Anyone who’s had a plumbing issue clog up their day knows it can be a real drain, but working with these guys was a great experience from top to bottom. It was easy to get on the schedule quickly and then Kylle, the guy who came out, was an absolute wizard when it came to diagnosing our problem and explaining our options to fix it. We didn’t have any hot water and Kylle was honest about all of our options from water heater repairs to installing a new one. We decided to install a new water heater (it was time) and it’s been great. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and we’ll be requesting Kylle any time a plumbing issue comes up.

Had a terrible plumbing issue in our rental. A friend recommended Ben Franklin and I decided to call them. A young man Kylle came out and he assured me that everything was going to be all right…he could tell that I was a little panicked. They are prompt and professional and have integrity, so I know that if they recommend something, its because it really needs to be addressed, not just trying to sell me something. Their prices may be a little higher than the competition, but you get a lot more value for your dollar, and the warranties are the best in the industry. Their customer service is above and beyond.

After a very high water bill we needed to call a plumber. Thankfully, this company was recommended to us by a friend who trusted them and they exceeded our expectations. Kevin was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He discovered not one, but two things we needed to adjust to improve our water bill. But what stood out the most was that he was kind. We had kids running around and chaos and he went out of his way to accommodate us and even explained things to my 5 year old when he was asking questions. Quality company and quality people. I will be referring this company to our friends and using them for all future plumbing needs. It’s nice to know there are still good people who really want to help out there!

This is our first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, as we recently purchased our home with a new Navien hot water system installed. Patrick arrived today to flush out the system under their warranty program.What impressed me was the friendliness and professional way in which Patrick explained things. He also tested our water for softness, hardness and chlorine.He gave me some outstanding advice on chlorinated water in Arizona, and protecting our pets by not allowing them to drink hose water that has not been purified through a water softener.It was obvious to me that he works for a company that trains their people to care for their customers rather than sell them a product.Thank you Patrick for being real.

Had Rick Constant out to hydrojet my kitchen sink because finally all of holiday cooking took its toll on my pipes! 😬 Rick was trustworthy (SAHM 🙋🏼‍♀️ and that’s the most important), not only that he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and showed me my pipes (with a cool little camera). They were DISGUSTING and he couldn’t go past 10ft with the camera at first. After his work, he took the camera all the way to the main line and street plumbing. Rick went above and beyond, was as nice as anyone I’ve ever met, honestly can’t say enough about this guy!

Rick (Richard) was absolutely amazing, hands down I would give him 100 stars if this allowed me too! He showed up immediately, was very professional, explained everything thoroughly before initiating any work required outside of the evaluation cost. He made sure to cover my furniture, floors, and help us move anything to avoid any dust and damage while he worked. He was very honest with the problems and made sure to show us and explain things so we would understand. Good and honest people are hard to come across but I definitely made the right call to BF plumbing and thankfully they sent someone like Rick to us to help with our water leak which originated upstairs and caused damage down stairs too!Thank you BF and Rick for acting immediately to prevent further damage! I 1000% recommend BF plumbing and Rick for anyone’s plumbing needs! We will definitely use them again if needed!

When he turned to leave he accidentally kicked my dog (who is fine but let out a yelp). Kylle stops by the next day with a bone for my dog as an apology. Kylle - double the Ls, double the service.

Kylle S. Came out to our home. We were in dire straits to say the least. Our water heater exploded while we were out of town for the day. Lucky for us we had an emergency drain beside the water heater that took 90% of the water from our damaged water heater. Unlucky for us we are on an older septic system and all that water ruined our leech field and we were unable to use any of our plumbing. As soon as Kylle arrived at our home he put our minds at ease. He completed his diagnosis and started presenting options. In our case the options were not as plentiful as we would have liked but as Kylle explained,”There are only so many ways to mend a broken bone.” And our bones were definitely broken. We were not expecting any of this expense and we certainly had not Been saving up for the plumber. Thank God, Kylle had financing. We decided to follow his advice and replace the leech field instead of potentially throwing good money after bad with the leech field fracking. We also decided to install a new tankless water heater and a water filtration system for the whole home so the tankless will last longer. The next day when Kylle and his crew came out to make our repairs our dog had slipped out under the fence due to the low spot that the failed leech had created. Kylle pulled up with our elderly, half blind dog riding shot gun.He said he found him near the highway off of or entrance.Needless to say we will only be requesting Kylle s. Going forward.

Kevin and Patrick really saved me from a headache this weekend. When the shower cartrige at my home broke, I tried to replace it based on some quick youtube-learnin. But the cartridge was so old, it snapped as I tried to remove it. I then realized that now I had to leave the water off and if I had to replace the whole valve, Id either need to cut a wider hole in my tile wall or tear the other side of the wall open which would have ruined my familys weekend plans.Thankfully, Kevin was able to schedule me in less than 24 hours despite it being a busy weekend. When Patrick arrived, he was able to pry the rest of the cartrige out and replace it without any problems. I am very grateful for their quick service time and expertise!

We had our water softener go out on us (resin bead bag broke sending little beads all through the pipes). Kylle from Ben Franklin was quick to help, friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up replacing with a new softener and the install was exactly on time and done quick and clean. No hassle, no delay, a bit pricier than I wanted but that seems to be everything in the market these days. Definitely recommend their service and will keep using them moving forward.

Russell and Patrick were actually early arriving to my house. They were both professional looking and clean cut. They looked over the house and all the pipes, etc., etc. and gave me an estimate that I was able to eliminate certain things to make it more affordable. I do recommend Benjamin Franklin. You just have to be open to telling them what you can and can’t afford but as far as the techs and the plumbers, they’re very good.

I was in need for a Water Softener and a friend of mine told me about Ben Franklin Plumbing in Gilbert. She had used them and was very satisfied. The gentleman that they sent out did a complete and thorough inspection of all the plumbing in my home at no charge. He made some recommendations but was never pushy. He did not talk down to me and I felt very at ease having him in my home. I ended up getting a whole home filtration system installed which not only softens my water but gives me filtered water throughout my whole house. I had no idea that was even a thing. I have never been one to leave a review for items purchased or services rendered but my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Gilbert merit my first one. I was in need of a water heater and I was referred to this location by a family member who was left very pleased with her water softening system installed by them. Now, I too am, very pleased to have called them. The tech by the name of Francisco, came out and thoroughly inspected my plumbing before guiding me through my options. I must note that unlike other companies I had called, he did not push me into any unnecessary services. Needless to say, I got a new heater installed with no problem at all and will be contacting them for my very own water softening system in the near future. Thank you so much for the professionalism,prompt services and knowledgeable staff!!
