Im in the process of doing a bathroom remodel. I removed the shower/tub combo and I am replacing with a walk-in shower. I needed the existing piping relocated. I contacted Phend Plumbing from a referral. They were very pleasant and professional over the phone. They were able to schedule me an appointment the following day. The plumber showed up earlier than expected, was very friendly and professional, great with communication and did fantastic work.I highly recommend Phend Plumbing.

Ive been a customer of Phend for several years, so when I noticed a small leak from my hot water heater drain valve I gave them a call. They were able to get someone out quickly. Tom called me when he was on the way. When he got here we talked over some options for the repair and ultimately replacing the drain was the best option. Aaron was the plumber that showed up at my house for kitchen sink issues. I needed the plumbing work I did checked (the drain was refrained for a new sink) and had issues with a new faucet I installed. Aaron showed up about two hour ahead of schedule!! that was a fantastic! After looking at the drain he said it was done correctly. He looked at the faucet and I explained my issue and he told me what I was afraid of, its a cheap faucet thats why its not working. So after everything was said and done Aaron did not perform any work as there was none for him to perform. When he left he said he did nothing and so we was not going to charge me! Wow!! mind blown, I took up about 10 minutes of his time and he did not charge me. That is unheard of today, am very grateful and have already referred Phend and Aaron to others.4/4/2023Had them out for another service, needed a sink shut off valve replaced. The service took less than 10 minutes. Work was great but the cost of $250 seem a little high for parts and little labor time. Workmanship is great but I think cost could be a little less. I would be very satisfied at around $175 for a new shut off valve cost and 10 minutes of labor.

We found a leak in our wall and a contractor friend recommended Phend. I do not have enough good things to say about them! I called in the morning, they were able to get us on the schedule for same day. They called about an hour before my appointment time and asked if they could come early, the technician was courteous and friendly, and even listened to my son’s chatter. He answered my many questions, gave a fair estimate. And quickly fixed the leaking pipe. After he was done, because I was still nervous there was a potential leak somewhere else, he took me out to my meter and showed me the meter and how it wasn’t moving anymore and told me about how even if a drop is leaking, the meter will move. so grateful for the time that he took! I’m glad to know that I have a plumber for life!

12/21/21 Charlie was awesome! He came in assessed the water heater and was upfront on everything that needed doing. He was personable and easy to work with. He was very polite and explained the process very well. We found out that the hot and cold water pipes were crossed in the wall and he explained my options for remedying that. I would recommend Charlie for any plumbing issues you have and Phend overall as it’s a great company to work with.Gino was great. He was personable, easy to work with and professional. The explanation of what would be done along with what was wrong was easy to understand. The service was priced reasonably and was executed professionally. We are very happy with our experience.

Phend replaced a kitchen sink and faucet of mine, AND installed a new gas line to a new stove. Cant say enough good things about our experience with Phend! Weve practically gutted every area of our home, and theyve been our favorite contractor to work with! Even the people answering their phones are great. They also helped us with the gas permit for the stove. The new gas line went from an existing meter outside, and all the way through to the middle of my house - a HUGE job. They gave us the best price out of six plumbers, and did a fantastic job. Everyone that came out was nice, professional, and most importantly -knowledgeable. Mike did most of the work and he was amazing. Weve since had issues with our dishwasher and they again came out immediately, Mike again gave us exceptional customer service, and hooked us up with a rehab company which was at our home within a half hour to start taking care of flood damage and a huge mess! So far that company has been amazing as well, and we never would have had them without Phend.

This review is a little late but want to leave a review nonetheless.My ejector pump in the basement failed in July 2021 and I ended up with water in the basement. Ended up having to file an insurance claim due to the water damage. Home warranty wouldnt cover the pump so I had pay everything out of pocket.I shopped around for plumbers in my area and found Phend. They had the highest reviews (both google and yelp) and their prices were pretty much in line with all the other plumbing companies I contacted.Phend was able to provide a quote and come back out within a few days (after I was done shopping around) to replace the pump. They guarantee their work for 30 days which was an added bonus!Then in Sept, the pump alarm went off. I called Phend on a Sunday. They had a supervisor, Gino, come out to my house on Tuesday to take a look. It ended up that condensation from the AC riser was dripping on the alarm and set it off. He generously waived the service fee after explaining what the problemwas.I would definitely give Phend a call again for any plumbing needs.

Not only that, they gave us reasonable time windows (not those ridiculous “sometime between 8 snd 5 deals) and called to let us know when they were 15 minutes away so we could secure the dogs. Most recently we used them for the plumbing part of a construction project. They were HALF the price Home Depot’s contractor quoted us , and did a perfect job! This is a business that cares about their work and their customers, They definitely have our business from now on!!!

