I called late in the day about having my water heater replaced.I asked about the pros and cons of tank versus tankless, he explained both options and left it up to me to choose which one to go with. After many text of questions (even after closing time). They came the next day on time,went to work immediately and had my new water heater in with the professional quality I expected. They cleaned up the area and even put my soaking towels out to dry! Great job guys I will be using you again.

I had a hot water heater replaced and installed. I also had water hammer. They did excellent work, in a timely manner and were very pleasant to work with. Their prices were also reasonable. They fixed the water hammer at no additional cost. I found them on Angi. They contacted me immediately and came out within 30 minutes. There was no charge to come out to diagnose the problem and had the work done in less than 24 hours! They are very responsive and kept me informed the entire time. I had nothing but a great experience with Gaston Plumbing LLC. I would definitely recommend them. If I have anymore plumbing issues, theyll be my first call. You wont be dissatisfied or disappointed.

Ive had lots of experience with plumbers in the past but nothing like these guys. I had an emergency and they came in and did an amazing job with my water heater. I was so impressed I also hired them for my bathroom remodel. They did immaculate work changing my faucet toilet and bathtub. Very fair prices, and great service!

I had my tankless water heater stop working on a Saturday. These great people came out on Sunday afternoon and told me a new unit was needed. They came back and replaced the unit Monday afternoon. The price was less than 1/2 of what a more “popular” plumbing company quoted and told me it would be end of week to fix. I would highly recommend GREAT COMPANY

When I noticed my 25 YO water heater had a leak, I called couple of local plumbers for estimates. I also went out on Angis list for help. Billy Gaston, of Gaston Plumbing saw my query on Angis and immediately texted me a list of links to products that met my specs and that hed recommend, along with a straightforward statement of his fees to install anything on the list. He was the most responsive and thorough of all those who called. He was also the most reasonable by far; I saved $450 by ordering exactly what I wanted from the list, and having Billy install it, instead of buying the water heater most of the others wanted to sell me. They probably get a kickback when they sell you the water heater along with the installation of said water heater. The best part? The water heater I ordered arrived in two days with free shipping and Billy installed it the same day it arrived, preventing the disaster of having the old one breach or fail completely. I cant say enough good things about his likeability, professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness. I highly recommend him and his company!
