    Very impressed with communication from the start and top-notch workmanship. I had a complicated creaking wood floor that was able to be rectified with the use of some special tools such as a jig to mechanically fasten the wood planks together and resolve the issue. Had other technicians look at this issue prior and weā€™re unsuccessful in resolving. Danny did an amazing job. He executed multiple different custom jobs at my house, such as a motorized TV mount that recesses into the kitchen counter, as well as installation of a 96 inch fan in our living room.Everything works flawless, communication from start to finish was top notch, and the end product was even better. Highly recommend!

    I donā€™t even know where to begin with the gratitude and sincere appreciation I have Karen Pavelka with Titan. I have only positive things to say from start to finish. My husband and I purchased a beautiful but very run down Bed & Breakfast in Fort Myers. Needed some serious TLC and we dont live in the area and we would be taking this project on living a significant distance away. I was referred to Titan by my contractor back home and this is how I meet Karen. Immediately she made me feel like I was in good hands. She got my vision and took on the responsibility of overseeing every inch of this protect. She most certainly went above and beyond. She saw to it that no little detail was missed. She was in constant communication with me and reassured me things would get down when I would feel like something wasnā€™t right. Karen made sure to come up with solutions when we hit rough spots. Gave us suggestions and didnt cut corners. Iā€™m truly grateful we reached out to Titan but extremely blessed to have been able to work directly with Karen on this project. Our property looks night and day. The community has experienced gratitude that we fixed up the property up . We would highly recommend Titan for any contractor needs and highly recommend Karen as the project manager. Hope to work with them and Karen on our next project! These projects are never easy, unexpected issues always come up but when you work with professional experienced people, it makes it so much easier to deal with this issues.

    I hired Titan after going through two other contractors . Lisa came out and assessed the botched kitchen remodel and unfinished bathroom and was able to identify exactly what was needed and made some great suggestions and changes. Within two days we had an estimate. She gave us a start date which was delayed a few days however kept in great communication with us. Walked us through the process and kept us informed. The crews were extremely well mannered and cleaned up which was a huge change from our previous contractors. We have since recommended Lisa to a few friends and they also seem extremely happy with Titan.

    We wanted an addition added to our home and had no idea where to start. My husband called Titan and spoke to the owner who put us in contact with Lisa the Design and Remodel Coordinator. We had a wonderful experience with Titan. From our initial contact to the final paint touch ups. We thought it would be torture and had put it off for years however Lisa walked us through and it was relatively painless. Everyone was very professional and when we popped home during the day to check on things the crews were friendly and always picked up at the end of the day. Lisa was there multiple times a week and always answered her phone even in the evenings or Sundays. Her personality is very straightforward with a twist of humor. If there was a problem she handled it immediately with solutions. She often would say ā€œno worriesā€ I got it and boy did she. We had just a wonderful experience and will recommend Titan to anyone we can.

    I saw a friends beautiful remodel and found out they used Lisa at Titan Contracting.Prior to, I had been trying to get quotes and had many people out to look at our space, however, that process was lagging. Weeks would go by, and I wouldnā€™t hear anything back. I called Lisa at Titan, and she was on it! We met and discussed my project in great detail over the next 3 hours. Within a week, we received a proposal, and it was a fair price. We have since had the remodel completed and couldnā€™t be happier. Lisa remained our point of contact throughout the entire project. She walked us through every step and provided updates along the way, so we knew what to expect. Great experience all around & highly recommend!

    I had a flooded house from hurricane IAN (5 feet). After working through insurance and the FEMA rules, Titan contractors (Clint the owner) knew what was allowed to be done for repairs. They have performed multiple repairs for devastated homes near me. The person I was in direct contact was Jimmy Pellerin, excellent communication and very aggressive to get work done correctly (my case, I needed work with an architect, engineer, permitting, etc). Jimmy was very transparent and offered many solutions that Titan could perform in this major project. They have their own plumbing/HVAC/Electrical and more to expedite what seems like a long process specifically when you are unable to live in your house from a natural disaster. They donā€™t have to outsource or find a subcontractor, they are a one stop shop company. Did I look at other GCs. I did, but looking at reviews, Iā€™m glad I chose Titan. Working with Jimmy and his teammates was fantastic. A strong recommendation to use Titan.

