Pablo and Pedro worked, without a break, for a good six hours straight. They were neat, incredibly polite, and displayed a level of expertise and professionalism that put me at ease - and they thanked ME when they left!I will not hesitate to use United Mechanical in the future, and am relieved to have finally found a company I feel I can trust. I have been using United Mechanical for a residential property and a 5,000 SF commercial property since 2013 for 2X per year maintenance and unit replacements. Great work all around. Install team and maintenance technicians are great. I never felt pushed to do work before it was really needed. When my units broke (always in the heat of summer) they were usually there within hours to fix them. Very pleased. Also, shout out to Samson, he has been performing maintenance on our residential property for the past few years, he is the kind employee that you wish you had 10 of.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with other companies like best home services. Dealing with United Mechanical and their staff was a very pleasant experience. My AC was acting up and of course this happens in the middle of the summer. I called United Mechanical at about 8:00 am and they had somebody at my house by 11:00 am. The tech Kyle was very knowledgeable and got right to work. We called UM originally after hurricane Irma and received prompt attention for a weak air flow from Albert Montero. So, recently, we noticed unusual noise from our AC and called again. Danielle Shine was the responding technician and did a thorough job, finding a leak in the coil and giving us the options for repair or replace. We asked for quotes on both and she researched three possible new ACs as well as the cost of repair. We chose a Lennox model for replacement. It was installed on 1/02/17 by a team headed by Ismail ?. They seemed efficient and well supervised. When they left, however, we discovered that a pipe had been installed in front of the filter slot, making it impossible to remove the filter. The unit was also very powerful in its airflow and quite noisy. Ismail said that could be reduced by a technician. Several days later, we called UM for help. Danielle was again dispatched and did an absolutely great job of tuning our unit. She changed the offending pipe direction allowing filter exchange, lowered the airflow, checked the outside unit and left us with a quiet, very satisfactory installation. She had spent about two hours checking everything and her demeanor couldnt have been nice. We give her the highest recommendation.2022 - We have been served by UM ever since Irma and have found the technicians and staff to be consistently capable, polite and reliable. Garry, our latest, was just that - competent, friendly and efficient. Arent we lucky?

My mother recently returned to Florida after an absence of two years and discovered the air conditioning system in her condo was no longer fully functional. She needed help, right away. I called Anita and she had a technician there within two hours. Wow, what service!Unfortunately the system could not be repaired economically. A new one was needed. Mark was extremely helpful in getting the problems diagnosed and finding a reasonable solution. Then Larry swung into action with a proposal and price quote by the next morning. We approved the proposal and the new system was installed and up and running the next day. Amazing!This kind of service and care is uncommon in this industry. But for them it is the norm. It is what sets them apart and above the rest. That is why we turned to Synergy Air.Mom is extremely happy to have the work done so quickly and so well. Needless to say she is very happy to be getting good, cool, clean air now. She was also extremely complimentary of the install crew, saying they were very pleasant, efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.Thank you very much to all the pros at Synergy Air for taking such good care of mom. I had Synergy Air install 2 new air conditioning systems at my home in 2012. The installation process went perfectly. They were at my home when they said they would be, did what they said they would, cleaned up after them selves and my new units have saved me money on my monthly electrical bill since they were installed. They even took care of the paper work with FPL. Since we have installed the units we are looking to buy a new home and Jim from Synergy Air went to our new home and did a thorough inspection of the a/c units. Jim is very professional, and very knowledgeable when it comes to inspection a/c systems. Once again Synergy was on time and very reliable. I will always use Synergy Air for all of my a/c service and repairs. There is no need to look any further or compare companies. If you know Mike Clark the owner of Synergy Air that says it all, they employees are just as trustworthy as Mike with the highest integrity.

What a great experience! Matt M., the technician was on time and very pleasant. He got right to work on the AC maintenance. He also went above and beyond with some other technical questions that I had. He was professional and didn’t push an upgrade. My home’s AC system is aging and does need to be replaced and Matt also suggested this, but wasn’t pushy about it at all, just honest about what needed to be done in the future (which I was aware of). Also, interacting with the office staff setting up the appointment was seamless and pleasant. I had to call the day before my appointment and switch from morning to afternoon, due to my work schedule. The office staff member (I didn’t get her name) was very kind and helpful with making this change. I definitely recommend United Mechanical!

In every way my experience with United Mechanical has been pleasant. I was contacted when I had not made an appointment for routine servicing of my air conditioning system. I was then sent a reminder the day before my service. On the morning of my service I was contacted by text message and advised the technician was on his way. The technician arrived shortly afterward. He was very professional and conducted a detailed inspection of our system. He was also very pleasant to my wife and me. Once completed, he carefully reviewed what he had done. This all fell within our contract (which is very reasonable), so there were no additional charges. This was definitely a five star experience.
