    I recently had the pleasure of working with the team (Keith, James, Ben and Peter) at Kens Plumbing for a water heater installation, and I couldnt be more impressed with their service. Not only were they able to accommodate my request for same day service, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was completed quickly and efficiently.From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the team at Kens Plumbing was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.     3 stopped up toilets so where do you go. You go to the phone and call Kens Plumbing. Their on call men came out in about 30 minutes. Septic tank stopped UP !!! Calling Dr. Flush.James and Kevin fixed us up. They got us working until Dr. Flush can arrive. These two men are fine representatives of Kens Plumbing. I am totally satisfied. Try them if you have need. Youll be glad.

    We had an emergency issue and Kens plumbing was at our home within an hour. Ben was very diligent in figuring out the problem.     We have used Kenā€™s Plumbing 4-5 times in the past 18 months, and the service has been outstanding every time. Billy and Noah came out to replace our water heater that had been damaged in severe basement flooding from hurricane Helene. They came out on a Sunday and were here within an hour of calling. From the responsive customer service (thank you, Gina!) to how quickly and efficiently the technician teams have been able to come out and quickly fix our issues each time, we will never use another plumbing company! Kenā€™s Plumbing is fairly priced for the quality of service and product you get. Wonderful company to work with start to finish. Highly recommended.

    Had a water heater replaced and needed some minor plumbing tasks around the house. Keith did a fantastic job! He did everything to code, did not cut corners and offered a lot of advice and insiderā€™s knowledge to various plumbing problems we were having. Very personable and trustworthy crew. Also, they are very responsive and stand behind their work. Unequivocally recommend since they earned me as a customer !

    Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and professional.I had a bad experience with a handyman fixing a tiny leak at my kitchen faucet. A simple fix that should have only required a screw to tighten a cut-off valve turned into a big water gush of a problem.I called Kenā€™s at @ 3:30pm after waiting all day for the handyman that was supposed to be on his way at 7am, then 5 minutes away from my house at 10:45am. They got me on their schedule for the next day in the afternoon , but called me back in less 5 minutes because they were able to work me in. I had told them my story and they went above and beyond to try to relieve my stress, inconvenience, and disappointment the same day.The lady that schedules the appointments was very kind and compassionate.Noah, the technician (plumber) arrived shortly after and assessed my issue. He explained what happened, the remedy, and how much it would cost to fix it. He was quick and thorough without making me feel he was in a rush and didnā€™t want to be bothered.In fact, at one point we thought the cabinets may have to be cut because the handyman cut the pipe too short. I went to tearing up and said ā€œI feel like I could cry at this point.ā€ Noah responded with ā€œIā€™m going to do all I can to keep you from crying.ā€ And he did. šŸ˜„Noah was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.Sharing this experience because if you are in need of plumbing work, itā€™s highly likely that you are dealing with a stressful situation, and need compassionate, dependable, experienced people like the Kenā€™s team to help you out.You might save money with a handyman, but you also may end up paying 3Xs as much because your handyman botched up 2 attempts and appeared to be no she on the 3rd one. He did show up after Kenā€™s fixed my issue. No phone call before he did and no response to my last few calls or texts.Save yourself some heartburn and hire Kenā€™s.     Highly recommend Kenā€™s Plumbing. Keith and his partner showed up the same day I called to replace my water heater. They couldnā€™t make it to my house til 6PM but worked til after 10 to get the job done and done well. So happy I didnā€™t have to go another day without hot water. Super nice guys as well.

    I had a slow draining kitchen sink. I tried everything within my capabilities to fix but to no avail. So I called Kens plumbing. (Im a repeat customer) They sent Keith out within a couple hours. Keith was professional, personable, thorough, and quick. He took his $900, 75 motorized snaking tool and cleaned it out. The price was little more than expected but he worked with me on it and introduced me to a pipe cleaner to prevent future clogs. I highly recommend KENs, but I hope I never have to use them again. šŸ˜‰

    True professionals and genuinely care about relationship with their customers! Hurricane Helene damaged our tankless hot water heater. Once power restored but no hot water, I called Kens Plumbing at 8:30am and by 4:00pm we had hot water and a new heater. James, Ben, Peter, and Keith are rock stars! Greatly appreciate all at Kens Plumbing. They are the best!

