    A definite five star rating. The crew of three were very informative during the installation of the ac condenser and air handler. No need for supervision at all. They hit the ground running once they showed up. Great teamwork for sure. No trash was left behind etc. My garage was exceptionally clean.

    I have to recommend And Services. Eric was nothing short of professional.     My AC unit was old and had to be replaced. AND responded very quickly. It’s an older house and the attic is small and hard to move in, so it took many hours. They did an amazing job. John went beyond and even came back the next day to check that everything was working well. I recommend AND very highly. They will treat you right.

    Eric Eisenhauer was the technician that came to my parents house. I called on a weekend in dire need of our A/C to be repaired, and they showed up within an hour or so. He was absolutely wonderful. Polite, courteous, professional and explained everything to me. Even repeated as I needed him to. We will absolutely use him again for all our servicing needs. Ask for Eric, he wont disappoint.

    I was home the other day and getting ready to travel back to NJ when i noticed water leaking from my air conditioner and onto the floor of my home. I called AND Services, they were very kind and told me they’d send someone out that day. When the Technician arrived he was very polite and went right to work accessing my system. It appears my drain pipe was clogged and he was able blow some air through the drain system and unclog it. The work was a little pricey for what was done (but I guess everything is pricey these days). Everyone from my original phone call to the service technician who arrived at my home were very polite, professional and reassuring which made me very comfortable and eased my mind about the whole situation . I’m very grateful and satisfied with their services and would use them again.

    AC went out on a Friday night in SWFL, they got here and everything was fixed Saturday afternoon. I was relieved the instant I spoke to someone at this company. The person who originally took my call, and the dispatch people who kept me updated throughout the day were great. The technician, Eric, was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything. It turned out that the original installers wired part of the indoor unit incorrectly, so I decided to switch service contracts. They even got here a whole day earlier than a larger competitor said they could. Highest recommendations.

    From the person on the phone to our service advisor, Eric, everything was excellent! First of Eric came to our house to check our air condition faster than we could hope for. After almost only 1 hr after we called he was here. He is an amazing person, EXTREMELY knowledge and so willing to help and answer every single question we had with a smile in his face. He did an incredible job with checking our system and not even one time whatsoever we felt pressure to buy anything or felt that he was trying to push us to do something, comparing to other companies that came to check our system. He explained everything to us and all of our options to fix the problem. We couldnt be happier with choosing this company to fix our air condition system.     Where to start? From the minute Paige Answered the phone, Everything about this company was excellent.Daisha helped Me get a technician here in between rain showers. Eric Who gave us Our estimate was so professional and kind. He knew everything about our system and understood everything that we needed to do.     We had a maintenance check of our 14 month old system today. The technician Eric Eisenhauer ran full diagnostics explaining the tools and measurements. Way over my head, but pretty interesting stats. The only concern is the pressure of the air moving through the ductwork. By adding one small return in my bedroom (later date), my 4 ton system will heat & cool more efficiently and lower my monthly bills. It’s presently running at reduced capacity and working harder than it should. I had no idea this was even an issue and if it really mattered. I’m so glad he took the time to explain all this to me. Just signed another annual maintenance agreement. Happy customer!!

    Wow! This is a great team. Our AC quit working right before the Labor Day weekend. We contacted AND Services and Joshua responded within the hour. The next day Pablo B. evaluated the system and we indeed needed a new unit.....the whole thing, inside and out. I thought it was going to be a frustrating financial burden but it wasnt! We qualified for financing with a program that AND Services uses. The permits were taken care of and Friday John S. and Marcello V. installed the new unit and it is a beautiful American made Rheem with a great warranty. Happily they also service plumbing and electrical equipment so this will be our one stop shop for repairs from now on. This team is polite, punctual, and proficient. Very well done!     I called AND services for residential A/C repair after calling another company ( Cool Today)that failed to show up.. not even a call to say theyre running behind.Thanks to Paige @AND services for dispatching a tech right away.Update: This place is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive for a whole system replacement than others. Was quoted $11215 VS. $6650 from a competitor and a third came in at $7275.

    This company was amazing and had very fast response. Our tech, Eric E., was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We loved that he did not push sales for a new unit. After he adjusted a couple things and cleaned it up, our AC is working like brand new. When we do have to replace our unit, we will definitely use this company and request Eric E to come out again.     It was July 4 hot and I mean hot! And humid my AC went out. It was 92° in my house. I need an air conditioning repair man I had a unit put in two years prior and the AC company didn’t pull a permit therefore they wouldn’t warranty the AC. I looked on Google and found And services, they quickly responded to my needs assured me that they would take care of me right away. They sent a man named Eric out. He diagnosed the problem quick and easily moister got on the circuit board and fried the system. He told me because it was a ream product he could get the parts quick and easy , after looking up the parts we agreed to a price the very next day the service technician came out. Replaced the parts and I was back up and running very professional. Very courteous. They Saved my holiday weekend . Thank you And services .

    It is refreshing to deal with a company and employees that are honest and qualified. The young man that serviced my unit today was very well mannered and was clearly well qualified and efficient. He went through the system with a fine tooth comb. He showed me in multiple photos the before and after the service.     My air conditioning unit shut off on a Friday evening. I called AND air conditioning services on Saturday morning and they said that they would have somebody out within 2 to 4 hours. I got a call back From one of the technicians (Alex) About 30 minutes later. He told me he would be here in about 40 minutes. He was right on time. Took a look at my air handler, found the issue and within 10 minutes had it back up and running. I would highly recommend using AND air conditioning services to everyone I know!

