I called them at 5:40pm with a leak, less than 1 hour later he was on site. It took a minute to find the leak but he was very patient and didn’t leave until all was fixed! It was pretty late and that didn’t bother him at all. He was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend Acute Plumbing! I was so pleased. The owner is great!

As elderly owners of a home thats even older than we are (built in 1906), we have had our share of unreliable contractors. However, in this case, nothing could have been further from the truth. Ashley and Steve were kind enough to spend several hours (arriving well after 5 pm) replacing our hot water heater. We were advised before, during and after of each step in the process with easy to understand descriptions of what needed to be done as well as the cost. We couldnt recommend Acute Plumbing any stronger. Highly honest, friendly, christian and dependable people!

Steve at Acute Plumbing Care is the BEST plumber!! The first time I called he was able to diagnose and fix a problem that a previous plumber could not. He was quick and reliable. The second time I called was due to an emergency pipe burst and he came to the rescue in 30 minutes. He got everything fixed and working great! He is very professional and adheres to very high standards of workmanship. I hope I dont need a plumber for a long time but if I do I will call Acute Plumbing Care!

They were friendly over the phone they were on time showing up when they said they would and the technician was friendly, courteous, and professional. She was very thorough in her analysis. Very honest and up front and was able to repair our water heater. We are very happy with our experience with Acute plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. Do to a power outage at my home I had to reschedule a morning appointment for later in the day and I was updated regularly on their arrival time the same day. They wore face masks, gloves and even booties over their shoes while examining the issues I had. They provided a written estimate and after I approved they went to work and accomplished the tasks quickly. Before working they covered floors to protect our flooring from damage and took care of my home as if it was theirs. They came prepared and carried all of the parts required and finished the multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again.

Right after the snow storm, this company was the first to respond with a time for emergency services and managed to make time to come the night I called, when they realized we had two small children and an immunocompromised household without water. Our entire plumbing system had to be replaced due to piping that burst from the cold. They were extremely professional, began working that night, and finished within several hours. Their pricing was flat rate and definitely reasonable and affordable. I was absolutely blown away by how accurate, professional, kind, and genuine they were and 100% happy with the work they provided. They were open with communication and keeping us informed on everything that was happening and didnt make us feel like we were bothering them as they worked well into the middle of the night to complete the job so we could have functional water again. They even followed up a few days later and then again a week later to make sure everything was functional and working properly and that we had no other issues.I recommend this company to everyone needing plumbing work done. They will not over price you, they will not leave you unsatisfied. Their work and their employees are the best I have found in Texas.

We had a whole house clog that backed up into both our bathrooms. Stephen was able to be there within an hour, even though it was late Sunday night. He was effective in clearing the pipe. We have larger issues with our plumbing, and he was able to provide me with a few quotes for a follow up. I would highly recommend.

Stephen was about the 10th plumber I found online and called after a small emergency with my water heater. However, he was the only one who was able and willing to come out on an after hours job. He arrived within the hour and had addressed the problem within the next thirty minutes. The job was professionally handled and was his top priority. He and his team were very respectful, taking care not to track any water/mud into the house, laying down plastic, and wearing booties and masks. Stephen and his team were also very friendly as well, making the entire episode much more relaxed. You cannot go wrong with them.

We recently used Acute plumbing to repipe our whole house. Steve and Roy did an excellent job. Their work was very meticulously done. The house and attic were left in perfect condition. Steve was very patient to answer our many questions. We appreciated his vast knowledge and his willingness to discuss options while we were undergoing the repipe. I do not hesitate in recommending Acute plumbing for any plumbing needs you might have. I have full faith in their abilities. Their rates are very reasonable, and the price did NOT change when we ran into a couple of problems along the way.

Absolutely love these guys had a water leak in the back and they came out and for not much more installed a hydrant for me. 2 weeks later I have a hot water tank issue, and he tells my wife that he doesnt want to take our money because its probably an electrical issue. We had to call them out the day before the Superbowl to fix our kitchen sink (the hot water wouldnt turn on) and the repairman showed up exactly when he said he would, was very knowledgeable about the problem and gave us an exact quote before he even started the repair. He fixed it quickly, for the exact amount quoted, was very friendly and saved our auperbowl party! Then we had to call him out a few days later to fix our shower that was dripping and had just as good of an experience. Showed up on time, exact quote given, fixed the issue quickly, and left the faucets looking better than when he got here. Would 100% recommend to anyone I know, A++ work!!

Acute plumbing responded quickly to my emergency, they were straight up professional. I had a problem that was caused by a blockage in a main hundreds of feet off my property. They analyzed it promptly, and explained the work step by step as they went. Id call them again in a heartbeat. The city where I live ultimately had to clear the blockage.
