I was having problems with moisture accumulating in my laundry room with the dryer and Mammoth services came out to find out what was going on. I can’t say enough about Kourtney and Mike. They came in and found the problem and did a phenomenal job with getting it fixed. I really feel like they went beyond their Expectations and gave extraordinary Customer Service. They were very nice and very easy to work with, Thank You Courtney and Mike for finally finding the problem after two other companies came out prior and did not find what you found. I am very grateful and thankful for your work and now I can put this moisture issue behind me. 😊

We had an outdoor plug that was off the wall and of the 2 outlets with only one working. Ryan H is a rockstar! Ryan came out to help us figure out how to fix this potential hazard and was met with many many questions.l and obstacles. He could have just left and said sorry cant help.. but instead he said I will find this circuit breaker amd I will make sure you feel safe when using your outdoor outlet! The problem is our outlet outside was on another circuit breaker that was not next to or part of the main house. He hunted all around the house and yard until he suddenly realized there was a box beside the side of the house. VOILA! HE FOUND IT! He was super pleasant and determined to help us out. Not only did he re-attach the outlet box back to the wall but now we have 4 plug ins to use again and its safe! No more wobbles or shock fears.I was always soo nervous plugging anything in because it was not stable and I feared everytime being shocked. Not anymore. Its securely fastened to the wall and he stayed extra time just to make sure we had power to the outlet.Its soo very nice to do business with folks who treat their jobs as their own homes. Ryan and the Mammoth team always make us feel like family and not just some job site number.Thank you Mammoth for taking excellent care of us but also ensuring you hire only those who are stellar at their trades but also at customer service. Being good at your job is great but its worthless without customer service and down to earth care.Ryan H.... you deserve a raise for the extra mile youre willing to go just to make sure your customers are happy and safe. Lawrence helped us with dishwasher brackets at our rental house. He also went above and beyond and helped us troubleshoot water valve issues we were having with a shower and our ice maker. He was very understanding and helpful 10 out of 10 service!

Our water heater blew after only 6 years. Knowing we would need to bite the bullet and buy a new one - called Mammoth. Leanna took my call and was able to get us seen that very day! They are the only ones we trust to come out and not up sell us to the hilt. Anyway….. Lawrence came out. And after accessing and made some calls for us (he could have just replaced it and called it good) he took the time to find out it was actually still covered under the warranty. He took it out - took it to Home Depot and brought a new one back and installed.Lawrence was great! And so appreciated!

From the beginning the communication for scheduling was easy and efficient. Joe and his co-worker showed up right on time. My husband showed them the work that needed to be done and they went right to it. Having people in your home can be nerve-racking, because as we have experience since moving to AZ, services are either outstanding or not good at all. They made me feel comfortable right away, and they just got the job done. My husband does most of the handyman work himself, but the property manager wanted these specific projects to be done by a professional company and Im glad they called Mammoth Services.

Wes has been to our rental house twice now. The first time he replaced the kitchen sink faucet that was leaking. The second was to replace some GCFIs in the kitchen. Both times Wes was extremely personable and professional. He was very quick and efficient as well. We will continue to use Mammoth Services when we buy our own home!

We have tried a lot of handyman companies, and Mammoth by far is the best. Joe is our go-to guy and we request him for everything! He is always on time and delivers impeccable work. Not to mention he is so kind and a pleasure to be around. He has installed all our baseboards, changed light fixtures and even installed a new vanity and plumbing in our bathroom. We have been beyond happy with all his work and have many more plans to be completed in the future. Highly recommend!

Steve was my handyman, he did such a great job, showed up on time. Was very quick with the jobs I had for him, gave great costumer service. I have two twin boys that are going to be three in 2 weeks, I tried keeping them out of Steve’s way. He was very patient and nice with the boys, Over all satisfied with the work done. I will definitely be requesting Steve again when I need more help.

I work for an independent property owner who owns 10 homes in the Gilbert area. We have yet to find a reliable handyman company, until now! I called Mammoth on a Monday, and Leanna the office manger, immediately made me feel like our property was in good hands. She was able to schedule a handyman out to the property on Tuesday, the very next day! She was attentive to our needs and responded to my emails almost immediately. The tenant of the property couldnt say enough about what great work the handyman did. He was timely, personable, professional and did clean work. We will be using Mammoth as our go to handyman service from here on out. Almost forgot, on the emailed invoice, they give you explicit details and pictures of all work done. Cullie stopped in and helped install my wired Ring doorbell. There wasn’t enough power from the original wiring and Ring provided an adapter. The adaptor needed to be plugged in and minor drywall work was needed to route the doorbell to the adapter from the outside to the inside. Not only did he arrive on time, he arrived early with a text message to let me know that he was on his way. He finished quickly and we finally have a doorbell. Thanks for the professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

Steve was not only detailed clearing away the patch build up for the recent water damage but he took the time to clear away old build up as well. He was wonderful: punctual, courteous, knowledgable, and up front about the entire process. Every step is transparent with the online portal, and nothing is done without prior owner approval. He found a capacitor in the attic fan unit that was close to going bad and replaced it before it did go bad which could have cost a lot more to fix if the fan unit was damaged saving me time, money, and aggravation. I would recommend Mammoth Services and Robert Keyes tin particular o anyone needing to have AC maintenance or any AC repair work done.
