I recently had a water heater installed and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The technician who installed the unit was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of my questions. The water heater itself is working perfectly and I have had no issues with it. I would highly recommend them for any water heater installation needs and I give them a 5-star rating.

I used Travis and Sons for a water softener and RO water system. I appreciated several things. First Matt, the owner, was very generous with his time on the phone making sure I understood what I was buying and the process for installation. He also followed up afterwards to verify everything was done not just correctly but to my satisfaction. I’m also super happy with the quality of my new systems.Jr was my plumber. He showed up on time and did a great job. He also texted me a week after to make sure things were good and ask if I had any questions.I had a gas leak and Matt had a crew out promptly to take care of it.Very happy with the service I received from Travis and Sons. This company is top notch. Im a relatively handy person, and found myself in a predicament while changing my kitchen faucet that I wasnt confident with.I called them up and, rather than try to squeeze money out of me, they listened to my issues and made some extremely helpful suggestions on what I could do on my own to fix the problem.I was able to finish installing my faucet with their guidance. This is honesty, quality, and exceptional customer service all in one interaction. My confidence is so high in them that Im having a technician come out to assess a potential drain leak I stumbled across.

Great service. The plumber, Junior, was very knowledgeable and professional. He also gave me the option to get the parts myself and save on cost. Their labor costs were really high, however, if I cant fix it myself I will call on them again with any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Travis and Sons saved the day! My hot water tank sprung a leak and my family was flying in from Florida the next day!!! That same day I worked with Matt over the phone and sent pictures of the faulty tank. Matt gave me a reasonable price and tracked down a tank for me on the same day. We had a leak in our water tank, and no hot water. Our tank was a little tricky because they had to demo a wall to remove the tank but once they assessed the pictures, they send their lead plumber out same day and worked late till we had hot water, they were professional and just such a pleasure to work with. This is a family owned business that I felt so comfortable with and would use again without hesitation. Such a happy customer!!!!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Travis & Sons Plumbing and Rooter - right here in town. We called because we needed a combo leak detection and repair of whatever the issue turned out to be. They were quick to respond, sent text confirmations and updates as to their ETA. Paul came out, found the leak and did the repair. He was detail oriented and was determined to find the problem for us. Fountain Hills water is brutal so we asked if their were maintenance items that should be taken care of and he took care of all of that too. I’ve seen the damage that water can do to a home so I really appreciated his recommendations and work. The work they did was high quality. We feel like we have great peace of mind now. I highly recommend Travis and Sons and Paul in particular.

What should have been a one-day job turned into two full days due to the insane way our house was plumbed. Junior and his crew worked so hard!