    I have used Kens in the past at my home and found them professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. This time I had to call on them to fix a water leak in my daughters home.Noah and Bill came on time on a Sunday, but leak could not be detected. They recommended a very good leak detection service that found the leak. Noah and Bill returned on time after that and did a very thorough repair, along with replacing a questionable water heater.I am confident Kens Plumbing is a competent, professional company. They do very good work at a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

    I called to have my kitchen sink drain baskets replaced. Billy was very prompt in getting to my residence it was less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and did great work.     Needing urgent attention to a sewerage issue I called Kenā€™s Plumbing seeing they had 34+ years experience and took urgent calls. Explained my problem to Gina who assured me they could come out between 1-3 and possibly sooner. She called me a bit later and told me that Noah and Billy would be out within the next 30 minutes. They arrived as promised and quickly were able to resolve the issue. Perfect gentlemen and professional. I would highly recommend Kenā€™s for your plumbing needs.     Called Kenā€™s Plumbing after finding them online. They came out same day. I had trouble with water connection to a new fridge. The line between cutoff and fridge was in crawl space as was the cutoff. It was also a very flimsy hose that was continuously leaking. Bill was our technician. He diagnosed our problem and gave us 2 solutions. Afterexplaining the merits of both I decided and he was able to complete the job in less than an hour. Very cordial and professional. Thanks Bill!!

    Okay, this is a great little company! I was able to get an appointment same day on a Saturday for a crazy clog situation that included a bad wax seal and backed up tub etc on an upstairs full bath....a disaster that was threatening a worse disaster lololol. Had to call in the big guns because there was not a thing I was doing that worked to clear the lines. Keith and James came in and quickly figured out what the problem was and set to work. Together they pulled the toilet, ran a machine to clear the blockage (that was deep in the lines) and reset the toilet. We could see the seal was compromised too and water was seeping out from under the base. They got it all taken care of and cleaned up after. What a relief!!! They also looked at a couple other things I needed advice on. I am so glad I saw the references by other folks who used their services. I will definitely give them a call again in the future. Way To Go Guys!!!

    Weā€™ve been using Kenā€™s Plumbing for years. This time around, James and Ben came out and did an outstanding job. We had a whole house back up and James was determined to made sure we were running again with no problem before he left.     Called Kenā€™s Plumbing for a rather emergency situation. Within an hour they were here. Service Technician Noah was a God send. He checked the drainage and found not only one but two clogs within the line. He didnā€™t stop till they were open. He also installed a new toilet. He even explained everything he was doing prior to the service along with the cost.     Several years ago we used a different plumbing company. During a cold snap awhile back when our pipes exploded, we called them and they did not care. We called Kens on a wing and a prayer. While they could not help, they actually followed up and I have used them ever since. Keith and James are plumbing geniuses and can fix your most annoying problems. I cannot recommend them enough.     I have found the bigger service companies to be all about the money, and not much (if at all) about ethics.     Kieth and James are excellent! Iā€™m the kind of guy that if I have the tools Iā€™m going to do it myself, well, I donā€™t have the tools to work with ā€œpex pipeā€ and who ever the previous idiot was that did work on my dishwasher feed line decided to put ā€œ2ā€ cut off valves on one feed line! When Kieth and James saw my problem, it was an instant head scratcher followed by the ever predictable question, ā€œwhyā€ , I said , my thoughts exactly! One of the valves was good and the other one was preventing water from flowing so they then proceeded to replace the entire section of that line with one valve being in place as it should be, they was a pleasure to be around and did a quality job fixing the feed line to my dishwasher, I highly recommend them!!

    I recently had some updates done to my house and noticed the kitchen sink would clog and not drain properly. The garbage disposal switch hummed so I tried to unclog it myself but to no avail. I Googled and Kens was the first company to pop up. I submitted an inquiry on the website towards the end of the business day and received a call the very next morning. The woman who contacted me let me know that they could have someone out around 1pm the same day and that she would call me when they were on the way. I received a call around 1pm to say that Keith and another gentleman would be to my place by 1:15pm. They came, introduced themselves and assessed the issue. The disposal was a rusted goner! Keith gave me the options for replacement. There was no haggling or anything. He gave me options and said that they could replace the disposal same day. They worked pretty quickly and gave me all the instructions to get the best usage out of the new disposal. He told me about my warranty and how to register it online. I loved how professional they were. Loved even more that that wore shoe covers whenever entering the home. Will definitely call Kens for any future issues.

