Our AC system failed on a Monday. We called around to several different companies on the next day (Tuesday) and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from ACC. Our heat/AC went out during a cold spell in March. We called the company first thing in the morning and they were out in a couple of hours. The technician determined the motor had failed on our unit. We decided to replace the entire unit. They were able to complete the work within the week in addition to redoing aging ductwork. We used them because I noticed they had been professional when installing our neighbors heating/ac unit the previous summer and we verified their work with the neighbor. The technicians were courteous, hard-working and timely. They were careful not to track in dirt when they came into the house. They were respectful and professional. They had company apparel and marked trucks. I was comfortable having them in my home with my little children when my husband was at work. My husband googled the price of the unit we had installed and it was right inline with the charge we incurred. Overall would recommend this company if you need work done on your AC/Heating system.

My unit shut down over the labor day weekend and the owner showed up to the service call…that is how much they care about their customers. Everyone that I met or had phone conversations with from this company was polite and informative. They installed a mini split heat and air system for me. I love the convenience and efficiency without the clutter and maintenance of ductwork. I called after getting home from an out of state trip find my AC Shut down probably 2 days ago. I called ACC from a recommendation on the Simpsonville Facebook page for reliable and quality AC repairs. This was a great recommendation! From the time I called to the time Chanene arrived was less than 1 hour! He got right to the problem and solved a problem that I have complained to Other AC repair companies before. He was done in about 2 hours and the house got cool fast. I would recommend ACC to everyone. Really great experience! Complete professionals! Our A/C unit died in the middle of the night, we called first thing in the morning and an actual person answered the phone! Luckily they were able to get us in same-day! They gave us a time window and when it looked like they MIGHT be running behind because of the previous appointment, a PERSON CALLED us to let us know!!!!!! The tech was less that 15 minutes out of our window of time and was able to get us all fixed up within the hour! So, so thankful to them for the wonderful service!

I find it difficult to find contractors that I can trust to come into my home so Im always a bit leery, but the folks at Absolute Climate Control were excellent from start to finish. My furnace was on its last limbs (just bought the house; knew death was knocking at its door) and while we were made aware that it could have probably made it another year or so, we were given a good price to go ahead and get it done now. So, long story short, it turned out that the original unit was installed in an unusual way, and it ended up taking much much longer than they anticipated. I would have been extremely exhausted and frustrated if I were in their shoes, but even after working hard for about 12 hours, there wasnt even the slightest tone of complaint in their voices or demeanor. They left the area clean, and even went ahead and installed a new thermostat since one of mine was developing some issues. I couldnt ask for better people or better service!

We have been using Absolute Climate Control as our go-to HVAC service and repair company, performing spring and fall system maintenance and repairs on three heat pumps. Latest example of their team approach happened on our last check-up. Jonathan spent a good 4 hours inspecting and analyzing the systems and immediately found compressor problems in the 2 oldest units. We decided to replace the oldest unit first, wait a while on replacing the second, and Jonathan and Anthony made all the arrangements for the install to be complete within 2 days. Christian and Brady arrived early on the day to do the install, meanwhile Anthony worked out a way for us to also to be able to replace the second unit, and got that equipment delivered same day. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and work ethic of Christian and Brady because they worked many hours late and installed both systems in one day when they originally were scheduled to just install the one. Thanks to the whole team - Anthony, Jonathan, Christian, and Brady you have a well-satisfied customer!

Very courteous technician who went right to work after our greetings. Based off what I told him was going on with my heat pump, he knew immediately what it was and tested that item to confirm. Our AC stopped working on a Friday. Christian from Absolute Climate Control came out the day we called (Saturday)(shout out to the receptionist as well as she was awesome!). We thought we would need some repairs, but unfortunately our unit was in need of more than just that. We ended up getting a new unit installed on a very short notice as we were about to be out of town. Christian and his assistant came out on Tuesday and had everything done outside before the rain. He even rerouted the duct work in the attic for us so it would be easier to have access to the inside unit. We cant thank the team at ACC enough for their timely response and flexibility on such short notice.

Required a new A/C-heat pump unit which sucks but they worked with us on price and came out next day to replace our whole system which also gave us a 10 year warranty. They did a great job on installation of our new system! Definitely will recommend them to anyone I know!

Finally! A company that does it right the first time! We have had issues with our ac and heat system since moving into our home 2 years ago. The other companies just did a quick fix that didnt solve the true problem but Absolute Climate Control did a thorough inspection and found that we just had a faulty thermostat. I called Acc hoping I could somehow get them to come within a day and they were onsight with. 2.5 hours and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Our 16 year old unit was ready for the recycler, so acc procided me an estimate for a new system. They installed it 2 days later. They put down drop cloths and kept the area tidy and clean. They even restrapped some of the existing ductwork that was previously done in a very non professional manner by someone in the past. They did an awesome job and answered all my questions and showed my tenant how to operate the thermostat and took the time to talk to my wife and I and ensured no one had any questions. They took there time and ensured everything was operating correctly. I have now picked up service contracts on 3 systems with them and got to have the most enjoyable call to my now old hvac company telling them that since they could not come and diagnose my broken system in a timely manner, they lost out on a sale of a new system and lost service contracts on 3 syatems. Elliot and Larry came out to replace my system. I upgraded my 27 year old 2 ton unit to a 2.5 ton unit. You could tell they took pride in their workmanship. They were careful to vacuum up the attic before they started to make sure they didn’t got trash everywhere. They valued doing extra work to make sure all the drain and refrigerant lines were relocated to the front of the furnace (they were in the back) for making it easy to do maintenance in the future. Absolute Climate Control is a company of professionals and you if you hire them for your job is can expect high quality, professional workmanship.

ACC company and installers did a fantastic job! Our air conditioning and gas heat unit went down at the same time. I contacted ACC and when they came out to do the install they noticed that the system (by condensation) had rusted the vent pipe completely through. This would have been an asphyxiation threat to us. They installed new PVC piping and rerouted it to prevent that from ever happening. The installers were not expecting to have to do that but they stayed here until the job was done. The integrity of ACC and Ben and Larry, the installers, is quite impressive. The county work-permit inspector came out and was quite pleased with the job they had done. I am telling everyone I know and anyone who asks (because they saw the truck in the driveway) to chose ACC if they have a need for their services. Absolute Climate Control was the only company willing to work with the finance company to get us up and running again. Thanks to all of you at ACC; with this life and health threatening summer heat we dont know what we would have done.

We were having issues with temperature differences in our home up to 10 degrees at times and hour AC unit not being able to keep up even in moderately warm weather. We had a couple of others come out for 10 minutes and just say the differential is fine, nothing wrong with the unit, but it was running up to 20-22 hours per day and the inside temperature couldnt get below 77 degrees.Absolute Climate Control was recommended by another contractor that was doing some insulation and crawlspace encapsulation. They came out, were patient, went to each room, checked the vents, checked and verified the differential between the return and vents, which was good. But, they didnt stop there. They listened to my concern, did some investigation and found that the unit was fine, but the ductwork coming off the unit was too small for the air volume needed. The unit was capable of pushing the needed volume, but was restricted.I ended up agreeing to have them replace the duct work and some other stuff. There were lots of challenges with our older house and the very tight crawlspace, but they were transparent about any issues (regardless of cause), ensured everything was done right, really went above and beyond to work around the challenges. In the end, it was an amazing difference and my electricity bill went down about $150/mo during the next set of comparable months, the temperature difference is in a normal range as well.The project was certainly not without its issues, but I couldnt be more satisfied with the result, and more importantly to me, the character, patience and expertise Christian (the lead) and other employees displayed.100% recommend, hands down.
