I had a water stain on my ceiling from a leaking toilet. Got stood up by another company that advertises heavily, called Plumbers in Pink on a recommendation. Had me scheduled within two days. Rusty came out, checked out the entire bathroom to make sure it was the offending toilet, had me buy a toilet at Lowes to save money. Went to pick it up, and the toilet was broken. It was the late afternoon, had me back on the schedule same time the next day, went back to Lowes, and ended up checking the (3!) additional toilets they tried to deliver that were also broken until he got the one he was satisfied with. He was in and out of my house in less than an hour. Great job, bathroom is as clean as when he went in there, highly recommend them and would use them again.

The Plumbing in Pink team did an excellent job at a reasonable price.Couldn’t be happier with the service or attention to detail.I had a broken water line cause by some construction vehicles. They were at my house within an hour and had me back up and running within two.They even helped trouble shoot a small issue with my tankless hot water heater. Fantastic!

We had Cody and Trevor help us this week with replacing galvanized water lines as well as cast iron pipes under our house. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the care and efficiency they provided. If a problem popped up during the project (which it often does with older homes like ours) they were quick to help me understand it and resolve it. This is our second time using Plumbing and Pink and we absolutely will every time moving forward!

Had nothing to do with the job he did for us.That’s the kind of company you want working for you.

Expensive but reliable. I called to have my kitchen faucet replaced after we couldnt remove the old one. It had proprietary hardware that we didnt have, 20 yr. old faucet. We needed to get the sink up and running quickly. Rusty came out later that morning, exactly when he said he would. He was professional and thorough. They are extremely reliable and easy to work with. The only drawback is the price. This is the third time we used them. Plumbing in Pink is one of the most expensive services I have used. Im not sure I will use them again.

I needed a utility sink installed inside a unit where there was no water or drainage. But there was on the other side of the wall. I got a few other quotes from nearby competitors and I got some very expensive and unsure quotes like “it’s complicated and this job will take me all day” “might be a few hundred more depending on ...” but when plumbers in pink came out. Gave me a quote for almost half the price. Had the job done in 2-3 hours and I payed what I got quoted on. This was about a month ago. Since then the job they did is still working perfectly and no leaks. They’re honest and charged a fair price. Highly recommend

My hot water went bye bye, and my wife and daughers were not happy. Neither was I when I took my morning shower.Ive had hit or miss luck with Plumbing companies. Some have been great, some unresponsive and not very good. This time I wanted to go with a company thats responsive, been around a while and can service what they sell. So, after much research I decided to give Plumbing in Pink a call.1. They have someone that answers the phone. No voicemail. Big win. I usually just hang up if I get a voicemail.2. Polite on the phone and the person who came out was extremely nice and not pushy. I knew our hot water heater (tank) was old and needed replaced. He didnt push a replacement, he simply showed me the issues. I had already decided before even calling that I was going to go tankless.3. They use texting in a professional manor. I often prefer email or text because I block unknown callers on my phone.4. While not the least expensive, they are authorized to sell and install the units they sell. I went with what is considered one of the best, a Navien. Being authorized, they can handle warranty service. If a person installs one on their own (which im not going to lie, would save a ton), they are also on their own when it comes to warranty. Being Natural Gas and Water, I dont play games. Have a professional do it.5. Installation was clean, professional and exactly as I requested. I didnt really want it under the house again (crawl space), and the fact you must flush a tankless heater about once a year, I wanted easy access. Done. Not only is it mounted for ease of access outside of the house, it is white like my house and thus is not an eye sore. The other brands, while rated pretty well are rather industrial looking and ugly.6. No problems paying with my CC. I would have paid cash if they would have offered about 3% cash discount. So instead just used the CC and got a smaller cash back on that (then pay it off immediately.). Tank + installation was $3800 + $69 dispatch + taxes. This is a bit on the high end for a unit of this size, but like I said. I want it done RIGHT the first time.7. Plumber/Installer was very professional and knew his stuff. Everything has the polish of professionalism. You get what you pay for.Summary:Use Plumbing in Pink if you arent just going for a low price. Use them if you want quality work at a fair price. Just remember, they actually answer their phones and show up on time. I will use them for my plumbing needs now and in the future. Thank you.

These folks are Crazy GOOD!!My go to plummer!! The “pink men” are super polite, professional and definitely know how to solve problems until they are corrected. And are careful to do everything up to code.And did I mention how fast they responded? CRAZY FAST! Had a leaky water heater that had lived it’s life and was leaking … brand new one installed within 24 hours!! Plus Laura in office helped me get approval with my home warRantee company so it hardly cost me anything out of pocket!! Just got my leech fields replaced with plumbing in the pink. My septic tank had a fault but these guys came out and writhing 5-7 days it was all resolved . They ran through all the various checks on my plumbing and pipes and sadly for me it was a costly issue but couldn’t be happier with the job they did and will always trust this company with my plumbing and HVAC needs. They couldn’t do more for their customers.

