Had a few minor leaks that I called Lawson Family Plumbing. The technician Lionel arrived in the agreed time slot and evaluated the job. He offered suggestions for repairs. He provided a quote right on the spot and we agreed to the repair work. He had all of the valves and vacuum breaker available in his truck and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. The price initially seemed high but considering all the parts were provided I believe it was a reasonable price. I would call Lawson again for plumbing work and I would ask for Lionel again as he was very courteous and did the job quickly. Thank you Lionel and Lawson Family Plumbing!!!

My Reverse Osmosis being over 10 years old stopped working and the filters started leaking. Lawson Family Plumbing came to my rescue. Asking if we wanted him to try to repair the existing system, replace with a new system or remove it totally. The R.O. was never hooked to my refrigerator, so I had been paying for filters the R.O. and refrigerator for over 10 years and the R.O. past its normal life span - I opted for the removal. Lawson Family Plumbing removed the R.O. equipment, dripping filters, tubing and replaced the portion of the drain pipe used by the R.O. for drainage instead of just patching the hole in it. He cleaned underneath the counter from the dripping and put the heavy reverse osmosis items in the garbage container for me.Calling me asking to show up early for the estimate appointment to the amazing results and Fantastic price. I highly recommend them for any repair and will definitely call them 1st from now on! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Shawn was prompt to the scheduled appointment and thoroughly inspected, identified and replaced a failed dielectric nipple that had resulted in a leak on the inlet to the water heater. I am very pleased with the gentleman that came and Installed a recycling hot water pump. My hot water starts off warm and gets hot before you even fill a coffee cup full of water. 12 hours agoI have used Lawson Family Plumbing for many years, at last call out for a copper water leak in my foundation. Todays call was for the sound of water running inside the wall behind the washer and water on the floor. We checked hoses, turned off hot and cold valves and unplugged the washer. Made the emergency call for service about 5pm. Turned off the water supply to the house. Ian was there in under two hours. He opened the wall and found a pinhole leak in the copper cold water line flowing heavily. He also found that the hot water valve was not shutting off completely and was leaking. Needless to say the inside of the wall was wet. Ian sent photos as I was out of town, this was something that the house sitter discovered, thank goodness. I received the quote immediately, of course costly but fair. More importantly the quality of this companys repair work is stellar so I knew the job would be done right. They recommended a restoration company, but I will replace the insulation and do spraying for any possible mold remediation before I call Scott, my fabulous dry wall repairman. Ian finished at 10 pm, checked the water pressure into the house and all was perfect. Disaster averted by an astute, aware housesitter and the always exceptional Lawson Family Plumbing.

Outstanding. This is the second time I have used Lawson and both times were exceptional. The first was to replace a hot water heater that was original to the house. That almost lasted 5 years and had a very good warranty. Lawsons scheduled me in before the weekend which I really needed - within 1 day actually and said the heater was in fact covered under warranty if the technician decided it needed to be replaced. The technician, Gabriel, arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He verified the heater did in fact need to be replaced and he brought a replacement unit with him if we wanted it done. Of course we did and agreed to the fair labor charge. Gabriel was efficient and the replacement looked and operated as top notch.!I could not be happier and I can’t recommend Lawson highly enough. We will definitely use again without hesitation and hope Gabriel is our technician.

I recently had Lawson Family Plumbing install a new kitchen sink and faucet. I called them on Tuesday and told the lady who answered the phone, who was very nice btw, that I needed to have a “new sink” installed. She stated that someone could be out in two hours. I said that I wasn’t at home but asked if someone could come out on Thursday. She said someone would be there between 0800-1100 and would also call 30 minutes before arriving. I said great and the lady said thank you and hung up. I immediately started wondering why I wasn’t asked any details about the work that I needed done, so I wasn’t really sure how it was gonna go. Anyhow, Jake showed up this morning and looked at the sink and faucet I’d already purchased and verified that it would work with my counter top. He then provided me an estimate for the labor costs. I agreed to the estimate and he got to work. He did a great job after arriving at the house with very little information about what I wanted. Would definitely use Lawson (Jake) in the future.

They came out and dug down 7 ft, avoiding cable and water lines to get to my sewer pipe. It took all day in the hot sun and avoiding poop; my wife accidentally sent down the pipe while it was open. The only drawback was it looked like there was a grave in my front yard as in the rush to get done, they left a mound of dirt where my flat grass used to be. I have explained to several people that Lawson Plumbing left my yard looking like it does. Overall, I am mostly satisfied.

Joe did a phenomenal job helping us today. He was super informative and also sweet to our 3 puppers! What started out to be a normal tankless water heater flush, also turned into a water softener replacement. We would flush our water heater annually with another company, but we had corrosion of a sensor that cost us $1500 last year…..not to mention the annual flushes are not cheap. Who knew so much money could be spent from having an old AND inappropriate softener. They were able to get us replaced out with an Arizona appropriate softener the same day and we are grateful!