    We have been Diamond Club Members with Kens Plumbing for over 20 years and have always been so pleased with their work. A few Sunday evenings ago, I realized we didnt have any hot water, so I went downstairs to check the water heater. Much to my horror, I saw water on the floor around the water heater. I immediately called, Keith, who works for Kens Plumbing. He walked me through on how to turn the water and gas supplies off and said everything would be fine until he could get there first thing in the morning. Long story short, Keith and his helper, James, took out the old water heater, installed a new one and cleaned up the water that had leaked onto the floor. They were so kind and took extra care to protect our carpet when they rolled out the old water heater. Kens Plumbing has always done excellent work for us and we highly recommend them when you need a plumber.

    We recently had a problem with our water heater. We were very impressed by Kens Plumbing. We were serviced by Ben. We were provided with excellent service. He called and told us exactly when he was coming. He was polite and efficient. He even checked on a few things that he felt may have been precursors to our problem. He came out on a Sunday morning! ( That alone was impressive!) The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them, in fact I have already shared their information on our HOA website. Its hard to find a good plumber, but I now have their number in my contact list.

    Kens Plumbing was awesome when we had a toilet emergency. One call and they were here within just a few hours. Vicki, who I spoke with on the phone, was so understanding about why this needed to be repaired by the end of the day. Adonis was the plumber. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He had the pretty serious repair, which included going into the crawlspace and cutting pipes, done in just over an hour. The price was very reasonable and I was shocked that it didnt cost extra on the weekend. We will absolutely use Kens again!

    My water heater decided to start leaking profusely around 8pm on a Wednesday evening. I called Kens and the dispatcher told me she didnt have anyone on call, but she would see if she could get someone. Five minutes later she called back saying shed found two guys to come out. Five minutes after that I get a call from Jason asking me to take a picture of the unit and its details. And ten minutes after that he calls back with a quote to replace both of the 21 yr old units that are under our stairs. By 9:45 they were at the house working and finished up after midnight. The work was done professionally and no mess left behind and the rate was reasonable. I will call these guys every time.

    I had a great experience with Kens Plumbing. The receptionist who helped schedule my appointment was so nice. And, the two technicians (Jesse & Austin) who came out, were very professional and super helpful. I had a similar plumbing issue about a year earlier and I used Kens at that time to repair it. Jesse and Austin found that the part that had been replaced at that time had failed. They made it right when another plumbing company could have easily taken advantage of the situation. Kens stands behind their work. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs (hopefully there wont be many though!).

    Had a outside faucet pipe break very late Friday afternoon and they sent Keith out and he has it fixed within 15 minutes! . A few days later the thermal expansion tank on the water heater spewed water all over the ceiling ! Even though it was really late in the day they sent Keith and Chase out even though they were about 40 min away on their last call and they replaced the tank. I highly recommend them as they really care for their customers and were prompt, professional and courteous!! Yes, they made a happy customer!

    I found that my toilet was leaking from the wax seal over the weekend. I purchased a new toilet but Im 78 and not able to install it myself so I was recommended to Kens. When I call to set up an install I spoke to a very friendly, professional lady by the name of Melba who was able to send someone within no time.     My call for service was promptly answered by Vickie. She was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for the same day. I received a call letting me know when the technician (Keith) would arrive, actually even before my scheduled appointment, which was much appreciated. I discussed the service that was needed, and Keith provided good information of what parts he would recommend and why, and quoted the cost for the repair before starting any work. He completed the work in a professional manner. If fact, before Keith left, I requested a quote for additional plumbing work that would be scheduled for a future date. I would definitely recommend Kens Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.On Jan. 30, 2020, I had additional plumbing services completed at our house. The service provided by Keith with Kens Plumbing was very professional. There was a discount provided for the this service call, but when you consider 6 hours of labor, including trip charge, plus parts, which included 15 supply line stops, one supply line to the dishwasher and 3 toilet wax seals, the cost was over $3,100, or $516 per hour, which seems high.