That goes a long way!When another contractor wanted us to commit to having a new drain field put in our backyard (along with the associated digging and expense), P.I.P. did some diagnosing and showed us it was completely unnecessary. We used Plumbing in Pink today and had a great experience. I has originally started following them on instgram (@plumbinginpink) because of their fun name and cute pink duck Bubbles. It was good timing because we had a leak in our toilet and I needed service quickly. This was quite possibly the easiest start-to-finish service call Ive ever experienced. I went to their website and then used the book online feature - I was able to select the service I wanted (with estimated costs), select a time frame (2 hr windows) and confirm my address. Within a few minutes I had a text with my service provider with name and photo. I received a text to tell me he was en-route to my house. Update: The work performed was done 4 months ago and I have been meaning to update my post but kept forgetting to. I changed my 2 star rating to a 5 star rating after talking to the manager. She was very professional and very respectful. She assured me that the particular employees work performance was unacceptable and not reflective of their companys actual work ethic, and he was reprimanded as a result. She also was willing to do whatever was necessary to rectify the problem at no additional charge.I had a major water leak underneath my home. I hired Plumbing in Pink to repipe my home. On their initial visit, they seemed to make a good impression. They seemed very professional. However, when it came time to do the work, I was rather disappointed with the things I saw. Quinton and his guys came to do the work. Though they fixed the leak but they did a sloppy job. They left the old valves that they cut off and replaced underneath the sink in the kitchen. The lines that they ran from the ceiling in the garage was poorly hung. They left the bathroom downstairs a complete mess! They didnt connect the lines to the sink in this bathroom. I had to call them back to connect these lines. They ran lines down the outside of the bathroom wall because I didnt want them to tear out any walls. However, they ran the lines in such a way that makes it impossible to hide the lines. There was poor communication throughout the whole process. They didnt communicate with us well what this work would entail.I have to hold the outside spigot as I turn it on and off because its not secured to the house. Unfortunately, due to my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. The guys who came to do the repair were nice but the work was shabby.

We moved into our home in October of 2020 and there have been sewer issues since (line backing up into our basement). We were using another plumbing company but they kept charging us for the same issue and it was never truly fixed. After the 4th time having them out to our house, and getting a five-figure estimate for the work that needed done, we decided to look elsewhere. Which is when Plumbing in Pink was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so glad they are now handling our plumbing issues! They were less than half of the original quote, and a major part of that is because a majority of the work that we thought was needed wasnt actually needed. I consider that a significant sign of honesty and integrity to let me know that work isnt needed when I had already agreed to pay for the project. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs!

My experience with this company is very positive. I have all my plumbing work completed by Pluming in Pink. They completly replaced all my internal pipes in the crawl area,installed french drain,replaced main waterline and sewage line,and installed a gutter pathway to get rid of rain water to prevent damage to the foundation.I wanted to give my work to one company so if I ever have any issues I can go back to them. They guarantee their work for 2 years parts and labor after completion.

We were having trouble with our tankless water heater, so we called another well-known plumbing company first but they did not diagnose the problem. Instead, they simply tried to sell us on another system without addressing why our tankless water heater was having trouble. They charged us $90 for doing virtually nothing.Plumbers in Pink were called several weeks later. They came out quickly to check out the problem, diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 different solutions to fix the problem. They were kind to my family, listened to my wife, and even fixed an issue with our tub faucet for free. There was no diagnosis fee. We ended up replacing our tankless water heater after hearing all the different options of what we could do to fix the problem. They replaced it that day! Plumbers in Pink were respectful, professional, and timely. They are great plumbers and I would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR YOUR PLUMBING OR WATER HEATER NEEDS! Our water heater decided to go on permanent strike 23 years after installation on a Friday morning. We left town for a getaway the next day and returned Sunday. I had called a person who was recommended to me on Friday but had no call back. On Sunday afternoon, I called Plumbing in Pink (solely based on Google reviews), hoping to leave a message for someone to return my call the next day. I was shocked when Rusty answered the phone and said they would be over within the hour.He and Jamie came to our house Sunday afternoon and explained the two types of water heaters, tankless and tank. We were not particularly interested in another tank, but Rusty insisted on quoting us a price for the lower cost tank heater, as well as the tankless. We were satisfied with the quote, opted for the tankless, and they said they would be there the next day.The next morning, I received a call from the guy I had called Friday, and doing due diligence, I told him Rustys price, and he confirmed this was completely in line.Rusty and Jamie were unable to get to the house until after dark Monday, and when I told them it was not necessary to do the work that day, Rusty insisted that it was the only time they could get it done within days, he had promised me it would be done, and it would be done. They went to work and worked for hours.At the end of a long evening, they left me with a completely functional tankless water heater but with just a few minor adjustments that needed to be taken care of by an electrician later. The electrician showed up the next day and finished the job.I cannot say enough positive about this experience. The guys are great. The service is great. The work ethic is great.Furthermore, the pink mission is so near and dear to me as a breast cancer survivor. They donate 2% of their profits each year to breast cancer research.
