He returned later in the day and completed everything as I had requested. One instance was to prolong the life of a dying water heater, and the other was for the installation of a new tankless water heater. Each undertaking was handled professionally. The plumbers are always punctual, provide a heads-up before arrival, and keep the customer updated throughout the process. Marvin, the manager, is very responsive, has a good understanding of common plumbing issues, and can always find time for urgent requests. I appreciate that they take care of all necessary permits and city inspections, which is a massive help. Just a heads up - even though the professional tradespeople Ive dealt with from this company have been outstanding, you should be aware that you will incur a fee for any diagnostic visit to your home, regardless of the size of the job. They will inform you of this over the phone, so it wont catch you off guard. In the beginning, I encountered some challenges with scheduling an appointment in a timeframe I considered reasonable, given the urgency of my leaking drywall. I felt the customer service representative didnt quite grasp the gravity of my problem or my growing anxiety. At first, I was quite upset about not being able to secure an appointment within 24 hours. However, they reached out to me multiple times, and I was eventually able to find a satisfactory solution to my issue. The problem was addressed promptly and professionally, thanks to the combined efforts of Derek and Roger. Their assistance was invaluable in resolving my issue in Gilbert.

As it turns out, the strange smell was coming from an unusual plastic hose on our new shower heads. Well be swapping out those hoses as soon as possible.

Roto-rooter did a great job. i had a busted water inlet valve which caused flooding in some areas of my upstairs and water was seeping into the basement. Hats off to Marvin for fixing the leak without causing any harm to my walls. They came back another day and managed to remove all the roots and dirt from the entire system in a matter of a few hours. We then decided to seek a second opinion and reached out to another company, even though we knew it would cost us a $49.00 service charge. It turned out to be a great decision! The second quote was more than $200.00 cheaper, even with the service fee included. Whats more, our plumber, Roger, was able to carry out the work immediately! I was pleasantly surprised that he had all the necessary parts in his van, ready to go. (The initial companys employees had to visit multiple locations per day for estimates, meaning they would have to come back for the actual repairs.) Roger was incredibly tidy, polite, and professional. We highly recommend his services.
