This was my second appointment with Juniors, but it won’t be the last. They came to flush my water heater, and then went above and beyond to ensure the soft water system was set up and working properly. I was using another company, but the equipment had never been correctly programmed and there was an instant and noticeable difference. I think Juniors is one of those companies that consistently provides excellent service to their customers simply because it is the right thing to do. Porter was great. Our old faucet was leaking, calcified, and extremely rusted on, but he managed to remove and replace everything quickly. Cost was about average to perhaps a little above average, but I prefer to pay for great service. From initial inquiry and estimate, to completed job, was only 26 hours. For a non-emergency call, thats pretty amazing. Thanks, Juniors Plumbing. Would use again!

I can’t say enough good about this company. I called this morning, thinking I was having the same problem Porter fixed last month. Porter was in the area & came right over! As it turned out, it was a problem with my landscaping system. Porter showed me exactly what it was (solenoid valve). Shut the landscaping water off for me until I could get my sprinkler guy out. Robert serviced our osmosis filter system. The water is great now. He was timely, pleasant, and informative. We discussed several different plumbing concerns including our tankless water heater - next time it needs to be flushed, he will show me how to do it. We looked at our soft water system, and he said these are usually good for about ten years. Ours has been installed almost 14. My wife has complained about the hard water for quite a while. Robert explained that the soft water system no longer was doing what it was made to do. Time to be replaced. We scheduled a replacement date. I trust him.Per schedule, he replaced the water softener - piece of cake. He used the salt we had left from the old one. All is well. Great job1 neatly done. All explained to my satisfaction. I think we have found our plumber.

Had a knock of my door from Town of Gilbert early Tuesday morning stating I had a main line water leak that needed to be repaired and I needed to call a plumber asap. I turned to Go Gilbert FB page and looked for previous recommendations. The 1st plumber I called couldnt get out until Wed. I called Robert at Juniors 2nd..He was over to my house within 1 hour of my call. He looked at the problem and said these words Honestly, I would recommend calling your landscaper, a plumber is going to charge you thousands to replace these lines, he turned off the water to that area and showed me exactly what was going on, then he left. I called my landscaper and he fixed it for under $200. He could have easily repaired this line and charged me a fortune but didnt. I now have him on speed dial should I have any future issues.
