    As a project manager for a GC. We ran into a well pump issue and needed a plumbing contractor.     Great service, but we were told he would be here between 10 - 2. We were surprised when he showed up at 8:30. That was fine, but would have appreciated a heads up. Also, we were quoted $330 for the eel job. But the email statement was $220....a $110 difference less. I had given a check before I checked my email. Gideon was very polite and effective.

    Would highly recommend. We needed a faucet replaced and our water heater and water softener pulled so we could replace the floor due to water damage. We also needed for them to put the heater and softener back in asap. They were wonderful in working with us. They pulled the heater and softener and while they were putting the faucet in we put the floor in. Then they put the heater and softener back right away. They were on time and very courteous and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

    The guy, David Miller checked our hot water heater and in less than 10 minutes he knew what was wrong with it. He had to go back to the shop and came back and put the part in and it is working perfectly.This is the second time I have used Remedy with David Miller and Colton Miller and they did such a wonderful job putting in our walk-in shower. They let us know exactly what they were doing and finished on time. If I need anything else to do with plumbing or heating of any kind they will be my first ones I will call.     I have used Remedy Plumbing on several occasions. I am very happy with their service and professionalism. First time I called them, it was after hours and my hot water heater was not working. Ian had just finished a job and was on his way home. He was at my house in under 2 minutes as he was near my house when I had called. He and his team went out of their way to help me. Ian went with me to Lowes so I could use my Lowes 6 months interest free financing on my parts and hot water heater, while his guys removed and cleaned where my old hot water heater was. By the time we got back from Lowes, the position in my utility closet was cleaned and prepped for the new hot water heater. Everything was installed and working within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Remedy Plumbing to anyone with confidence.

    Hired Remedy Plumbing to plumb a full bathroom for a remodel. They also installed a deep sink into some new cabinetry and installed a sewage pump. Ian came and quoted the job. The price was in line with my expectations as was the quality of the work. I had 3 different guys working together on the job and all of them were very easy to work with and were experienced plumbers. David was always on site during all of the work and he could answer all of my questions. They completed the job on schedule. It has been over 3 months since they completed the job and all is well.     David, Jamie, and Gideon did an amazing job and were great to interact with. They had to take down cabinets to replace a leaking pipe; they took care to keep the cabinets in good shape and were able to get them back up — you can barely tell they were taken down. Additionally, as they were coming up a narrow stairwell carrying some heavy cast iron, they accidentally knocked a handrail off. We told them that it wasn’t a big deal and not to worry about, but they went out of their way to fix it (they even made a trip to a hardware store for the right parts). Most importantly, our plumbing is in great shape. Highly recommended Remedy Plumbing — great work for a fair price. Special thanks to David, Jamie, and Gideon — you guys were awesome.

    I absolutely love these guys! They are reliable and excellent at what they do! They have replaced a water heater, pressure tank, and well pump for me. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so! They are the only plumbers I will go through because their prices are fair and there work is great. Best plumbers around!