Impressed!! I called last night, Sunday, explaining not urgent, and was promised service today, Monday. Received text early today service between 9 and 10. Tom S called at 8:47 and was here at 9:15. Installed new shutoff on plastic pipe and got new warm water bidet in order. He then fixed frozen sink faucet. He took the time to explain exactly what to discuss with Moen to hopefully get a free replacement hot water handle. Tom was engaging and so professional! I highly recommend Phend Plumbing!!!

Charlie from Phend Plumbing came out for a free estimate on shower, toilets and sinks for a remodel. He came on time and did the estimate in a very efficient, timely manner. I had attempted to do some of the work myself with some problems and he showed me how to make slight adjustments to make it work. I didnt expect to have some of these things worked out during an estimate with no charge but Charlie was great and cared about the outcome and my needs. I highly recommend Charlie and Phend plumbing.

Had a broken pipe in our home wall. Jaden, from Phend plumbing came out, assessed the issue, told us what was wrong, he was precise and clear in his communication. First, he put a small hole in the outside wall and with a small camera found the issue, why is this important? Because then he knew where to go though the wall, making only a hole needed enough to fix the issue. This kept the wall repair cost to a minimum amount. Outstanding job Jaden and great work Phend plumbing.

I chose Charlie because of all the people who came out, he really seemed to understand what I wanted, which was to reroute the drain line so it would fit our new sink with a bottle trap. He was very clear on what he could and couldnt do and very easy to work with. In the end, he installed the drain and showed me how to reattach it, since I will have to move it again. He also said to feel free to call if we had questions. Working with Charlie was a good experience and would not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing jobs.

Needed a quote on some sink, toilet, and bathtub plumbing issues. I already knew some of the reasons why I was having these issues from another plumbing company that I used in the past for emergency services. However they charged me an arm and a leg and their estimate on the repairs I would require were extremely high. I didn’t even need to tell Gino what causing my problems .After listening to my concerns and explaining my past experiences, he was able to quickly assess and identify the problems, without needing to take anything apart! He was spot on too! He wasn’t pushy and let me know that I didnt need to fix these issues right now. Instead he told me my options. and provided a recommended time frame to address these issues. I will definitely be using Phend to fix my plumbing problems before they get worse.

I am so happy to share my review of Phend Plumbing with the public! I called Phend at 9 am last Wednesday because I had FINALLY had it with my disposer! I got a window of 11-1 on the same day for a technician to come out. Kory called me at 10:50 and was on his way to my home. He arrived completely prepared for my job and was so efficient and professional. I had a brand new garbage disposer and sister-sink drain basket. He also saw that my sink faucet was loose and he tightened it up so I wont have any structural damage from water leakng. The whole thing was finished by 1. I was so pleased and felt really good about my decision to have the work done and to use this company. I plan to call these guys for all my plumbing needs.

We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! Im so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if Im spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues.Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids. Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate. I dont typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to. Phend will be my go-to plumber, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking a plumber to reach out to them for a bid. You wont be disappointed!

Wow, thank you for the great experience! The irrigation system in my backyard ended up springing a leak on the Friday night of a long weekend. I though that I would have to go for 3 days without water and was already filling the bathtub when I decided to try to call a couple of places. I left a message with the answering services of a couple of different places and the dispatcher called me back that very evening. The next morning Aaron showed up, quickly diagnosed the leak, and had it fixed within the hour at a reasonable price. If I ever need any other plumbing services I will be sure to call Phend first!

My roof drainage pipes were leaking and part of my ceiling fell in. Peter was out the same day to see my problem but came back 2 days later since it was just a roof drainage pipe. They fixed it before another rain came so I wouldn’t have another mess on my hands. Being that I’m new to the area, he contacted a restoration company and they came out later on that evening and got the machines set up to dry out my problem. Excellent service and advice from Tim S. during a service call to check on a possible leak from my a/c plumbing into an exterior wall of my house. He called 30 minutes prior to the appointment window to inform me he was inbound, showed up on time, was pleasant, presented a professional appearance in uniform and with the service vehicle. He assessed the situation, tested with two moisture sensors and determined that there was no moisture damage. No charge for the service call. Wow. The past two times I had plumbers out when I had a H/O warranty I had to pay a charge for the service call/diagnosis. A great customer service experience that will lead me to use Pheld as my plumbing services provider in future.

In the course of the DIY stop valve replacement, the original compression nut and ring could not be removed from pipe due to age/corrosion and were showing some wear. After installing the new stop valve but leaving old nut and ring, water was leaking even more - so I had to call in the professionals. I called on Thursday and scheduled for Friday. I was running late and had to reschedule the appointment. There was no charge and they didnt get mad for my mistake. Tim got to my home on Monday at the time requested and withing 25 mins located the issue. Most of the 25 minutes was him educating me on diagnosis and years of plumbing experience. Ive had a hole in my ceiling for about 6 months because the previous plumbing company told me to call them back when it happened again, but they were not able to solve the problem.
