    H & H did a great job of replacing the water lines to our washing machine and also discovered a problem with the sewer line. The workers handled everything very efficiently and made sure we were happy with the work they completed! They also did a great job cleaning everything up once they were done. I would definitely use H&H for any plumbing issues!

    My water heater began leaking a bit, so I called 3 plumbers for quotes. H&H was competitive and had good reviews, so I had them replace the unit.They arrived within the specified appt time and exceeded all expectations. They sent an extra man to speed things up. Excellent service and friendly workers.They were in and out in 1/2 hour, not 2-3 hours like quoted. They answered questions and showed me things about the heating system and the shower upstairs, answering every thing in simple terms. They were fantastic.I highly recommend them. And they ended coming in with a final price that was about $400 less than the quote!Lower prices for higher quality work in less than an hour? Who does that anymore? Great job all around!

    I had an urgent issue with the vent from our heating system. H&H got out to my house quickly and got it solved immediately. In addition to solving that issue they also performed the annual maintenance. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and can recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs.

    Very knowledgeable and friendly plumber came to our house for a drain issue. Brandon answered all our questions and was a big help. Brandon came out again today and as always, was efficient and gave me options to save the most money. Unfortunately, my AC needs replaced, but he was able to get me scheduled for next week.     This is the third time now that I have had H & H come to my home for repairs. The first time was a few plumbing issues back in 2018, the second to repair my A/C while I had a house full of company and the third time just this last week to again repair a couple of plumbing issues. Every time the worker has been polite, respectful of my property, and has corrected the problems completely. Each time they have also given me great advice for future projects. I will happily continue to call H & H for my plumbing and heating and cooling updates and upgrades.

    My husband and I have been using H&H for years. Weve recently been having a lot of work done between our house and our daughters house next door. The guys have come to know us so well that they call my husband and I mom and dad. Even when they show up at our daughters house to do work, the first thing they do is come to our house to say hi and see how we are doing. We are always very well taken care of, theyve always done great work, they clean up after themselves, and I never worry about leaving them in my house when Im not home. After having the customer service weve had with H&H, we will never go anywhere else. Brandon and Rob will always be our adopted sons.     Found a gas leak at my furnace. H&H responded quickly and sent a tech out within hours to fix it. I had called 3 other HVAC companies when I found the leak, Parker & Arntz never called me back, Wilson heating and cooling wanted to charge me an extra $250 to get it done that day, not to mention the lady answering the phone was rude, unfriendly and short with me, the third one was nice but couldnt get to me for a couple days. When I called H&H The lady answering the phones was friendly and helpful. Their communication was spot on and the technician was fantastic. Will be using them for the foreseeable future.     Furnace wouldn’t work this morning but wife had doctors appointment so set a time in the afternoon. Got home earlier than expected and called to let them know. They were in in a half an hour. Found the problem quickly. Cleaned as necessary and checked over. Now it works like before. Tech explained everything that was wrong and what he did. He was great and it was less expensive than I expected. I will definitely recommend this company.

    Let me take a second to brag on these guys. Nothing says good customer service like the guys showing up and asking literally wheres mom? They call my parents mom and dad, and joke about borrowing money or bringing their adoption papers. They show up to do work at my house, and the first thing they do before even knocking on my door, is come over to say hi to mom and dad. It is now a running joke that my adopted brothers are coming to do some work. They have always done such amazing work, never complain about my kids or my dog getting in the way, and have always been super friendly. If you need any plumbing or heating done on your house, H&H Plumbing & Heating is an amazing company to use.

    When I had my estimate done for central air, the person that came was very knowlegable, he was able to explain what he was lookin at/for and answered all of my questions. Their prices are very comparative. Their estimate was under the states average low, and that included $300 of extra work. I dont know if getting central air is somthing we are going to do. But, if we decide to get it, we will definitely use this company. I am very please with the professionalism, patients (with my childre), the knowledge, punctuality and the price. As far as the estimate goes, 5 starts.

    Had a problem develop with my sump pump overnight. Past experience left me very worried about flooding, and I called around for help first thing in the morning. This office was the only one to get to me on the same day. I realize that isnt always how life works, but with the risk of flooding, I am exceptionally grateful.     I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I was at my cottage with some friends over spring break. Our heat went out the second day we were there! I called H and H on Thursday morning when they opened and they had someone to my place within hours. Unfortunately, we got the news we needed a new furnace. They said they would see if they had the type of furnace we needed in stock and get it installed the next day. What impressed me even more was the fact that the gentlemen knew we had no heat and asked if we would like some space heaters to use! They delivered three later on that day which kept us warm until we got heat! The next day the gentlemen came to our place and installed the new furnace. He was very neat and tidy, informative and very conscientious about the installation! He explained everything to me before he went on his way! It was a great experience from start to finish!

    Hunter came out promptly to give us a quote, he took the time to answer questions and gave me a couple options for my furnace replacement. I did get quotes from 6 other companies some were higher some were lower. But I couldnt pass up the 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty. Hunter came and installed our furnace and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

    Our 24 year old furnace quit. H & H diagnosed several problems that could be fixed but recommended a new Trane 2-stage and gave us the space heaters to stay warm over the weekend in January. Explained fully all the operations and the 10-year warranty. It is much quieter and efficient at uniform heating of our 3000 sq foot home. Nice job!

Hunter showed up in the early afternoon. Explained the problem and gave me options to have it fixed same day or next day.
