but still trying to get the most for your dollar

I have a damp smelly area behind my kitchen sink and he was nice enough to refer me to a water remediation specialist who called me right away to come and check out the situation.     Billy, Danny, Callum, and Casey were fantastic! Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. While repairing a washer drain the entire sewer line was scoped with their sophisticated camera equipment and recorded (Which we found out was company policy). Like arthroscopic surgery on our sewer system. Video was sent to us, narrated, and found that our sewer line was cracked, holding water in 2 places, and barely connected to the city sewer! Serious crisis and mess averted! All the technicians were awesome! So easy to work with, and helped us get financing to replace the entire sewer system. Thank you so much to all the technicians and the entire team at Dipple. Great job Dipple!

    I highly recommend Dipple plumbing and air-conditioning. We initially called them when our AC wasn’t working. They actually answered the phone on the first ring! This week Cal came to check our plumbing And he went above and beyond in educating us and even Installed our soap dispenser on our new faucet unit. Dipple installed about 10 of new hot and cold water lines, standpipe with about 15 of PVC to nearest drain, and an Air Admittance Valve in the wall. They also closed/removed the old water lines in the basement. Cost was $1,487 + $199 for an annual service contract/warranty. The option without the annual service contract/warranty was markedly more and the annual service contract/warranty does not auto renew. Work was completed as expected and their team was professional. I would use them again without hesitation.Why 4 stars and not 5? The annual service contract/warranty could have been positioned better at the point of sale. Dipple had to follow up with me after my initial Google review to clarify the details.Full disclosure: the postcard I received from Dipple, immediately following the completion of the above work, said Id receive a $25 AMEX gift card for writing this review. Dipple also followed up after my initial Google review to clarify that they are discontinuing this program to avoid the perception that reviewers are compensated for their reviews.

It was nice that they could fix the plumbing issue when we thought it was a draining issue! Eric was prompt and actually a little early! He explained exactly what he would be doing, showed us a quote beforehand, worked quickly and efficiently. He finished up and did everything as he said he would. i am very satisfied! I would call them again myself for any plumbing issues and would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

    Have used Dipple and Michael for years at my son and DIL’s house. I now have a house in Greenville and needed my natural gas Weber grill hooked to the gas line. Michael came on time( despite the fact that the office gave him a totally random wrong address!). He got the correct fittings( the first time) and had it hooked up in no time. Michael is always on time and competent. I only call Dipple and Michael for all my plumbing needs!

    We have been using Dipple since 2016. We had no connections and we saw one of their trucks in our neighborhood and gave them a call. We have been service members ever since and all their techs, if it be plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling have always been great. I recommend them every time and even had my parents recently switch ( do I get a discount Dipple :D ? ).Update July 2023: Had our blower go out in June and they installed a new one. Install was done incorrectly and it leaked water into our home. Dipple had a remediation company out and did a full reinstall of everything (tore up some ceiling drywall in the process though). Their service techs are great, but unfortunately dont have much faith in their install team. It went out again July 22nd and Craig did a great job of diagnosing the issue and again, it was a bad install job of some wires. We are still waiting about three-four weeks for the crew to come back and fix our scratched floors from the first install and the holes in our walls from where the remediation company cut drywall, painting and putting back the trim.

The technicians clearly explained the issue of my furnace and even followed up on warranty issues directly with the manufacturer.The staff wore shoe covers when entering my house and offered to replace the burn out light bulb in my crawl space with my spare.     Replace electric meter, breaker box and wiring from meter to house. This process came with several detailed steps to accomplish - have power turned off, obtaining permits and ultimate inspections, the actual repairs/replacement and then having power restored. Like with an orchestra, each detail had to be followed precisely...along with requiring a large dose of patience on my part. There was no power in my home for approx 28 hours. With each step Mark prepared us and gave us his best estimation of how long each step would take and who had to perform what task. He was very helpful and professional, and I am very pleased with the attention and service service I received. Thank you, Dipple AND Mark.

    Had a nother company come out and run a line for my icemaker ,he used a shark bite on a copper pipe ,I ask if that was ok and he said yes ,when he was done it was leaking and he said he got it stopped a few days later it started leaking again ,I called to get them out and after a week I called Dipple and they was out within an hour and fixed it the way it needed to be in the 1st place ,very happy with Dipple ,Not happy I had to pay someone else to fix something that someone else messed up ,Highly recommend Dipple Plumbing

The job was for my elderly parents, so I needed someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind to do the work. Michael Gillespie came out to the house on a Monday, evaluated the situation, and made his recommendations. He, then, completed the installation with quality that Thursday. He even coordinated with our local natural gas service provider to complete the necessary inspection and testing, and he showed my mom and dad how to use the new system.
