    Made a call to GS plumbing at 11:00pm on the 30th of Dec., explained the situation,I had no water and city had to shut off water due to a water leak, Told to call back in the morning, which I did about 8:am, help arrived about 8:30am, Kendall assessed the situation and had my home back to normal by 11:am, HAPPY New Year 2025! GS plumbing saved the day with reliable service once again!

    Great service!! GS Plumbing is an honest company to do business with and has fair pricing. Our service tech, Cody, showed up on time and sent us a text 30 minutes before to notify us that he was on his way.     I am thankful for GS Plumbing! Lee was kind and helpful on the phone answering all of my questions! Kendall, Cody, and Andy worked hard to make sure the plumbing for the sinks and faucets were installed well. They were professional, kind, friendly, and hard working! My sink was difficult, but they never gave up and they never complained. They continued to think of the best way to solve the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly despite the obstacles! Another company would have charged more for all the work they put into the project, but GS was very reasonable! I am thankful for all they did to help me!!

Cody understood that it was critical to our business to have our gas lines up and running so that we could heat our greenhouses.     Great overall experience. New Water Heater installation and a single toilet issue repair. The area inside the home was a very tight fit in a laundry room, and some carpentry was need to make the space accessible. Mike, the installer was able to take care of that, as well! Helped figure out some water pressure issues after the unit was in place; and all is back in working order. Very punctual and so knowledgeable. Picked up some invaluable recommendations on where to get future plumbing supplies. These guys are the type of folks that I don’t have to think about who to call for any future plumbers issues.     Andy with GS Plumbing came to my townhouse today to fix a leak coming from my first floor ceiling. The source of leak wasnt obvious so he went into attic and then thru other exploring discovered it was coming from a PVC pipe used to draw radon gas up and out thru a roof vent. The original builders plumber in 2019 didnt correctly seal the PVC elbow joint so when it rained hard, water would enter the roof vent and then drip onto ceiling leaving stains and it had been growing a little mold, too. Andy cut out a portion of ceiling, fixed the pipe and left the work area clean. He was very informative and professional, and the price was reasonable.     Ryan and Andy came out to look at a leak in the flower bed. Very nice guys. After listening to my feedback from a previous plumber’s inspection, they were fully transparent on exactly what they were going to do to address the problem (where they were going to dig, how much time it would take, what the cost would be, etc.) They start digging and find an open valve on the irrigation system, and immediately let me know there was no fix required. They closed the valve and only charged me for the service call, troubleshooting, and adjustment, which was less than half the original estimate for the suspected leak repair. Then they gave me advice on my system, inspections, processes, and other info useful to me as a homeowner. Really good experience, highly recommend these guys. Also, their initial estimate for the water line patch was 27% of the price (seriously) quoted by a competitor, whose name rhymes with “sister hooter.”

    TL:DR - Called on Wednesday at 12pm with leaking hot water heater, replacement was installed and operating within 25 hours and a reasonable price.Had a old unit in an Aquahut outside the house that sprung a leak. Called on Wednesday at 12pm, Ryan came out around 130pm, did a diagnosis, confirmed the leak and gave me some options for pricing. Oke option could have had it replaced by 5pm, but ultimately I chose to purchase the water heater myself and have them do the install. They came back this morning (Thursday) around 1030am when I informed them the water heater was here. Mike was the installer, very professional and super friendly. Had the install done in about 2.5 hours and I already have hot water as I write this.Cannot recommend GS Plumbing enough. Very easy to work with, just a group of great professionals looking to make an honest days wage by treating customers right. If anything else goes wrong they will be my first call.

    Another great experience! During the recent record low temps, my water pipe ruptured. Fortunately a neighbor noticed the pouring water, and turned off the water and gas. As soon as I got back from my trip I found out about the issue, and called GS. Cody was actually able to respond sooner than estimated, provided an estimate, and explained his plan to repair the break, replacing the existing pipe with something that would expand/contract, not burst.     Mike was great! I initially called about having someone come out to take a look at some noises I’ve been hearing from my pipes and of course one of the noises did not happen again while he was here. But, the other noise he was able to tell me what was happening. Unfortunately, the fix to that might be having to tear into my walls. And unrelated to plumbing, Mike noticed the light fixture in my master bath had started coming out of the wall and he ended up unhooking the wires and taking it down for me. He did not hesitate at all offering to help me with that, just so it wouldn’t eventually fall down and possibly hit me over the head. Mike went above and beyond and I’m very appreciative of that.
