    This is one of those companies you can DEPEND ON TO DO A GOOD JOB AT A FAIR PRICE.I dont give reviews like that lightly. Everyone we have worked with there has been on top of it and they know what they are doing. Recently our water flow dropped dramaticallt. Jason was on the scene and got to the bottom of it Right NOW.Bravo Russell.

    Another great job completed! Jeff provided an accurate quote, answered all my questions and explained how my furnace and central air system would work. Taylor and Colt arrived as scheduled, worked steady and are knowledgeable regarding their trade. They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. This company exceeded my expectations as far as configuration and ease in maintainence. I received a follow up phone call to see if everything was working well and/or to answer questions. Finally, information was provided on rebates I may be eligible to receive. If you want it done right, this is the company to hire.

    Great service, even on a Saturday. The professional technician, Jason, arrived on time, worked quickly, explained my problem AND fixed it within 15 minutes after I had spent hours trying to fix it myself. Jason was so polite and was always considering the time he was here looking out for my best interest on the bill. Highly recommend Russell Plumbing and Jason!!!!

    Had called this company twice for my parents and each time been Great and Wonderful !!!First was with Rod to clean and relit the furnace pilot ,,, Thank You, Rod !and this time for a new Water Heater with Nathan, Coolest guy ever and super sweet and did a fantastic job !!!Thank You, Nathan !!!I know with heating that I highly recommend 👍

    A big fan here. Lift pump failed on a Friday afternoon on a Holiday weekend. House was full of guests. They were able to reroute a plumber/tech who was returning for the day. He diagnosed the problem and had a replacement pump on his truck. I have always found them responsive, professional, skilled and resonable. Highly recommend.

    They installed a new furnace in my home. While doing so they ran into a problem that needed a return trip. They returned and they fixed it. The crew was very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Recently had additional heat runs installed in three season room. Mark came out and had the work done in one day and also had time to perform tuneup on the furnace. He was courteous, friendly, professional. Highly recommend this company for any heating or plumbing work.

    Russell plumbing always does a great job called this morning for clogged drain was here 5 hours later( no emergency) and completed job for around 100 dollars! Awesome sevice!!!!!

    Heat pump died… No A/C, no heat. Russell came out, diagnosed the issue almost immediately, ordered the part and installed it in a weeks time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and the service guy was super nice. They will be the first call we make if we EVER have an issue again.
