Everhart Plumbing replaced our original builder installed and now broken and rusted garbage disposal unit on February 21, 2024. The owner, Dekota, was able to provide a competitive and reasonable fixed price quote over the phone.The work was done efficiently by Dallas in a competent and professional manner. Our new disposal has been working perfectly ever since.I am a DIY guy who is now older and wise enough to know when I need to hire someone to do it for me. We have had work done by Everhart Plumbing on several occasions, and each time Dekota or his employee were very profession and personable. Today12/5/2024 we had Everhart Plumbing come out to check a tankless water heater that we had them install in July of 2024. The unit was not heating properly. What they found was an electrical wiring problem from the initial installation that was done by the electrician wiring the unit (not an Everhart employee). Everhart Plumbing diagnosed and fixed the problem and now the unit is working as designed. Dekota and his employee explained everything that was being done and ALWAYS asked if we had any questions. If you are ever looking for an honest, reliable plumbing firm Everhart Plumbing is the choice you should make.

I called Everheart Plumbing and spoke with Dekota about a quote for replacing a broken water main, after I was quoted a ridiculous $20K by another company listed on Angie’s List, review on them pending. Dekota is very honest and personable and quoted me $3500 for replacing the piping. He arrived on time and replaced all of the soil and rocks that he dug up during his work. He even replaced the hub on the water spigot and installed back-flow preventer for free. I’m thoroughly impressed with his work and honest business practices. I’ll be seeing him again in October when he’ll be installing a water filtration system for me.

I wasn’t in a fun situation with water essentially hemorrhaging underground somewhere in front of my house. Dekota was able to help walk me through a diagnosis of what was happening, options, an estimate, and a recommendation over the phone. When he came out he was friendly and great to work with, and communicated really well what was happening and why he was taking his approach. It’s never fun to need a big plumbing job, but I felt better about it with the solid communication and quick work.

Dakota showed up within 2 hours of requesting his services. He was extremely friendly, personable and was not afraid to explain things so I had a better understanding. He recommended things that would be a nice upgrade/maintenance for my home but was not pushy in the slightest.He completed a job that would have taken me all day (and probably not correctly) in a very timely manner for a price that I found more than fair for how quickly he arrived and resolved my issue.I implore anyone looking for plumbing services to reach out to Everhart Plumbing as you cannot find a friendlier or efficient guy out there.I will add, I have a monthly program through an AC/Electrical/Plumbing company that offers me discounts for services, I still know Dakota’s price would have beaten theirs if I decided to use them.

Dekota took my call right away, walked me through the process, explained options, pricing and reasoning for using specific products. He was able to fit me in same day for a water heater replacement, arrived early and finished well within the window he originally gave me. He’s easy to talk to, answered questions and fit in a faucet repair that I had been putting off. He wasn’t the lowest price, but definitely competitive. I read good reviews for him and ultimately decided to go with him because of the conversation we had and how transparent he was regarding pricing, product and work. During the job, he answered additional questions about our RO system and filters. He didn’t push to get that work, rather telling me if I could do it myself, which is what I hoped to hear, that would be the way to go. After the job was completed, I felt very confident that I made the best choice, highly recommend!

I used Everhart plumbing to replace my failing water heater. Dakota was quick to respond and the water heater was changed out in a timely manner. Dakota even worked with the company my home warranty is through and got me full replacement value. He is professional and the work is journeyman quality. Best plummer in the valley!!! I needed a new water heater and my kitchen sink was leaking. I initially called a few of the larger plumbing companies in town and had total sticker shock, plus they couldn’t make it to my house for 2 days minimum. Luckily, I was referred to Everhart Plumbing through a family friend and Dekota came to the rescue. He beat the competitor pricing by hundreds and was able to come over the day I called. His customer service was great. He was able to troubleshoot quickly and explained things very simply so I could understand exactly what the issue was and my options to solve. He was focused on providing the best quality for the lowest amount of money. I could tell he had several years experience given how smooth the install was, super clean. The sink is working perfectly and I’ve had hot water on demand ever since. Feels good to have a “guy” in the plumbing business moving forward! Thanks!
