Upon the completion of a recent home project in my crawlspace (not related to any plumbing issues), I noticed that I had a small yet steady leak from my water heater. This was mid-February 2002. Since I have a home warranty, I reached out and placed the required service request. The plumber assigned to me by the home warranty company came out to look at the issue. After over a half a dozen trips to repair the leak over a course of 2-1/2 months, they were still unsuccessful at fixing the problem. Every time they left my house, I heard, “that should fix the problem” or “we will call when the part comes in” or “let’s see if this does the trick—call us back in a few days”. The home warranty company would not provide an alternate contractor and insisted that I stay with the same incompetent contractor until the situation was resolved. I knew of Payton and his company through another contractor and reached out to Payton for help. In just 2 visits, Payton not only fixed the original issue; but uncovered and repaired another leak that appeared to be repaired with a very poor patch job by the previous contractor. Payton was responsive, polite, affordable, fair, and explained everything to me step-by-step, complete with pictures. I knew exactly what I was paying for and was confident that the issue was being resolved correctly. I will never use another plumber for any future needs. Don’t waste your time thumbing through other Google reviews, Facebook recommendations, etc. Go with Payton! You will not be disappointed.

I happily recommend Provident Plumbing to anyone looking for a quality plumber in the area. We were alerted by our water company that we had a leak (ranging from 20-40 gallons per hour) but we couldnt find the leak anywhere. We called Provident Plumbing for help and really glad we did! Peyton came out to help, he set us up with a leak detection service and then he came out immediately after to fix the leak once they found it. It ended up being more complicated than expected but he found a solution for us and we are so grateful. He also installed a new spigot for us. Peyton is very professional, friendly, hardworking and reliable. We are extremely happy with our service and I plan to work with him again for any plumbing issues we encounter in the future.

Last week while getting ready to sell my son’s house discovered he had a leaking bathtub faucet. We tried to repair it ourselves causing a bigger issue. After searching for a plumber and calling a couple with no response we saw a recommendation on Next Door Website for Provident Plumbing. We called knowing it would be considered an emergency call due to being a Saturday but needed it fixed asap. Within 30 minutes Peyton arrived and began working. We found Peyton to be very knowledgable, courteous and diligent. He told us what was wrong and how much it would cost and got the faucet working. He explained every detail and that he would return on Monday to exchange the old (62 yo parts) to new parts. He returned on Monday and replaced everything just as he said and that he would contact us in one week to make sure everything was still working properly. We were very impressed with his professionalism and hard work. This is a family business that his Dad owned and that he is taking over. He is young but Dad taught him well should be very proud. We highly recommend Peyton!!

Out of the three quotes I got to replace the service line to my house, Provident was by far the best option. They were very responsive and easy to work with and the quality of their work was great. I will be returning to them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Provident Plumbing is an exceptional company. My family and I are new to the area. Less than 3 months in our home, we had a sewer line break and had to utilize plumbing services immediately. We had home warranty service send over plumbers that they contract with to assess the problem. This company was useless, as, they spent little time and effort to try and find the problem. They left saying they were unable to fix the problem.Thankfully, we called Provident plumbing. Within an hour someone from provident plumbing was able to come to our house. The technicians from Provident Pluming were very thorough and spent a lot of time looking for the sewer line access and finding the problems. In addition to their expert service, everyone that I have dealt with at Provident Plumbing has been kind and mannerly. Customer service is AMAZING! They go above and beyond the service they provide. We were continually given updates on progress as well as detailed explanations and visual images of all issues/problems that were encountered.In addition to their excellent service and knowledge, they spent time working with our home insurance company and warranty company to help us acquire the insurance coverage we were entitled to receive.I am truly so GRATEFUL TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES FROM PROVIDENT PLUMBING FOR THEIR EXPERT SERVICE, KINDNESS AND ATTENTIVENESS. --- Kim, Travis, Jason, David, Chad...... thank you for everything.We certainly were distraught with this disaster happening, particularly with being new to area --- however, Provident Plumbing made a remarkable difference by providing prompt, knowledgeable, service with A LOT of kindness and compassion along the way. I spoke with several plumbers before settling on Payton with Provident Plumbing, and I could not be happier with my decision. He was prompt, professional, and very helpful in problem solving through our plans to demo and replumb a bathroom. Payton and his assistant removed the cast iron plumbing and replumbed the shower, toilet, and sink, installed water lines for the fridge and dish washer, and moved a stove gas line. His prices were very fair, he explained everything, and ensured clarification so that he did exactly what we wanted. I will never recommend or use anyone else! ALL THE STARS for Provident Plumbing.

Had a good experience with Provident Plumbing. Ive had an issue with the pipe going into the wall from my toilet rattling and knocking around and its been slowly getting worse until now it happens nearly every time I flush it. Thought I better give a plumber a call before it turned into a real mess. Chris came out and was great--very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He troubleshot the issue quickly but methodically and the cost of the repairs was reasonable. Would definitely call these guys again, especially Chris, for any future repairs.

Great experience with Provident Plumbing! I recently purchased a Living Social deal for this company and called the same day to redeem it..they were able to schedule the service for the very next morning! The service specialist was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job and I felt very comfortable with him coming into my home. He even put special covers over his shoes so he wouldnt track dirt in. I would definitely recommend this company.

Unbelievable service - called and they were here WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. Will never use another plumbing service other than this company. Andrew was polite, to the point and showed me some diy tips. I called about a leaking kitchen faucet; he explained in detail how it had to be replaced rather than repaired. He advised that I would be better off purchasing a new faucet and installing it myself - saved me over $100! Oh, there was NO CHARGE OR SERVICE CALL FEE. If they dont fix they dont charge.

I found this company through Groupon for a drain cleaning for half price. We had a kitchen sink clog, and scheduled an appointment. The service guy was on time, went straight to work and the job was done in less than an hour. Earlier this week, we received a Thank You note written by hand by the owners 8 year old daughter!! It was a very nice touch from this family owned business. We will definitely calling on them again if we need plumbing service!

From the estimate to project completion, Provident Plumbing was absolutely top notch! I had my stainless steel kitchen sink replaced with a huge porcelain one by Jason, David, and Travis. Jason helped me pick out the best faucet for my sink...and get me a better deal. They all did an excellent job! I really appreciated the communication (text/call) before someone was on their way to my house to work on the sink, also! Cant say enough good things about Provident Plumbing! I will definitely be calling them again in the near future.

I used Provident Plumbing to replace my sewage pump and found them to be very professional. The showed up on time both days and stayed until daily task were completed. I did no have to go without plumbing at all.When they finished there was no mess left, they cleaned up everything and very nice and respectful while at my home.
