I had 3 quotes for a gas water heater install and they were in the middle. They had higher reviews so I went with eastern. Glad I did. The installation went great and the techs were very nice and let me know what was going on during the installation.

I have worked with Eastern Plumbing for nearly 2 decades in two different homes. Over the years this has included: the installation of garbage disposals, dish washers, kitchen faucets, water heaters, toilets, shower fixtures, underground water pipes and a tankless water heater. They have always acted with a level of professionalism and courtesy that I can count on. The appointment process is highly efficient, friendly, and workers arrive on time as scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are good folks who get the job done. I am happy to support a small business that takes pride in what they do.

We’ve used Eastern Plumbing for several jobs around our house and they do great work.Price wise, they have never quoted me a price that I thought was unfair. They’ve installed a garbage disposal, 3 toilets, and cleared clogged sink and shower drains. Also to their credit, I’ve never had to call them back to work on anything they’ve installed. Very accommodating with scheduling and called me back earlier than expected to get my work scheduled. I highly recommend using Eastern Plumbing if you’re in need of a plumber.

Contacted the 24/7 line when our hot water heater line sprung a leak. An on call technician got right back to me and was at the house within the hour. Mark was professional and discovered we need a new heater. It was late Saturday but he came back with a new heater Sunday morning to install and saved the day as we had family visiting from out of state. Great service, Professional friendly service! Eastern Plumbing was fast, professional, understanding (especially with our lack of knowledge) and affordable.DJ pointed out our issues, explained exactly what we needed in laymans terms without making us feel like idiots. He gave us all the pricing up front, recommended another service that we desperately needed (Jims Septic) and gave us honest, reliable advice for what to do going forward.Sometimes you feel like youre just getting fleeced, especially when you have no idea what youre doing.... like going to the mechanic and being told you need a new Flux Capacitor. I didnt feel that at all with DJ and Eastern Plumbing. Not only that, I feel like the explanations and advice given will help us from future disasters and sane us money in the long term.I highly recommend Eastern Plumbing. Fast, affordable, reliable, upfront and honest. I added then to my contacts, they earned a permanent customer.They have a $95 minimum just to come out, but it is put toward your final bill. Whoever mans the phones is not only friendly and understanding, she gives your all the information you need upfront.Again, highly recommend Eastern Plumbing.

The house I bought has been a nightmare with one break after the other. My main water line broke and another company figured it was under the slab and said to re-plumb the whole house for almost $6,000. I don’t have the money because of all the other repairs that I have had to do on this advertised “updated” house. I am a senior on social security only, so I was just going to walk away from the house. D.J. Britton came over in the afternoon and saw the leak right away!! The other company did not see it. He and another young man fixed my leak temporarily until they can finish the job in the day time. I more than appreciate them!! They are a blessing!! I highly recommend them and this company!! I cannot thank you enough!!! You are a Godsend!!

What a great company! First of all they didnt charge me a fee just to come out (other companies will) and I got an appointment quickly. I had a list of items that needed to be repaired due to selling my property and Jeff resolved them all. The bill was extremely reasonable and Jeff was very knowledgeable about a lot of things and I felt he went above and beyond. These people are honest and not trying to price gouge you. They also sponsor a baseball team every year because my son played on it years ago. This is a company you can TRUST!

This company is one of the most professional services I have ever worked with. I had an emergency leak in my yard; they came out quickly and handled the issue efficiently. The gentleman who did the work explained everything, gave me an estimate, did the work, and the bill was as promised. When I paid, my charge went through twice accidentally and the office so gracious and solved the problem. Ive used this company before (water heater replacement, emergency kitchen plumbing repair on Christmas Eve, more), and they are my go to. I should have reviewed them before now. Cant recommend them enough.

Amazing plumbing company! Reported our issue in the morning and they were able to schedule a tech later that same day. Then our renters heard rushing water in the walls and Eastern made it by within the hour of our second call. Super service from the initial call to the explanation of the repair. Chris just finished up a job replacing our old corroded garbage disposal. He was EARLY, super friendly, professional, and told me how to troubleshoot the new disposal if needed.We got a quote from Mr Rooter for $244-319 (very big difference) and gave me a time slot of 9am-1pm(??). Eastern got the job done at $144 and gave me a SET appointment time and can I repeat...he was early!Thank you Eastern Plumbing!

My fiancee thought she lost her engagement ring in the shower and was frantic! We had just got engaged a week before ! she called and spoke to DJ who after all the details were given told her it was not looking good to recover the ring . She was heartbroken. What struck us is that he called back after a few minutes with more questions and possible scenarios just trying to figure out any way possible to retrieve the ring . He was very sincere. Well long story short we DID find it and it had not gone down the drain thank God! But DJs sincere attitude at trying to help someone who was clearly upset was up and above what he had to do and we are thankful to him!

The two young men sent were on time friendly and efficient with time . I would say 5 star but they wouldn’t shut off the water in the house and made me do that stating “if it had issues” . For the older generation I’d pause Bc I’ve never heard of a customer having to do a shut off .Other than that experience was good and would recommend bad knees it’s a think twice .
