    I just had them come out for an emergency repair on a leak and do a replacement on some parts in my bathroom.Michael came out quickly after we spoke and was extremely polite and friendly.Did everything I needed very fast and at a great price.     Nick saved the day!! I had an emergency 🚨 at an 18 unit apartment complex. What a nightmare a main line without a shut off valve was spraying water everywhere!! I called 1 Tom Plumber and they sent Nick. I was freaking out because I couldn’t locate the main shut off. Nick came on a Sunday night after hours! He created a pro-press fitting on the fly and stopped the leak in a matter of minutes. Nothing short of a miracle in my book.     Tech Nick Malucci came to my home at 1:00am. Had a shower that refused to turn off and turning the water completely off would have an inconvenient effect on the rest of the home. He was prompt.     My hot water heater burst late at night and Chris came out right away……and then came back out the next morning on very little sleep. He did a phenomenal job!     Nick and Paulino from 1 Tom plumber came by today and took care af a hose bib that was leaking from a water line that does not have a shut off valve.     We’ve gone with Parker and Sons for close to a decade and decided to give a go with 1-Tom-plumber and I’m so happy we did. When we called in the dispatch person we talked to got us in right away with no wait, which was a blessing as we we had a major problem we needed addressed asap. Michael was our tech and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with him. He was extremely nice and very informative. I didn’t feel like he was price gouging us or trying to make a quick buck like we’ve experienced in the past with other companies.     Theres a reason this company has all 5 star reviews and it shows. I called for an emergency plumber on a Sunday for a broken shower cartridge and to see if someone can come out to take out and replace it (I had the new cartridge on hand). Michael answered the phone and very respectfully explained the off-hour fees, timing, and expected total price - which was very reasonable for a Sunday call. I agreed and he was at my house 15 minutes later, and within 30 minutes had completed his work, explained what he did, cleaned up, rang me up, and was back out on his way. Needless to say if every plumber they have at hand is of Michaels caliber Ive pretty much found my go-to number to call from now on.

He was so fast and efficient it kinda made me feel stupid...but when you know your job you can point out simple repairs very easily.     Many thanks to Cullen and Paulino. Had a leak near our ceiling between two walls at the most unfortunate time (As always). Home warranty service company couldn’t get a plumber out for five days. Made a call to 1-Tom-Plumbers late night and Cullen came over in the middle of the night. He assessed the situation, explained that parts will be needed from warehouse in the morning. He got the parts, came back promptly in the morning and replaced the leaking pipe. After three days without water, it was a blessing to have running water again thanks to your team.