Interviewed 3 different plumbing companies to replace our water heater and install a water softener. Lawson was about in the middle of the 3 quotes, but the plumber seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the 3. He was also very candid about what we needed and more importantly what we didnt need. We were thinking about replacing the fixtures in our guest bathroom and while happy to do it, the technician recommend removing the hard water stains first and see what we think because the fixtures themselves worked fine. The installation happened with out issue and we are very happy with the results. Water is so much better (it does have a slightly slippery feel to it, but doesnt bother us), and the water heater is hotter than than our previous one. Definitely have no hesitations about recommending Lawson Family Plumbing.

Mike came and fixed my disposal - the warranty company I had (this is the reason for past tense) said that it was not worth fixing and they would only give me $75 to replace it but they would not do the replacement. Mike said it was a good disposal and fixed it in 10 minutes... he then helped me reinstall a small filter that another plumber had unhooked and said would be back but never did... I appreciated Mikes customer centric approach, very informative and offered suggestions and did what he said he would do... He explained the philosophy of their company and I now a very satisfied customer.

Had an emergency come up at our house on a Friday night. Called the home warranty company and they generated a work order for a different plumbing company. When I reached out to attempt scheduling I was informed this other company only works business hours M-F.. because apparently that’s the only time plumbing emergencies arise. So I called the home warranty company and they told me to find a company on my own and they would reimburse. We had a steady stream of water leaking into our kitchen due to a ruptured refrigerator water line near the tile so time was of the essence. I found Lawson family based on reviews and google and I couldn’t be happier that I did. They not only answered the phone the first attempt, they were able to get someone out the same day. Our tech David was an absolute professional! Respectful of our home and found a solution to the problem right away. If the other techs and the owners are of the same quality David is then this company truly lives up to its reputation! Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. Felt very comfortable leaving him in the house without my being there. Also, no surprises in the end - held to the estimate to the penny. Its hard to find workers today that really care about the quality of their work and doing the best they can for their customers. Of course our water heater starts leaking on Christmas weekend! Called Lawson Plumbing, they told me they could have someone out in a few hours or sooner if the jobs for the day went quicker. Jake, the plumber, called shortly after and said he could be here in about 20 minutes. Fantastic!Jake was very knowledgeable and gave me the best route to go to fix the problem, which was to replace the water heater. He had the job done in a couple of hours( that included removing the old one and going to get the new one) and we couldnt be happier to have the problem fixed during a busy holiday weekend. The water in the guest toilet bowl was not filling up. We were told by a different plumber that our toilet either needed to have the tank rebuilt (quoting $620) or replacing the toilet (quoting $1400). The current toilet is different than the standard ones but we thought the quote was too high and wanted a second opinion. I decided to get a different quote and spoke with Lawson Plumbings Quality manager and he said if we bought the toilet (he recommended a brand and style), they could replace it for about $300. We bought the toilet and when their technician came out he showed me that the only problem was the tube placed in the tank was not in the correct position (pics show before and after the simple repair). He didnt have to replace the toilet or rebuild the tank, saving us a lot of money. And he didnt even charge us for a service call! After this experience, I believe Lawson Plumbing is honest, reliable and will NOT try to charge you for an unnecessary repair.

Fortunately, none of my work in that first 2021 appointment was an emergency, but even so, I was able to get an appointment within two days of my initial call, and the two-man crew arrived promptly very near the beginning of the three-hour window which I was originally promised.The crew replaced a bathroom faucet, a hot water tank anode rod, and even wowed me by successfully fixing an air switch on my garbage disposal - the latter job being one I was almost sure I was going to have to make a separate call to an electrician for. Update: Vic from Lawson called and let me know that the technician charged me for the wrong line item accidently and they are refunding me the difference and then some. Im updating my review to 5 stars as I believe they do want to do what is right by their customers and I can recommend them even though the actual tempering valve is not working as expected, there was never a guarantee made it was more of an expectation based on conversation.Had a technician out to help find a solution to get more capacity out of our water heater. He recommended adding a tempering valve and that we should be able to get approximately 30 more gallons out of a 50 gallon which did not happen and we have had to crank the valve almost to the maximum to get the water temperature at the faucet to 120. At most it might have added 10 gallons of capacity. Another insult was that later I find out that it should have cost at the maximum $600 but instead we were quoted $1125. The part itself is $150 or less then there was replacement of the flex lines and around 1.5 hours max in labor. Totally my fault for being so stupid in accepting the quote before researching!