    My AC is having a problem, 92⁰ in the house. Called for service, Meagan was very sweet and compassionate. Insured me someone would contact me quickly to set up an appt for service. In less than 10 mins Alex(?) called to say a service tech would be at my house with in the hour, and they were. Eric diagnosed the problem, we need a whole new system. He thoroughly walked us through everything. The install team showed up the next morning as they were getting ready to rip the system out they found out the new one cant be put in the attic, so the new plan is to put the unit in the garage, easier to access, easier service, love the idea.! They were only able to do the tear out and then set us up with portable ACs in the house to keep humans and animals from heat stroking until theyre able to get the new system in.

    We paid another company to repair our a/c. We were told a week to get parts and have it fixed. 3 weeks later we were still being put off with no a/c. Made a call to this company and they came out. I was told it would be fixed in a few days if we went with them. And beat the other price by hundreds. We called to approve the work and 2 days later we got a call. Can we come out tomorrow and get your a/c up and running. They were great, even call a few days later, to see if everything was OK. Love this company. Dont go with anyone else. UPDATE the company sent out a tech to check the system. Mike was very knowledgeable and polite. Gave me a couple of suggestions and did not push anything that was not needed. This is the company to go with in sw Florida

    Philip Vennie came to my home to fix some electrical issues. He was polite, very respectful and a very nice young man. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He not only cleaned up after he was finished but also put back some furniture that was too heavy for me to do myself. He is most definitely an asset to your Company. He is a 10+ in my opinion!

    This is hard to explain, but the detail and expertise this company goes through to show they are true and there to help. It is a 25k job, Im not happy with that but its not their fault. This company has went above and beyond the call. They installed a new a/c unit, took care of a few downed wires, and even cleaned up some rough plants around the unit! I have to just say, thank you for the very good job. Very fast, efficient, and high quality service.

    After leaving a bad review, the owner did call me to find out what happened. I explained it to him. He was very apologetic for the way I was treated sent out another tech to make sure things were done right the young man was very professional. Very nice, and showed me how to care for my air conditioner properly. the young man’s name was Eric. He did a very good job and I was very pleased with the service I would recommend them again and I would still take out another service plan when my service plan is up. The tech also showed up on time, so I didn’t have to wait all day for him Thank you very much.The young man that came to service my air conditioner was late like two hours, so I stayed home from nine AM. I think he showed up at 1:00 PM when my window was from 9 to 11 before he got here. I had another gentleman from your company come to me saying he was here to check on the service that I got but in reality was trying to sell me Solar when the gentleman got here to service my air conditioner, he also tried to sell me something and in doing so I told him I could not afford it. At this point. I have a lot going on financially he proceeded to pressure me into buying this ultraviolet lights for $1400 and after the third time telling me this is what I needed. She says well we can split it up for $35 a month. It looks like you smoke more than that. I’m like what I thought that was very unprofessional and therefore I’m thinking that maybe he’s going to do something bad to my air conditioner to prove to me that I needed this $1400 light instead of smoking cigarettes then I asked him how much would it be for a deep clean on my air conditioner if I needed it she told me it was like $918 or something I called another air conditioning company after he left to get a second opinion as they do a deep cleaning and an air conditioner for less than 300 so I’m beginning not to trust this company. And I still have one more service call that I already paid for, but I do not want that young man back in my home. I feel like I was disrespected. And he just wanted to sell me something not help me out or listen to me..,,…………

    Great customer service. Fast, follow-up, reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. Only fixing what needed to be completed without gouging the price.Eric contacted his boss and worked with me both on financial options and mechanical complications on the best procedure at the lowest cost to fix an A/C freon line, which I punctured trying to put up drywall. Help put my mind at ease without having to hassle, went to bat for me to make it a reasonable and fair deal.

    Eric was very professional and provided detailed explanations of what he was checking and looking for. He took his time and treated us like we were his only customer for the day. After his inspection, we called his manager (Brian) who was also very informative, patient, honest, and professional. They did not try and sell me on anything. Explained the problem and cost to fix my a/c. I then asked for a quote to replace the unit and I asked about new blown in insulation. At the end of the visit, I will have a new high efficiency a/c and insulation 72 hours after the service call. Since my a/c was freezing up and losing coolant, Eric returned shortly after 9 pm with 2 portable a/c units to help keep us cool for the next several days! Outstanding customer service.     My AC went out yesterday nothing was turning on. So I called my regular AC people they said that they were going to get in contact with me yesterday but they never did. I called them again two times and still nothing. I decided to look into another AC company and I came across this company. It was extremely easy. I had requested a appointment online and within 15 30 minutes I got a call from confirmation. And after that I got a call from the technician named Mike about 30 minutes later said that hell be at my house in 25 minutes. not even 10 minutes my AC was turned back on. Mike had checked my outside unit, my breaker, inside unit, everything the whole 10 yards. When everything was running fine, mike waited 10 minutes to make sure everything was okay. Mike was professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company. They respond extremely quickly.

    My A/C had stop working so I called AND Services in the morning on Saturday and they said they would be there in three hours, the technician got cought up on a previous job he was doing but I got a call form the office letting me know that he was running late, when the technician showed up he explained what he was going to do and tried like 3 different things to get my compressor running, after that he found out that the compressor was dead and that there was nothing else he could do at the moment.I asked him who did I have to pay, if they were going to bill ne from the office for him showing up and he said there was no charge because he wasnt able to get the AC to run properly.I was pleasantly surprised but I new it wasnt his faul and if the AC didnt work it wasnt for lack of effort.I think AND Services and his technicians are very honest I would recommend them 100% and by the way I did tip the technician cause he did his work and totally deserved it.Thanks, keep it up!
