We have been using All Phase since installing our whole home generator when we moved to Florida six years ago. All Phase has been professional and available when we have needed them. This weekend, our generator experienced some issues and we needed service following the hurricane. We contacted All Phase, dealt with an extremely helpful woman named Bobbi who then assigned George Stout to come to our home same day. George was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained to us the extent of the issue, was able to repair the issue, as well as answer all of our questions and make recommendations. We are again fortunate to be living comfortably while we await power to be restored to our area. Many in my neighborhood with generators have not had the same luck with their vendors. We are so grateful for George, Bobbi and All Phase.

All Phase installed our generator 3 yrs ago. Their service and technicals are courteous and knowledgeable. When ours tested yesterday it had an error code. I called. and within 1 1/2 hrs. George Stout came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and even found another issue that we had noticed, but it didn’t cause interruption with the working of the generator. He explained everything thoroughly and even took the time to give us tips regarding the unit. He was excellent as is the other technician that does service.

My whole house generator was showing a red light instead of the normal green. I called All Phase who has the maintenance contract and they had someone out within hours. They replaced the starter and all was good! My area lost power the following week due to Milton and I did not. They are the BEST!!!

I have been working with All Phase since my installation in 2018 and have been extremely pleased with them. My last experience was extremely impressive. During the recent hurricane the Generator worked perfectly as it always has but my lanai lights were turning on and off randomly. I spoke with Johnathan and he was very interested in my problem and said he was sending out tech George S. To help. My background is in Electrical Engineering so when George arrived and we started to discuss the problem I had no idea that I was about to get an education way beyond expectations . George was so knowledgeable in so many different aspects of electrical systems and all aspects regarding Generator operations. He openly shared his knowledge and experience which brought a sense of confidence that I would not have any further problems with my equipment unless there was a component failure. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and texting, but unfortunately, I don’t think they’re willing to provide their services to me.To date, all phase have ensured that any miscommunication issues are rectified, and I truly appreciate their efforts. He was very thorough and found a part that needed to be replaced and he determined it was still under warranty. The inspection, oil change and tune up were all done and George took the time to explain what was found and what my service plan options were going forward. We have had many generators at many homes. All phase and George certainly have given us the best service of all.

My GENERAC Generator was installed in 2022. I interviewed 2 other companies but chose All Phase. I was very happy with the installation and all staff involved in that process. This year I had the Generator serviced by electrician George Stout who performed a thorough and very detailed process. He readily answered all my questions and submitted a detailed summary of all tasks performed when he was at my home. This is great for future reference. Over the weekend I noticed that my whole house generator was not functional. I left a message for All Phase Electric so I could arrange something as soon as possible. I could have had them come out during the weekend, but it wasnt an emergency.By 10:00 AM Monday morning their technician George Stout was at our door to determine what the problem was. He quickly identified it as a starter which fortunately was under warranty. By noon is was fixed. I would have given five stars if it was not for the experience with the initial sales rep assigned to us. Honestly, she should be fired for complete misrepresentation of installation dates, poor attitude and an overall threatening nature. But, after over 220 days - the installation was completed - and the system work perfectly.

There response time is excellent and the quality of there work is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing. Installation of standby generator.There was a serious problem with the equipment pad which made it necessary to replace the original generator, both of which you installed. The pad was infused with styrofoam to make it lighter and easier to handle; however it was not heavy enough to resist the storm surge caused by Hurricane Ian, and it toppled and brought the standby generator under water. All Phase Electric has done nothing to compensate for this problem.

I recently had a 16kw generac installed at my home and the service from quoting to finished install impeccable.Jayson arrived as scheduled and provided a quote that was thorough Competitive and timely. All the steps for this project were communicated by email and phone prior to each step of installation. I thought I was impressed by all the above steps but then Tyler, the install tech arrived and the professionalism and work quality went to the next level.Tyler showed early on a damp rainy day, worked until late completing the first step, all while answering any question I had.The final day of install It was a repeat performance finishing after dark and the walking me through all the steps of being a new generator owner.
