I have to say that from my first phone call to Coup Electric I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke with Julia about our project she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all aspects of her company and the technicians they employ. She made a great first impression ! I had to have an electrician come out this morning for some issues I was experiencing. Coup Electric was recommended by my sister and Im so glad I called them. The office got me on their schedule very quickly. I received an email introducing the technician that was coming, along with a picture of him. Ben and Conner arrived right on time, listened to all my concerns and promptly went to work on solving them. They not only wore booties over their shoes, but took care to protect what they were working on as well as put everything back in place. I chose to take a service contract out with them just for piece of mind. I cant give them enough accolades for a job well done!

Back in March 2023, Coup Electric installed an outlet for an over-the-stove microwave. The job was done efficiently and the two guys (sorry, I dont remember their names) were professional and friendly. Yesterday, Jostin came to fix an issue with the plug falling out. Turns out I didnt push the plug into the outlet hard enough! He said hes seen that happen before (which made me feel less stupid). When I asked how much I owe him for coming out, he said, Dont worry about it. Thank you Coup Electric. I will recommend you whenever I might be in conversation with someone who needs electrical work done.

This company is wonderful. I was impressed with everything from the scheduling process through the completion of the work. Both Sams (electricians) were competent, professional and very personable. They arrived on time, were very respectful of time, space and property, and were efficient in both diagnosing and correcting the problem (outside outlet that had burnt out and was tripping the circuit breaker). They were very thorough, addressed a number of additional smaller issues while they were here, and cleaned up after themselves. I felt the cost was very reasonable, and I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Unlike most electricians, he cleans up behind himself.Benny and his partner Terrance stayed late to finish. If it wasn’t for a tool that stopped working, they would have.They came back 1st thing in the morning to do 10 min of work. I didnt get blown off so the next customers got priority. Stuff happens, and Coup Electric adjusted for it. Old school style.They are not cheap. Good work isn’tLeveraging a warranty fee program to get a 10% discount isn’t something I care for, but thats on the owner, not Benny.Good work rarely needs a warranty, it’s a policy.Not a up charge.Professionalism is what they provide. Bottom line.

I recently had Coup electric come to my place to take a look at a breaker that would randomly trip. They provided great service with constant updates regarding when they’’d arrive, what problem they found and the costs and options to repair. The tech Jostin did a good job diagnosing the problem and providing a couple of repair options. He also provided photos of the repair, which was a big plus seeing I wasn’t home when he was there. I would definitely use them again for any electrical repairs and would highly recommend them.

Being a part-time Florida resident I noticed I was having issues with my AC. My AC company confirmed it was an issue with the electric. They recommended I contact Coup Electric, which I did. I contacted the office and explained to them I was out of state and what the issues were. They immediately set up a time where a technician, Benny Brusso could go evaluate the situation. The office staff and Benny kept me completely informed of what was going on. Benny explained and photographed what the issue was and how it could be corrected. At that time I asked Benny to give me a quote to replace my 150 amp panel box. The office staff contacted me set up a time when the panel box could be replaced and they took care of all the paperwork and inspection with the county. Benny and Terrence did a phenomenal job replacing the panel box and correcting the original issue. Their workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Coup electric.

We recently had Coup Electric come out to look an issue with our window a/c unit tripping the breaker. After troubleshooting the issue, it was determined the best solution was to replace the main Circuit Breaker Panel box.The current box was old (1977), full with no room to add more breakers and a few things were out of code inside the box.* I want to say Coup did look into other solutions first before recommending a new panel box.Due to new Florida state laws (Jan. 2024) 2 new grounding rods and an outside EPO (breaker) switch would also need to be installed.The work was scheduled and there was great communication throughout the whole process.The workers (2 at first) showed up on time as scheduled and said they would be there until the job finished.As usual with this type of work, they ran into some unexpected issues, but were able to figure things out an continue working. Since the job was taking a little longer than expected a third guy was called in to help to make sure the job got finished.All of the electricians seem like really nice guys, never got frustrated and very easy to talk to and/or ask questions.They did not even leave for lunch, they ordered pizza delivery, took a short break and back to work...they even offered us a few slices. :DSorry for the long review, but I wanted people to know why I think Coup is worth 5 stars.We have never experienced this level of customer service from any other business in Lee Co.Communication is excellentElectricians are excellentQuality of work is excellent (clean and tight)FYI - The County inspector was out this morning, he complimented the work done by Coup and he had no need to remove the panel cover. He was here less than 10 minutes, inspection passed with no problems.I highly recommend Coup Electric.

We had some crazy electrical things happen during hurricane Ian and Coup electric was able to handle everything quickly. I received an appointment in a timely manner and the two electricians that showed up were very personable and knowledgable (Jostin Fort and Sam Coup). All in all I was very satisfied with the work they did for this service and plan to use them for future projects.
