I have to say the service we received from Reliable was outstanding! From the moment Jim Cain their Generator Consultant came to see us at our home the day after I inquired about an estimate, we knew we had selected the right company for our home generator. Jim is the kind of person who just wants the best for his clients. He offered lots of advice and was not at all pushy. Followed up on a Saturday and gave me his cell phone number to answer any outstanding questions we had. Reliable took all the stress out of the process - prepared the paperwork for our HOA sent it to them and proceeded with all the permitting. Heather, Matt and Zoe were also outstanding and Matt even orchestrated our installation in the rain! I will not state how quickly it took from first meeting to start up but it was quicker than expected because I know permitting can vary dependent on where you live - but you will be in good hands. Reliable could add responsive and efficient to their name! Customer service is not dead! Everyone we dealt with was extremely efficient - thank you to the entire team.

Great servise and follow up, friendly staff and and professional tradesmen , The follow up and the constant communication through either email the telephone or text messaging is unbelievable. They are so on top of everything and the staff is so pleasant to work with and office as well. I really enjoyed this experience and I would highly recommend anybody needing a generator to contact reliable power systems. They are the best.

Had my annual maintenance visit today. I was satisfied withe service and the technician, who rapidly completed the necessary change outs of parts and oil before a thunderstorm arrived to stop work. Technician to return another day soon to perform the power transfer checks when it is not raining.

Mercy came to check up on my generator. He changed the oil, air filter and spark plugs and advised me my battery will need replacing. He checked that it switched over to run my house. He was organized, tidy and very knowledgeable. It’s such a relief to have them come twice a year to make sure my generator health is good. Peace of mind is priceless.

We remain very satisfied with Reliable service after four years. The technician, Leandro De Lima, who performed todays maintenance was thorough, patient and neat and courteous. He found an issue that has beenour concern and replaced the part under the warranty. He also replaced the battery.

I called a 3 times the main office for technical support and never got a call back for an important question about my changes in my system while I did some construction.Day of construction, luckily, I had my original salesmans number - David Y. He explained what I needed to do and he came out the very next day to check on what I did to the system and confirm there wasnt a leak in the propane tank and capped and tested the generator. David is the Best!!!!! Whoever works the phones needs retraining.

Jevaughni, your Tech came to my home, for Our Annual Maintenance this year. From the moment he came, to the time he left, he was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I explained where the Generator was located as Ours is behind our home. Upon Completion, He explained what he had done showing w/pix and notes on his Tablet. He also showed Me a Pix that there was No Surge Protector inside our Electrical Box, & apparently there was a Note in previous Visit (nothing was ever mentioned to me about that verbally),however we needed new battery as I noted from my Mobil alerts & told the previous Tech, which was replaced. So this time the Protector was put in & Jevaughni did not pressure Me w/that decision. I also had my Annual Monitoring Contract due soon, he was kind enough to do figure payments w/& w/o discounts for my decision of payment. He also did me a favor of checking my Credit Card Expiration on my Annual Contract. He went Above & Beyond his job description to make this Repeat Customer Happy!!! Thank You!!

They were installing a generator down the street, and I happened to run to a problem. The job super Came down and helped me out, identifying my problem within a few minutes.. So that was the first big step in the right direction for me. At the time, I couldnt get anyone to come out and look at my problem.I quickly scheduled a tune-up on my generator which was a little overdue. They came out within a couple of weeks, with great communication on the appointment and the updates, the tech also called me about an hour plus before he arrived.The tech, Matt, was knowledgeable and cooperative. He did a thorough check on the equipment in addition to changing filters and checking the battery.So after this they had several things going in their favor. A competitively priced maintenance contract, people who seem to care, and good and efficient service on my 22 KW air cooled generator.Dave Kennedy was the one that helped.
