Brandon recently resolved a nearly intractable and an emergency plumbing problem for us, very late on a weekend day no less. He skillfully repaired a significant leak in a virtually unreachable place and thereby restored our desperately needed water supply. We were much impressed as well with his personable, well-mannered, and kind manner. We are immensely grateful to him and will enthusiastically hire him again if we have another complex plumbing issue.

Logan is absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I decided to go with this company. He informed me that some additional work needed to be done, but before needing it he was willing to try a few different things to help me out and keep costs down. He was an absolute pleasure to have in my household from the very moment he entered to when he left. He treated my dogs like they were one of his own and he never got frustrated or asked for space when I asked him what was going on. I would 100% recommend this company and if you’re lucky enough to get Logan you will be in good hands. With this company though I’m sure all of there technicians have a good standard and you will be treated just the same.

Premier was great ! I had toilet issue due to my kiddo flushing something and a back up. I called first thing in the morning and was booked a same day appointment. Within a few hours Logan arrived and identified the issue and problem solved! Affordable and swift , good service is all you can ask for when something like this happens. Logan and Premier did just that ! Logan also identified a corroded pressure valve that I hadn’t notice that really needs to be replaced. Grateful he took the time as I will be using Premier to replace that as well ! Thank you 5 ⭐️

Premier plumbing was highly recommended by family and friends so I called them out after finding a water leak in my kitchen, Brandon quickly scheduled. Logan misdiagnose as a main underground pipe leak. My insurance adjuster wanted to see the leak, Brandon came out and found the correct issue which was a drain pipe from another unit was cracked. Logan quickly repaired. I recommend researching the restoration/mitigation company prior to signing documents.

We had an emergency plumbing situation at 930pm. Logan was amazing to work with. He showed up within 30 mins and fixed our issues. We asked for him to also replace a other pipe in our laundry room and since it wasnt urgent, he advised us to do it the next day so we didnt have to pay the emergency fee. Very honest gentleman! He finished all plumbing projects in a very timely manner and I am pleased with his work.

Had Logan from Premier plumbing come out as premier plumbing was referred to me by my girlfriend. I had another plumbing company out prior who said I needed almost five thousand dollars of work. Logan was very respectful looked at all the issues the other plumber said, one of which was all my water shut off valves in the house were frozen and needed to be replaced. Logan showed me each shut off valve, and they worked except for one sink, and I had him replace both to be safe per his advice. Bottom line cost me less than a grand. The only problem was my water pressure was down after he left from the pressure valve he installed, he came out next day at no cost and he increased the pressure to standard which was acceptable from what it was. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing and Rooter

Logan called when he was on his way to confirm address and arrival time. He was on time and worked hard to fix our plumbing issue. There were some extra charges for the emergency / holiday visit, but that is to be expected. Would call them again and recommend to a friend.

We highly recommend Premier Plumbing! Our toilets and bathtubs/shower were backing up so we called Premier. They came to our house within an hour Logan used a snake and ran into a hard spot in the sewer pipe so he called his Co worker Brandon. Brandon came out within an hour ran a camera down the pipe and saw tree roots. They blue staked and started digging within a couple hours. The worked quick to get the sewer pipe replaced. Also want to give the laborer Leo a shout out. He worked just as hard to get our plumbing issues taken care. After they were finished we couldnt even tell they dug 5 ft hole and 14 ft trench. They did an amazing job at putting the landscape back. They treated us like we were family!

Brandon and Logan were awesome to work with on a major plumbing leak we had in our home. They were referred to me by a friends handyman. When I called them, I let them know that the home warranty company would be sending out a plumber first. They offered to give me a free second opinion and estimate on repairing the slab leak and scheduled me quickly. Their estimate beat the other plumbers estimate by $4,000! Once we decided to work with them, they brought in another company that specializes in water mitigation to immediately start drying the areas that had been affected by the water leak to prevent further damage. The other company even helped us file our claim with home insurance and Brandons team was instrumental in helping us navigate it all.They were always super quick to respond to any of my texts or calls. I loved their excellent customer service skills, transparency, honesty, and how friendly and warm they were to communicate with during this stressful time. They explained everything to us up- front, every step of the way. It never felt like they were trying to sell us something or hounding us for business like other places. They just responded right away whenever I reached out and scheduled us super quickly. They required a down payment to get the job scheduled but were so helpful with communicating with our home insurance to help us get reimbursement for whatever was covered. They let us know that theyd do a full leak detection and diagnosis of the situation and would refund us money if the job ended up being smaller, and they followed through with that after assessing our house. They could have said it was a bigger leak and we wouldnt have known the difference. Thankfully they were honest people and drew us a diagram of pipes and location of the leak so we could decide how we wanted to proceed.When the insurance company tried to deny our claim, Brandon was so kind as to call our insurance adjustor on our behalf and advocate for us, resulting in getting the full amount we were covered for. I love when I can recommend a local business that goes over and above for its customers. I even ended up hiring them for other small jobs based on their professionalism.
