The install went smoothly, everyone was so nice to work with, and very knowledgeable. They were very professional, took time to explain and point out details that mattered. I now understand how important maintenance is on a water heater and got to see firsthand what sediment looks like. After that, I will be on the two-year maintenance plan from now on! Chris and Alan explain everything that I needed. I had three other companies come and give quotes and not one of them told me that I needed a new aqua hutch a pressure regulator to my water line and Alan was the only one to crawl underneath the house. Jesse came right out to our home. He was extremely professional. He showed me pictures of the coil leak. He talked with my husband over the phone. He explained in detail what the problem was. He gave me estimates of the work to be done and told me that financing was available. He spoke with a salesman and arranged his visit for later this afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, his workmanship, his skills at diagnosing our air problem, and addressing additional features that could help with my allergies. Hes an asset to this company.

Jason and Jesse came out today for a semi annual check up on our newly installed HVAC system…these guys were great. Very meticulous and professional on every aspect of the visit. What I thought would be your standard…‘Everything looks good’ and a 5 minute inspection…was not the case. I have been with Carolina Climate since they purchased another company. I am fortunate that the HVAC tech that has worked on my system for a long time is still with them and helps keep that small family business feel to a larger corporation.In my experience the techs that come out are well trained and can fix anything you have if it is possible. They will not try and upsell you but will always keep you informed of what is going on with your system as needed and let you decide before they just install new parts.From my experience this is the company Ill stay with given prior experience with their personal.

Carolina Climate ControlI am a lifelong quality professional with high standards. I’ve never shied away from high value items, because I believe you often get what you pay for.With that said, I am also a smart shopper. I had a horrible experience with ARS and had to replace a unit. I had four AC specialist come to my house.Carolina Climate Control (Marshall) was the only one that accurately diagnosed my problem.Marshall spent over an hour inspecting my units and established a plan to replace unreliable system. He recommended improving ducting, increasing one return and adding another.In the 15 years I’ve been living in this house, I dealt with inconsistent temperature in most room. Since Marshall installed by new system, I have level temperature throughout my entire house and the thermostat stayed on 72 the whole summer.I have since recommended his company to multiple neighbors. They know what they’re doing…

It was such a pleasure dealing with Micah, Easton, Ryan, and Ben. I needed duct repair work done and an installation of a mini split ac. I ended up getting all new ductwork. These guys were very professional but also very friendly and kind. Even my dog was in agreement. Extra kudos to Ben. He took my trash can to the street for me then brought it back after it was emptied. Now that is special customer service 😄

Chris Gibbs and Alan Holycross showed up on time and was very professional! They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my random plumbing questions. They fixed my kitchen sink by replacing new piping, replaced garbage disposal, and added new strainer basket…. Then I mention my toilet constantly running and they checked it and ended up replacing fill valve, and flapper. They even checked water pressure to see if it could be stronger, unfortunately controlled by city. Great team!!! Recommend 100%

Carolina Climate Control is an awesome company! The whole process was 5 stars from start to finish! I called the morning I had an issue with the air conditioner at our Airbnb, they sent a technician that same day to refill it with freon. The technician found an outside leak that persisted to get worse so it was determined the outside unit had to be replaced. Since CCC bought Airone out and this unit was installed by Airone 2 years ago, I was so thankful CCC honored the warranty for our unit without charging us anything! Everyone I dealt with was very professional and polite. Edward, Micah and Ryan did a outstanding job! Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

I am a little picky about shoes being worn in my cute pink house and they were respectful and professional. The only thing l am waiting on is a document from them to submit to Dominion Energy. It’s been about a month, however no paperwork has been generated for me to submit to DE. Called the office several times to recieve the run up and around. I just have to share how happy I’ve been with everyone here because I don’t feel like it’s common to have such great all-around service from many places anymore. Colby is the best at what he does. He figured out the issue with our heat pump after two other companies couldn’t. Turned out to be an easy and affordable fix! After that, we decided to invest in an annual maintenance membership and it’s already been worth it with benefits beyond twice annual HVAC maintenance. Also, they do plumbing and their crew is equally fantastic. Alan and Chris quickly found an issue and had it repaired in no time, going above and beyond in the process. It means a lot. 1,000% recommend!

Hal helped make the best of a bad situation. I have a 5 year old HVAC package unit that was installed by AirOne (Pre-buyout). Unfortunately, this system has been wrought with issues, not necessarily due to anything CCC has done. When he was out today, for a normal Fall Service checkup, it was determined that the evaporator coil was damaged for the 2nd time on this system, and there were some other incorrectly installed pieces that led to the systems early demise.Hal immediately got in touch with the owner and manager of the company, to explain the situation thoroughly. After the conversations, we agreed on a path forward that not many other HVAC companies would have gone out of their way to do, like CCC did.Thanks again Hal, and the entire CCC crew!

I am so impressed with this company. We have been using Air one and they just got bought out by Carolina climate. This was a previous schedule appointment for a maintenance check. My technician Edward was a nice polite young man . I had lots of questions and he answered them all. He did a thorough inspection. We needed repairs to the upstairs unit as my tenant had not let the AC guy inside the last two visits. We had been very happy with Air one. To my surprise Edward had the parts in his vehicle and fixed everything straight away and stayed to 7 pm. If I renewed the maintenance plan I got 15 percent off and a free circuit part. So basically the maintenance program was almost free. They have a neat uniform and have a I pad for pictures so I could see all the damaged parts. I highly recommend this company.

