    It’s never fun to get stuck with a leak of any kind! Unlucky for us we had a pretty big leak. One Call to the rescue! Wallace, the man, came out and rescued my family from having to use paddles and an canoe inside our home when the main drain from our upstairs cracked and leaked. Less than an hour after he arrived, had us all fixed up. Thanks so much! One Call’s the call I make when water ends up in places it’s not supposed to be. Thanks, again!

    Wallace just finished updating the old tub features. He came to the house, assessed the situation, and made a recommendation. The job was not easy, but Wallace is an artist. He replaced the two faucets with one piece and helped me visualize the end product. He listens to you and knows how to seal the deal. Great job! We will continue to use One Call Plumbing because the techs are professional, punctual, and good communicators.

    One Call is correct because that is all you will need for your plumbing repairs. Our Toilet stopped flushing all of a sudden and had issue with tub drain. Wallace was on time, terrific attitude and was very qualified in the job he did. All issues fixed !!!Simply said Wallace was awesome.

    I have been dreading trying to find a plumber because I wasnt sure how many things were wrong. However, from the moment Brittany answered the phone she put my mind at ease. The tech, Wallace, was at my house about an hour after I called. He did an outstanding job and was able to explain the issues so that I understood what needed to be done. He was able to fix everything in no time. He was so polite! Im so thankful I called and will absolutely use this company again in the future.

    I was very satisfied with the service that I received with the installation of a new kitchen faucet and a shut off valve for my dishwasher. Levi was the technician that came out, he was very nice, explained everything that he was doing and told me the cost before he did anything. He was also right on time.Also, great customer service with scheduling my appointment as well. I didnt get any run around with time or day and she even told me she would call about 30 minutes prior to appointment time and she also was right on time. Excellent quality service all the way around! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    We used One call plumbing for a water line break that created a backup in our on site Manager apartment, they were prompt, couteous and professional!!! We will definitely be using them again!Ps. They even had great recommendations for a restoration company also. It was a very smooth and informative experience with these guys.

    I called One Call Plumbing to fix a backed up toilet. It was the third time in several months it had happened. Kevin came right out that afternoon and discovered a small screwdriver that was stuck in the line and fixed the problem. I had called 2 other plumbers previously but they only made temporary fixes. Kevin was awesome! Not only did he fix the problem other plumbers couldnt fix he also fixed the handle on the shower that kept coming off. (It was missing a piece that a previous plumber had accidentally left off.) Kevin was professional and had great follow up. Nice Job!!

    My first call to One Call Plumbing was for a slow draining shower. Chuck crawled under the house first to see what kinda pipes I had. Then he routed it out from the inside. Drains great now. Second call was Friday after Thanksgiving. Toilet flushes & then wouldn’t quit running. Chuck was here 22 minutes after I placed my call! Repaired the issue in about 30 mins. Toilet flushes & water cuts off now in about 7 seconds after flushing. I highly recommended One Call & Chuck.

    I am in my 70s and I have owned many homes and used many service companies. I cannot say enough good things about the recent sewer repair I had done by One Call. First, they responded rapidly to my call. Second, Ryan was amazing - polite, professional and a hard worker who succeeded with the same day repair that required digging as well as going to Greenville to obtain parts for the unusual sewer connection for this house built in the early 80s. I recommend them without hesitation.

    Chuck is an excellent employee. The company is very professional, but personable. The jobs have been completed in a very timely manner and Chuck is very informative of the issues and repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone!! I dont like having plumbing issues, but they are the ones to fix them.

    Great service from the plumbing professional, Michael! We had a terrible situation and could not turn off the water due to damage to the primary valve from Hurricane Helene. So much water that I thought I saw a few salmon swimming upstream! Greatly appreciated their efforts particularly before the Winter Storm today! Highly recommend!