Tanner, from Lawson, was the only one who took the time to explain the work that would need to be done and was very straightforward about pricing. I got their bid quickly, too, where other companies required a phone call follow up after a couple days. In the end, Lawsons bid was a bit higher than the other company I was really considering, but I felt like Lawson was the most professional and honest so I called them... and they beat the competitors price!I was scheduled rapidly and Jeff came out to do the work. Just like Tanner had been, Jeff was personable, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. When I noticed a tiny leak in the finished work (it happens), I called Lawson and Jeff was back in under a half hour. With a little extra plumbers tape and tightening, everything was totally leak free. I commend Lawson Family Plumbing for their integrity, professionalism, and that mom n pop personal service that other plumbing companies (or home contractors in general) often lack. Yesterday, Randall installed a hybrid water heater and replaced the shut-off valve and pressure regulator of our water service. He helped us pick up the water heater at Home Depot, and carefully went through with me his plan on connecting the pipes to the water heater. I learnt a lot from watching him installing the water heater, and I really like his work.It is worth mentioning that not all plumbing companies in the area can install a hybrid water heater. David was able to come out the same day. He was able to arrive an hour earlier than our scheduled time. David was polite, professional, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and had our repair done quickly. We have always used and will continue using Lawson!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used this company in the last year. They are priced in the middle range but they provide superior service. I have a home warranty company that sends out plumbers that I wonder if they’ve been on a bender the night before or if they even just got out of Plumbing school and are unsure of what to do. Not so with Lawson Family Plumbing. There’s something really said about supporting a family business in this day and age! They do a very good job in my experience; the plumbers are very clean and they clean up after themselves and they are very detailed oriented and they do a very nice skilled job. I committed a fatal error and I tried to save a little money by hiring a grifter off of next-door and basically after he hacked a big hole in my wall and cut through a waterline two times and then cut my vent pipe I stopped him and I called Lawson Family Plumbing in a panic. In an effort to try to save money by going with somebody less expensive I ended up having a disaster on my hands. Imagine how thrilled I was when Lawson Family Plumbing sent out a senior plumber named Jeff. Jeff was professional polite and most importantly very skilled he fixed the problems created by the other person and went above and beyond what was required. This company has several master level plumbers who have a lot of experience and I can assure you that in comparison to the one sent out by my home warranty company or the ones I’ve hired off of next-door they are supreme. I love Lawson Family Plumbing because they will come out and give a free diagnostic assessment and estimate hardly anyone does that anymore and it’s sets them apart from the competition. I also find their technicians to be very clean cut and trustworthy and I have left them in my home and supervised in the past and they have taken great care to clean up after themselves and done a great job. I’ve also referred others to Lawsons Family plumbing and they have been happy with their work!

Water leaking from my 20 year old water heater.Panicked and went straight to Yelp. I found Lawson Plumbing, and saw that they had great reviews, and called them and explained my concerns (flooding).They assured me that they would have someone out same day, and they did . Team member Randall showed up and replaced the water heater. Randall was incredible. He explained everything clearly and frequently checked that I was happy with what he had done, and was doing.Explained to me that the company policy was to do everything in the clients best interest, and do the right thing for them. What a great way to do business, no wonder they have so may great reviews. Even though it was late in the evening, Randall told me that he would not leave us hanging, and would finish the job that day, and test that it was working correctly. Which is exactly what he did. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call Lawson, and ask for Randall. Incredible service.

I purchased a new tankless water heater in November 2020. I was not getting any hot water and could not find the info for the company that originally installed it and called another company to assist since I was in a rush to get it fixed. To my surprise the tankless heater was dead and needed to be replaced. I tried to go through the warranty process with Navien and it was a nightmare getting someone to assist. When they finally responded a few weeks later, they blamed the original company that installed the tankless heater stating their installation was to blame.I found out it was Lawson Family Plumbing that originally installed the water heater and was preparing for the worst. Which I thought would be weeks of back and forth with the tankless manufacturer and Lawson Family Plumbing over fault. Joe came to my house, inspected the water heater and let me know that although it was not the original installation that caused the issue as Navien suggested, they would replace the water heater without additional cost. I was floored at the accountability even if they werent fully responsible for the water heater needing to be replaced. Lawson Family Plumbing went above and beyond with their professionalism and timeliness in getting the water heater replaced in 24 hours (which I was incredibly thankful for since I had family in town visiting my home). This was also timely as I was laid off from my job earlier this year and not in a financial position to pay for a new heater and installation. Thank you to Joe, Nick and Lawson Family Plumbing for everything you did. I could not imagine using another company for my plumbing needs based on my experience. I am eternally grateful!

Our experience with Lawson Family Plumbing, in particular with their tech Nicolas was amazing. My husband and I are VERY particular/critical when it comes to any work we hire for our house. Nicolas knocked it out of the park. He was very knowledgable and professional and he was very communicative! He kept us informed and we felt like he was really on our team (we needed additional parties involved and Nicolas kept us in the loop and made us feel like a priority). The job had a small set back time wise (out of the techs control) but Nicolas stayed late until the job was done AND made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards! If there are any plumbing issues in the future we will for sure being calling Lawson and requesting Nicolas!

Everyone at Lawson was great! Water heater replaced quickly. Terry helped me the night my water heater started leaking and Logan replaced it the next day.