I had the technician Micah. Micah was the best previously I had already called out two different companies who couldnt seem to fix the problem, but they would come in and leave within 10 minutes telling me that they cant find nothing wrong, if it happens again call back. Micah came in my air was working at the time, but he still took the time to figure out what was wrong. Come to find out my whole system was froze up. I had damper issues, transformer issues and drainage issues and he figured that all out within being here hour when the other technicians did not take the time to do that. I will recommend Carolina climate Control to anyone. Micah was great and I still have a little bit work to get done and when I called to get that done, I will request Micah, he were great!!!

Had a great experience with this company! Had been a few years since I had my system maintenced, they were able to fit me in quickly and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He explained everything he had done and what all would needed to be done (even showed me pictures!) to get my system in tip top shape. With an older system, I was sure they would be trying to push me into purchasing a new one. That wasnt the case with these guys.Thanks again! I had a complete HVAC unit and control system installed. The price quote I received provided the best overall system performance and efficiency as well as an excellent labor warranty on top of the manufactures equipment warranty. The old unit was removed and new unit installed in a 5 hour period. There were 2 minor issues associated with the installation but a quick phone call to Carolina Climate Control office was able to get technicians dispatched the next day and get the issues resolved. Josh who was the person providing the quote answered all my questions and provided recommendations. The installers included Russell, Robbie, Randal and Will and they all worked hard and were respectful at the job site. The people in the office were able to get me in touch with those who could help me and were always pleasant. From my experience I would recommend this company and will continue to conduct business with them.

What a pleasure to have work done on my house by such a diligent, intelligent, kind and polite couple of HVAC professionals. My old HVAC setup was a bit of a horror situation, but it didnt phase them they plugged away at it all day, and then on top of it the company owner showed up to roll up his sleeves and help them as well as review their work (Im a big fan of a peer review of my own work-- only makes us better, no?). The job was done perfectly, they explained how everything worked, then cleaned up spotlessly (even my driveway?!!).

We received another quote from a competitor who offered a less efficient system at a slightly higher price. Josh explained all the details and treated us as if we were long time friends.

2nd UPDATE - I would like to take this opportunity to give a shout out to Gaston & Robert for their outstanding service the THREE DAYS it took to get my new FURNACE HEAT (so warm - LOVE IT!!) and HVAC system installed. They were great and I would highly recommend both of them for your installs! I also had the pleasure of meeting Edward who came out to check on a minor issue that occurred and he was extremely thorough and quick in his diagnosis of the issue, which ended up being a manufacturing defect. He quickly came back to change the part and remained to do his testing to ensure there were no more issues. I also had the final inspection from Anderson County and everything was found to be in working order. FIVE STARS *****====================================================UPDATE (Since I cannot leave additional reviews, I will amend this one) - On March 21st, I met with Micah and Easton who were able to provide me with viable options to replace my existing system after discussing with HAL all the issues that he found. I am so happy to say that they were able to provide an option that worked within my budget, given the system I currently have was just installed in July, 2023.They worked with DUKE to get me rebates and also filed the permits with the town and were able to set up the install for Monday, March 25th. I am thrilled that this situation will be resolved soon and I will finally have heat / air that will be energy efficient and have equipment installed correctly that I can also receive rebates from the IRS and Duke.Stay tuned for another update to this review after the install is complete. Gaston & Robert were assigned to the install and all I can say is everyone I have met at Carolina Climate Control has been absolutely wonderful. Micah was so respectful to the situation and explained everything very clearly to me so I understood the system I am getting is so much better than the one I currently have and that my heating will be so much better and I should start to see those high bills decrease!FIVE STARS *****==================================================I called Carolina Climate Control to get a second opinion on my existing HVAC system as recommended by Duke Energy because my Energy bills were almost doubled from what I used to pay. They were extremely responsive and sent the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with - HAL! Hal arrived at 11 am and did a very thorough investigation into my existing two zone system. He explained everything and delivered the information with extreme sensitivity since my unit is less than 1 year old and was not performing correctly. He finished his investigation by 3:30 pm and provided a very detailed list of all the issues the system had with the units, install, etc.Needless to say, I am meeting with another rep this Thursday to discuss solutions to the issues I have and I will without a doubt be doing business with them in the future. I cant say enough nice things about Hal. He was so knowledgeable and provided such detail to the issues that no other second opinion tech provided. I had two other companies come out and one tech finished his investigation in about 20 minutes and all he said was there must be a leak in your system because your refrigerant was low. Hal, on the other hand spent the time to really evaluate the entire system to find out exactly what was wrong. And, unfortunately, there was quite a bit but thankfully, I believe that Carolina Climate Control can help fix the issues and get me back to a system that will provide efficient heating and cooling in my home. Ive been very satisfied with Carolina Climate, I opted into the annual maintenance plan and the office actually reaches out to schedule the preventative maintenance - and they were able to get me in the day after their first call. We have had some issues with our brand new system, and although repairs can be pricey, they work with you to diagnose and do whats best. We recently had a new return vent put in, and Colby worked over the better part of a day, running out to get supplies and custom build a duct to make sure it was installed correctly and taken care of before the day was done.
