Luis was great. Gave us options to fix our electricity after a flood and Im sure the work will be done right.Updates: Turns out, Luis quit and we only had 1 tech and 1 apprentice (some of the time) rewiring our entire house. Steven came out 2, sometimes 3 days a week and worked well into the evening. We were told it would take a week, but it was more like 2 months. Its very difficult to get someone to call back, but I did get a phone number and fast responses to my text messages. I dont blame the tech working, I blame the company for poor organization.During the work, I did request the AC be connected prior to my moving in and it wasnt, however, when I called, someone came out the same day and got it hooked up. I do appreciate that.I had to buy 2 ceiling fans due to parts being lost and am awaiting reimbursement. Reimbursement was applied quickly.Getting 4 stars due to Steven. He did a great job with what he had to work with and was a very nice young man. There was also a young woman named Kim that came out to help at one point and she was really good and nice as well.

I was in need of Mister Sparky’s services and an electrician arrived within two hours of my initial call. When I heard the doorbell ring, I walked to the door to see Orlando standing there politely with a warm, cheerful smile greeting me on the other side. When speaking with him he was friendly, informative and answered all our questions with patience. He was on time, well-mannered, spoke clearly and was professionally-dressed. He also had all of his tools and equipment at-the-ready and seemed extremely knowledgeable as it did not take him long at all to help us finalize our kitchen appliances. Among all technicians to have come into our home over the years, we felt extremely comfortable having Orlando here. Not only did he do a great job with the wiring, he was also a great conversationalist. Thank you, Orlando, and we recommend him for any of your electrical needs!

Technician Trevor went above and beyond today. We called Mr Sparky in a panic because an outlet had smoke and sparks coming from the outlet. Trevor responded quickly and arrived within the specified time. Trevor was very professional and personable. The issue appeared to be wiring contained within the outlet box. However, Trevor didn’t take the easy way out and decided to look further. Sure enough, he uncovered the issue further up the wall. The pictures are scary but in person was worse. Thank heavens Trevor is the type of professional that he is. He truly exemplifies the title!

Ruger had worked to rejuvenate our main panel several years ago. In the interim we had a minisplit installed and they really halfassed the electrical work so badly we had to have emergency work done to get power to our water heater. Unfortunately those folks made it so much worse!I called Mr. Sparky back to help and Ruger and Kim came out and corrected the mistakes the other two crews created. They restored lost circuits and probably saved the house from burning down. It was not cheap but it was finally right and thousands less than Best Electric quoted. Ten thousand less to be exact.We all hate having to pay for upkeep at todays prices, but it helps knowing the work will be done RIGHT. Thanks you Ruger and Kim, and thank you Mr. Sparky.

We had the classic smoke alarm going berserk on the weekend, so finding anyone to replace it (20 ft. ceiling) was difficult. We had used Sparky before with acceptable results, and they advertise that they are available 24/7. Turns out that they were not adequately staffed to handle their large territory, and after several texts telling me running a little late, they canceled entirely. VERY annoying, after waiting all day for the guy! However, a tech (Nathan) showed up on time the next morning (Monday), and was outstanding. (No surprise, as he is a Marine veteran.) The repair was difficult, but he solved it quickly. I would give Sparky 5 stars except for the Sunday no-show.