She guided me through every step of the process and made me feel at ease during a very difficult time.     Use Titan the first time and save yourself some money and grief. We are extremely happy with the results of the repairs from a botched job. We initially went with the least expensive contractor thinking how hard could it be and got what we paid for. Lisa came in took a look at our home, went over everything and we set our expectations with her right away because we didnā€™t want to be in the same situation again. Right off the cuff she also set expectations and went over the process so we knew what to expect from her and her team. We were all on the same page.     I recently had my interior of my house painting. This Crew from Titan Contracting were amazing. I met the lead Painter Andy who happens to be from the same area Im Pennsylvania where I grew up. He was very professional and he and his crew worked hard every day with drop clothes and straight cut-ins from top to bottom and walls where rolled nicely. My wife is considering doing the exterior of our home when it cools down and I will and would love to have them back to paint. A+

    We signed with Titan in 2021 to build our home. From the project manager to the trades, this company oozed integrity. It was right after the pandemic and before Hurricane Ian. Through the supply chain issues and the hurricane, this company worked hard to finish our beautiful home. They answered the phone always, and we came to appreciate the honesty of the answers even if it was not great news.... such as the door will not be in for 3 more weeks, after we waited 6 months...it was maddening but NOT their fault. The home is awesome and well built. A big THANK YOU TO Deanna, Levi, Dan and Eddie. Without you guys putting up with my husband through this process I am fairly sure we would be divorced. Well not really .....looking forward to getting out of the snow and enjoys some Southwest Florida living

    In May 2024 we contracted with a SWFL family business, Cartright and Sons, to remodel our kitchen. They referred us to Titan Contracting which would perform the demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall and tile work in support of the cabinet fabrication and installation.After our contract was signed with Cartright and Sons, the Project Manager from Titan Contracting, Jimmy Pellerin, prepared an estimate on the other necessary work. The contract was written as a worst case scenario based on unknown variables that would not be revealed until after the demolition.Jimmy introduced us to all of the Titan craftsmen and every morning he would accompany them to our home. Without exception, all Titan employees were polite and personable. Each and every one explained the work that they would accomplish and were then willing to accommodate any requests or incorporate any minor changes that we desired.Jimmy was very flexible in reworking our estimate several times in an effort to meet our changing needs. When we signed the final contract with Titan Contacting, Jimmy assured us that we would not be billed for any work specified in the contract that would later be deemed unnecessary.As it turned out, a number of line items on the contract were not executed and a few others, not included, were necessary additions. True to their word, the Titan Management adjusted the final bill to reflect the actual work done.The work completed by all Titan employees was absolutely top notch. The fact that Titan Contracting demonstrated honesty and integrity in honoring their verbal agreements left us extremely impressed with the company.Finally, special recognition is provided to Project Manager Jimmy Pellerin who served as the face of Titan Contracting. He was always on time, very respectful and highly professional. Jimmy was very patient, understanding and helpful to us in working through many decisions that had to be made. He then ensured that our desires were implemented or incorporated as appropriate. As a result, we could not have been more pleased with the final product.In over 50 years, we have rarely found any business with such integrity, attention to detail and an unwavering desire to please their customers.     Earlier this week my Air Conditioner stopped working while I was at work, my kids were home in the dead heat of the summer, the house was 91 degrees inside!! I called Titan Contracting to see how quickly I could get the AC fixed, and within 45 minutes Danny and Jason from Titan were at the house to access the AC failure. It took an hour to figure out the problem and fix the AC condenser problem. As a single working mom of 3 kids that are home during the summer, it was an incredibly relief to know that Titan understood how important this was to get fix right away.     Hurricane Ian roof replacement. Titan was the most responsive of any roofing companies I contacted. Quick, clear and responsive to questions. Joe S was the field person I had contact with and he was great. Work was top quality and they were very respectful of my tenants living in the house. Highly recommend!!

    Professional and punctual for our cabinet installation! I generally donā€™t leave reviews because I expect to be a satisfied customer for the agreed upon amount. They offer a bid, I accept the terms of said bid, the company fulfills their obligations and I pay them the agreed upon amount. That shouldnā€™t be worthy of a glowing review; thatā€™s their JOB that theyā€™re being paid what they asked.However, Titan went beyond currently accepted norms of contractor behavior: they were here when they said theyā€™d be here, and if they were running late (happens to the best of us) they would call and inform us. They had beautiful marketing materials and gave us a range of options that best fit our needs. They kept a clean workspace and made quick work of each project.I wish that I had a third home that needed updating just so I could work with their crews again. Over the course of several projects, we used their roofers, plumbers, cabinet crew and drywallers. I couldnā€™t recommend them more.
