    Our technician Ron Gooding went above and beyond in handling our problem! What initially appeared to be a main drain clog turned out to be multiple age related issues with our 62 year old house plumbing!He was able to handle all of them in a timely manner! We were panicking because several drains and toilets started to not drain at the same time as we were going to bed last night.     I hired Roto-Rooter because I had a leaking pipe in the basement. My technician was Colt. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain the scope of work and answer all questions/concerns that I had. My pipe was removed, replaced, and doesn’t leak anymore. Colt was an excellent technician and I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

    Called about our sump pump backing up and water in our crawlspace. Our plumber, Colt, came in and got to work right away. In less than an hour, the pump was fixed. Colt was extremely professional and knowledgeable during the visit. I would recommend using them to everyone.

    I was not the actual customer but my sister was. They had already been duped by two others prior to discovering we needed a plumber. All I know is the mans name was Todd and he was very kind always on time or called if he was running behind due to traffic or something out of his control. Acted in a very professional manner explaining ahead of time of what he felt needed to be done and why and went over everything with them. They were very pleased with the work he did and overall the best thing was his kindness and his compassion and understanding of two people with limited mobility getting bad service prior to him being called out so he made sure that the job was done right professionally and in a timely manner cleaned up everything explain things demonstrated things and they were just overall overwhelmed at what Todd did so from one stranger to another thank you so much Todd and may God bless you.

    We had Dave and Colt come out to detect and fix a leak. They arrived quickly (within 40 minutes of us calling). Both gentlemen were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Colt was able to fix the issue and Dave helped us with setting up clean up and filing an insurance claim. My husband and I are very happy we called Roto-Rooter and would use them again in the future should we have the need.

    We are so thankful for Todd! He was very thorough with what was going on in our home and even took the time to explain preventive care. Our issue turned out to be tree roots in the drain. Im extremely happy with the same day service. Bonus: hes a dog lover so he was very kind to our 3 dogs. The trainee was super nice to our 1 year old as she brought him random items to show off.Ive never used Rotor Rooter until today but will definitely call again in the future!

    Great experience so far. I put in an appointment request online and received a same day appointment. Jeff came out to the property I’ve just bought and helped me work out an estimate to install a dish washer as well as set up drains for both the dishwasher and washing machine for our unfinished laundry closet. Very thorough, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and answered any questions I had. I plan on booking them to complete the project. ☺️

    The company was able to get a plumber out to fix my issue in a timely manner. Zach was very friendly and explained all that he would need to do to fix my issue and gave me the cost up front so I could choose whether to have the work done or not. Zack explained everything that he done after the work was completed and cleaned up after himself. The coupon for a discount on their website helped in the cost. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

    Exceeded expectations! We called after 5p and Colt shows up at our door before 6! (Our first call to a different plumber was answered by an unenthused phone service that could POSSIBLY get someone out to us the following week.)We were so impressed with Colt. He quickly analyzed a complex leak under wood floor, crawled into the crawl space, checked the dishwasher, tested pipes etc. He was professional, energetic, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. When asked about his satisfaction with his his company, he bragged about RotoRooter. He stated that the leadership was outstanding and fair and his GM was the very best. He loved his team and stated the company trusted him and treated him with respect. Please give Colt a promotion, a raise and a huge thank you from very satisfied customers. An hour later, a field manager, also a super guy, stopped to check on the severity of the water damage. It was almost 7:30!!! Kudos to the company! This is outstanding service!

    Somewhere around 10 pm Friday night our drains started backing up and we call Roto Rooter and they we able to send someone out at 9am the next day Saturday. Nick was our technician and he was very helpful, he found the problem in a few minutes and explained to me the issue. Nick was able to work with me on the price to make the service more affordable so my family could use our plumbing again. Very professional and kind person and company. Would recommend them to friends and family and use their services again anytime.

    Roto-Rooter quickly dispatched a tech when our outdoor faucet busted. Colt and Dave arrived within the hour and were able to quickly diagnose the cause of the leak and come to a solution on the repair and mitigation of damages. Dave even helped walk us through the insurance process to make sure we got what we needed.Colt was able to repair the faucet quickly and with minimal damage to our walls. He was also able to provide advice on how to best prevent this issue in the future. Our family will definitely be using roto rooter in the future.

    Service was great. Got told a time frame over the phone and then another call to let me know they were backed up and running late on getting some out to me, but told me someone was on the way and let me know how far they were. I had Brayden come out and he was amazing. He was very friendly didnt try to pull a fast one with me. He looked over my pipes and told me his thoughts and what he would do. When it came to fixing my clogged toilet it did it clean and effectively, while also showing me what he did and explaining what happens when he does it. Brayden was amazing. 10/10 recommend him!

    Professional and quick, these guys did an amazing job setting up our new waste pipe system for our upstairs bathroom. They knew what they were doing and didnt hold back on the details about how things work and what proper materials and adhesives were best for the job. We had gone without water for 2 days for fear of us making the problem worse, so he was a godsend! Wish i could request specific technicians in the future as i would always ask for him! Thanks man!UPDATE: just had to call roto rooter again for a super bad stopped up bathtub. Jason got here within 40 minutes of my call and within 25min had my tub free and clear. Also was significantly less expensive than we expected. I usually try to use small local businesses for repaurs and things, but very very pleased with roto rooter twice in one month!

    I was having issues with my drain in my basement backing up. I called one company on Saturday and they said they couldn’t be out until Monday. I said that was fine. Monday came around and the company called me and stated they wouldn’t be out until Tuesday. I got frustrated after having to clean up several messes throughout the weekend and broke down. I called Roto-Rooter. The receptionist was amazing and they sent a technician out within two hours. Evan showed up and was amazing. He had the issue resolved within the hour and gave me some information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future. The pricing was reasonable and they always have coupons online. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roto-Rooter to anyone having plumbing or drain issues.

    The technician was very pleasant. My only complaint is. Rooter Rooter was to expensive! This was a simple kitchen sink clog removal. I even had all the pipes disconnected. I will say they were here in about an hour from the time I called which was a plus!

While I am not happy about having the expense, I am pleased to have my question answered and that the technician took the time to help me diagnose the problem so that I can have my contractor finish the job.

    Roto-Rooters customer service representative was extremely polite and very helpful in getting my ticket submitted quickly. She explained that someone would be onsite today, with NO obligation to pay before or after the diagnosis. I would only be expected to pay if I authorized the technician to start the work. Davari, the assigned technician, diagnosed the likely location of the problem in 10-12 minutes. The stoppage was cleared in less than five minutes after he retrieved his auger. He even asked if I had any general plumbing questions that he might be able to answer. THAT is the kind of customer service I like to see. Unfortunately, either too many companies dont teach it, or too many employees dont practice it.I thought the price was somewhat exorbitant, but the level of service I received will help me forget about it sooner 😆 Especially since the first plumber didnt do the job correctly/completely.