    I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our dishwasher overflowed, we turned off the water, and it kept mysteriously filling and overflowing all over our hardwood floors. I had called another local plumber, who came, told me ā€œthey didnā€™t work on dishwashersā€ even after I explained I thought it was something more since it was filling while water was off, and left. It overflowed again 1 hour after he left. Kens was recommended by some friends, so I called them at 6am on a Saturday morning almost in tears because we woke up to a flooded kitchen AGAIN. The receptionist ANSWERED, was so sweet, called me back immediately when she got to the office and scheduled us. Keith came out to take a look. He and his partner spent about 30 mins checking everything thoroughly, told me specifically what was wrong with my dishwasher and recommended we replace it, then told me what he suspected was the problem on the plumbing side-we had old valves under the sink and he told me what to watch for to confirm they werenā€™t holding. Sure enough, he was right. I called them to confirm the issue, and they came back to install new valves and our new dishwasher. The floors were terribly buckled and the appliance store had not given us all of the parts they needed for the install, but they got the old one out and installed the new one without a scratch to our floors. Keith and his team provided impeccable service and were a pillar of consistency during a very stressful week and a half! THANK YOU KENS PLUMBING!

    Kens plumbing was recommended to me by another plumber and I was not disappointed. I called at 11am with my water leak issue. One hour later Christian from Kens was at my home. I showed him the issue and he went to work and kept me posted on how everything was going. This was a time consuming job. After nearly 5 hours, he had the issue corrected and my new water heater installed. Christian was very professional from the start. They sent someone out to diagnose the problem but then told me at 2pm he couldnt fix it until his project manager came out, looked at it and gave me a quote. The project manager didnt come out for hours and I received the quote after 5pm -- so no repaired plumbing that day even though I called the company before lunch. The next morning I called Kens at 8am. I had a plumber at my house by 9am and we talked about the problem. He wrote me a competitive estimate and told me he could take care of the line right then. Three hours later I had my sewer line repair complete and cleaned up. I cannot say enough about how responsive, helpful and reasonably-priced Kens Plumbing was. Great job!

    Would rate more stars if I could! I had inches of water under my crawlspace and called Kens after trying two other plumbers who said they couldnt come out for a couple of days. From the moment that Vicky answered the phone at Kens until the moment Keith left my house the experience was great! Vicky asked all the right questions to determine what technician to send. Keith met a family member at my house and went right to work crawling around in water and mud to try and find the issue. Once he found the issue he clearly explained what he found and what the fix for the problem would be and what the cost would be. He was honest and showed a genuine concern about the work and taking care of the issue as well as making some suggestions that could prevent a future issue. Cannot recommend using then highly enough.

    I should have called Kenā€™s plumbing from the beginning. I called another plumber in an attempt to save money who installed my new toilet incorrectly which caused a leak from my upstairs to my downstairs.     I called Kens because 2 toilet supply valves failed & HWH was leaking. Keith determined quickly that the PRV had failed and water pressure was 100psi, much higher than it should be. I also needed to replace 2 pop-ups in bathroom sinks and replace valves on the tub supply. Turns out the leaking water heater had to be replaced. A new RHEEM was installed and replumbed.     I used Kens plumbing for a fairly extensive bathroom remodel. This was done after I had previously suffered through the results of incorrectly installed water lines that ruined the drywall in my living room ceiling. The work was very quick and well done. Ken (the owner) came out to look at the space and made some great suggestions on placement and fixtures. I would definitely recommend them to others.I have not personally used them for an emergency call, but will certainly call in the future if I need them.

    I had a sprinkler line break on a Sunday and had to shut off the water supply so we had no water. Keith came out on Sunday, found where the line had a leak, but it was in the sleeve under the driveway. He worked to cut the line and cap it off so we would have water the rest of the day until the repair could be made later. Came back on Monday and Tuesday to finish (had to remove an entire section of pavers on the driveway to get to the leak, but finally got it fixed. Thought the charge was more than fair and Keith was excellent to work with on options.
