    Great job - these guys are super professional, entirely trusted and know what they are doing. They installed a full back up generator for me last year, and this year I had them come back and install new lighting and another panel for my second garage - they are terrific and I recommend them HIGHLY! And they just came and did a fabulous maintenance service for me. I am going to have them install my next generator for my expanded house.

    To whom it may concern....First, I had Bruno come to my home. What a wonderful technician! He was professional!! on time!! called and texted me, letting me know he was coming, which is huge for me since we have a deaf family member. We had some outlets stop working after the storm, and after Bruno went thru the process and we agreed to the diagnostic test, it was where her oxygen machine was! It was just plugged in at the outlet. It was burned and close to catching fire. we are now understanding after Bruno explained how this happens and what some important fixes are. We did a lot of work to get her to normal and her to be with us! What they dont tell you when you want your family member with you is how much power you need for the bed, bed warmer, monitoring equipment, etc. However, we noticed we did not have air flow to her room bath and general area and was very weak. Bruno suggested he could get one of his master HVAC techs to come to our home. I said sure, and in about an hour, PowerHouse Home Services sent me a gentleman named Hector. What a wonderful and knowledgeable technician and great experience from the start. I had no idea the condition of my attic!! when he came down, he played me in what pictures and videos were disturbing and how damaged the ductwork was. The indoor unit was destroyed with growth and water from Ian. We ended up going with the proposed solutions replacement of the units and new duct systems. We also went with Brunos estimate and repairs. Overall, my experience with Powerhouse was amazing and refreshing from the phone call to the end. Thank you so much for your quick response to my issues and the repairs its. I cant wait till I meet the plumber next week!Thank you so much!

    On Monday 2, 2024 Cristobal Alvarez, a plumber representing Powerhouse Home Services was called to our home to install a new water line and nozzle for a leak from our washing machine connection. He has an excellent work ethic in which he takes pride in his craft. He also restored the hole in the wall back to normal . Both Powerhouse and Cristobal ( Cris) seem to practice their core values of quality, service, reliability and certainly people over profit .

We had a number of electricians provide estimates to us to install a light and dimmer switch for our kitchen sink area before we decided on you. Your reasonable pricing and keen problem-solving ability were great. Unlike others who said they had to break through the wall, you found a way to snake a line through the wall behind the sheetrock and the cabinets. Our light and dimmer switch that you installed are perfect and appear to be original to the kitchen, which was installed 18 years ago! Thank you for the very neat job you performed. We will definitely recommend you wholeheartedly and know we will be calling on you again for all electrical work that might be needed in our home!

    We had a house inspection and needed an electrician to come out that day. They sent out Anthony and he did a fantastic job. He gave us a courtesy call 45 minutes before our appointment to inform us he was on his way. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and corrected the problem. He provided us with the document we needed to move forward with the sale of our home. After having 2 bad experiences from 2 other companies Robert took the time to explain everything about my system I have now and the issues.     WELL PUMP REPLACEMENT DONE RIGHT!Kyle did a fantastic job on our repair. He responded to our request for help immediately and fit us in same day even though he already had another job to do. My husband is a former service manager and therefore expects a lot when it comes to things like this but he was impressed too which doesn’t come easily. Kyle was upfront and honest about cost and how long it would take to complete which was the next day. I’d definitely recommend Kyle for any work you need done. Rest assured he will do right by you and is a super nice guy.

    I had an electrical issue crop up and called Powerhouse a few days before Christmas. The electrical supervisor came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, which was major. Two electricians came on Friday, (2 days before Christmas) and worked all day to get my dangerous situation rectified and my new oven working for the holiday. They need to come back to complete two portions to complete; they are coming tomorrow. I am very impressed with Powerhouse and their professionals. Communication has been top notch with everyone I have dealt with, and the project manager even called to introduce herself and answer any questions. I appreciate this.In addition, I needed a plumber, and one came promptly for under sink and toilet needs and then came back to repipe water lines for my washer. The ones I had were not up to code and were a mess! These are fixed beautifully and promptly. Again, top-notch service and communication! I am so thankful to have found such a customer-friendly business with top level professionals on staff. Call Powerhouse if you need and want great service. Aaron and Nick did excellent electrical work and the plumber who came and expertly repiped my u-room was CJ.

    One of my rentals had a breaker that refused to stay on. Not thinking this would be a big deal I called Powerhouse to see about getting it fixed. Little did I realize what they would uncover. Donnie and Bruno performed a full diagnostic on my electrical panel and found hidden dangers from the initial electrical setup. Wires tied into neutrals, a severed electrical line and a multitude of problems that would require a complete replacement of my electrical panel and some wiring. Luckily my house was still under warranty and once they uncovered these hazardous issues I was able to have the builder replace the entire electrical panel for free. BUT I feel without their expert knowledge and due diligence in finding the negligent work, this panel would not have been replaced for free. Thank you guys! You saved me thousands of dollars!

