    Called around 8 AM and was told they would be out within the hour. They were. Cobi and Karl saw my issue with main water line and went to work fixing it. They were very professional and took time to explain what was needed. They had me back with water to the house. Longest wait was waiting for the glue to set up. I would recommend Patterson Plumbing if you need a plumber in the Hunt County area.

    Austin from Patterson Plumbing did a great job fixing our clogged bathroom sink. The job required multiple trips to the hardware store for new parts. Austin was very professional and thorough. He patiently waited for me to put my baby down for a nap before beginning work. Our sink was in pristine condition once he was finished. Highly recommended!

    What a great experience it was to work with this company. They are professional, courteous, efficient, and fair.They installed a tankless hot water heater for us, our home warranty company was a mess to deal with but Patterson Plumbing stayed in constant communication about our repair. As soon as the slower-than-molasses warranty company approved the repair and got the part, Patterson Plumbing’s team showed up and got the repair done in hours.The technicians were pleasant and awesome.     Had something from my bathroom counter that fell and got stuck in my sink. After looking endlessly through reviews and different companies I decided to go with Patterson plumbing.     Cody, Kaleb, Zack and Asa, worked their bum off getting my 124 yr. old plumbing up to snuff. When we bought this old lady the inspection didnt indicate how much work was needed so when it took 4 days and several thousand dollars to repair we werent ready, but with regular communication and photos of before and after we made it through and now she should be good for another 124 yrs. Cody and his team will be an assist to any job.

    We moved into a rental house that it turned out had a ton of plumbing problems that we werent aware of. Roy did a fantastic job, got a full repipe done and fixed our drainage from the bathtub. We are so thankful to them for getting our water up and running! And Monica and Darcy were amazing at helping us with scheduling for times that worked for us, even working with us on weekend scheduling.

    This was a home warranty claim and they came out out within a few hours of being called. They were professional and friendly. I was told about all charges as they went and when finished, they cleaned up all areas. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.     These guys were amazing. After a bad experience with another plumber, they came quickly and made the repairs we needed. Most of all they did a good honest job which is what we wanted.     We had to have an outdoor faucet replaced. Previous plumber sent by our home warranty service wanted to cut a new hole in our bedroom wall to get to the faucet although there already was an access hole under our bathroom sink. We asked for a different plumber and Patterson was sent outLee did the change in less than 30 minutes with no issues and going through the original hole. He was professional, polite, and quick. I definitely recommendPatterson and their plumbers.

    Where do I start? Several weeks ago Zack alerted us that we had sewage backup under our home. If you’ve never gone thru this, it’s a huge job! From the excavation to the pipe replacement, everyone has been extremely professional and so sweet 😊Zack,Dylan and Gregg are such hard workers and so kind. Everyone there has always taken the time to answer any questions. They also put in our hot water heater, kitchen faucet and unclogged our bathtub. Honestly, if I could give y’all more stars I would.     I can not say enough GOOD things about Patterson Plumbing Greenville Tx. The most courteous and friendly folks I have dealt with in a long time both in the office and in the field. They pride themselves as in going the extra mile to insure their clients enjoy the finest in service, quality, and follow up. Out Techs Josh and Brian treated our home as if it was theirs, exercising care and control as to not soil or damage anything. They helped turn an unpleasant happening into a worry free repair.     We bought an older home in Greenville that had some plumbing issues that we knew about when we bought. I decided to get started on fixing them so I called Patterson out for a quote. It was in the ballpark and he could start the next day. When Josh And Greg showed in the morning and started digging it was all over. This was a house that was flipped and remodeled but the plumbing was a mess from the water to the waste and vent. To make a long story short Patterson gave me a quote to repipe it fix the waste and vent and replaced the old water heater that was to be new to start with along with putting in and RO system for the wife. So now I do not need to worry about the plumbing on this house with there 2 year warranty on labor and materials. Patterson will be my go to guy every time from here on out. Job well done and done right Thanks

    Patterson Plumbingis AWESOME . Received service the same day of requesting a plumber and they work diligently to complete the repair in two bathrooms that had a problem with the commodes.
