    We called Approve Plumbing after seeing one oftheir trucks in our neighborhood. Their response was fast. Luke cameset up an appointment. We were very impressed with his professionalism.He explained the issues with our hot water boiler furnace, he gave us options in repairing or replacing. Based on his knowledge andexperience, we knew we could trust him. We were very confidant with hissuggestion of replacing rather than spending quite a bit just to give us a couple more years, verses spending more for a complete new energyefficient system that will last for many years. Approve Plumbing has a twoyear guarantee, most installing companies only have one.Our new system is very impressive, actually hangs on the wall. It isso highly energy rated that we will be getting a sizable energy rebatefrom our gas company!We are very pleased and confidant in Luke and Kevin.     We tried to cut corners and hire some local guy off social media that claimed to have knowledge of plumbing. That ended up being a huge expensive mistake. After the fiasco, I called Approve Plumbing emergency services. They fixed the other persons attempt at plumbing and efficiently re-piped our bathroom and installed new faucets. I HIGHLY recommend you call Approve first for your plumbing needs - they will take care of you!

    I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of all the team that came to take out the old boiler and water heater, and install the new system which is a combination of both in one unit. I was impressed with the lead person who was very knowledgeable about the system, and how he kept me informed about the project. It was a large job, they worked hard, and cleaned up well after they were done. The lead person also co-ordinated an electrician to do that part of the work. Would highly recommend this company!!

    We have used Chuck & now Luke from Approved plumbing for several years. We get the house opened in the spring and closed up in the winter without any issues. We have had an outdoor faucet installed and indoor plumbing fixed on a house that is not standard. Luke & Chuck have always been responsive, helpful & reasonably priced. I would use & recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

    Favorite new find in the area. We contracted Approve for a bathroom remodel in our old lake cabin near Ely, MN. Like any old cabin, there was a lot of unexpected problems that came up in their work, and the team continually adapted and fixed everyone of them. Incredibly competent, friendly and went out of their way in many little ways to help us. They also recommended thoughtful solutions, like adding a spin-down filter, so that our plumbing would better take care of itself in the future. Shout out to AJ and Ryan.