He was very understanding and agreed with my concerns and got someone to fix the outlet. They do great work just need to work on the communication part so customers dont get upset in these situations.     I had Powerhouse Home Services perform a service check on my HVAC system, and install a Interlock/Transfer switch on my exterior breaker panel for a portable generator. Nick Coraci was my initial point of contact. Nick was very polite, answered any questions I had, and scheduled all the work to be done. The technician was Ricky Romero who arrived to perform the work and was very professional, thoroughly explaining all the work to be done. Ricky completed the work in a timely manner, and demonstrated how to operate the Interlock/Transfer switch in the event of a power outage. Ive owned several homes in different states throughout my life and by far, Powerhouse Home Services was the easiest home service company Ive ever dealt with. The employees are easy to work with, the pricing is fair, and most importantly to me the quality of work is excellent. I look forward to using them for any of my home services needs in the future, and would highly recommend them to everyone.

    TJ, Matt and Brian are great.Matt has done a great job getting our AC in order, including cleaning, tune up and a brand new mini-split for our garage. All works awesome.TJ took care of our water heater system installing a great on-demand system - it looks great and they hauled way our old ugly tank. They also put in some valves to move the hot water around our large home much faster.Brian is also great! He installed some of the most expensive and difficult lighting weve ever put in a house. 25k in fixtures were installed perfectly and he spent the time needed to make sure everything was right.All of the staff at Powerhouse Home Services are great! Theyre always responsive and they come very quickly to get the work done. We are now using them for all the projects they can handle. Great company for one-stop shopping when it comes to keeping your home working and comfortable.

Their work is always guaranteed, Powerhouse, and all their employees are a family, and it’s very true in every day conversations, and how they show up on time, and going above, and beyond what they need to do. For example, Greg, one of their technicians, showed up to my home. I opened up my home, because I do have a smart home, allowed him entrance, as I was enjoying myself elsewhere,Greg actually ended up fixing my pool heater, that’s where the short was identifiedAt!🫶He came.     I had service techs from PowerHouse come out and install a new A/C compressor, new ductwork, air handler, water heater, water treatment system, and electrical panel upgrade. All of the techs who came out, Dave O, Dave M, and Chris, all did an excellent job. Everyone knew what they were doing and they were masters at it. Everyone was considerate of my personal property, which might have been in their way. And they cleaned up their areas when finished. I would certainly recommend them, and would call them again if theres anything that they havent replaced yet!

    Dave M and his crew Jairo G and Jose A installed a new HVAC system into our home. They replaced everything including all ductwork. They also added insulation and an air filtration system. They were very thorough and professional. They got everything done in one day. When ever I had a question, they were just a text away and they helped me optimize my system to work its best.     We had a full AC replacement and generator electrical box installed by the company in late July. When Hurricane Ian blew thru, there was a power surge that affected our outdoor unit, rendering it inoperable . Expecting to have to wait for the hurricane recovery to pick up speed, before having a technician out, we were pleasantly surprised that they were out on Oct 4th, on time, and only a couple days after requested, and had our unit up and running again. We will continue to do business with this super professional company, and extremely grateful we were able to rely on them in such a difficult time.

    We are only starting several large projects with Powerhouse. This was a sudden issue that we needed done fast. There was a mixup and they thought that we wanted one of the larger jobs done early. The technician showed up to do the larger job and we have out of town company and really only wanted the ARCH fault fixed. I called them back and explained what we had out of town company and just needed the one thing fixed. They were very nice, professional and quickly called the technician and changed the bigger job back to this week. Thank you Powerhouse, you are our company for everything electrical, no and in the future. I would also like to recommend them if anyone is thinking about a whole house generator. That is one of our other projects in the works. We started out with another company and were very frustrated with not getting any help with navigating the HOA approval process. We called Powerhouse and they said not to worry, they do all of that for us. They are and they send us email updates on how things are going. We highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs big or small.

    Overall, the people at Powerhouse are really smart, and very responsive and professional. The Generac equipment is top-notch, the electricians on staff were excellent. All the work Powerhouse did was done very well.They ran into problems with large rock, so the gas tank and lines were problematic, digging could have been made easier if the subcontractor gas service had used an adequate air compressor to run the bullet under the paved driveway. Instead pavers had to be pulled up/replaced at an additional cost to us of $1200, in order to hand dig. Their workers also left empty water bottles in my and my neighbors yard, and ruts from their digger are awful. Overall, Powerhouse is a really good company and Id recommend them. Hopefully, the subcontractor will improve these small issues.
