Power went off at 9.. Message online said service should be back at 10:30. Was on 30 minutes later. Mixed bag of customer service staff like any other utility company in the country from stellar, to apathetic. Had this in Arizona too, so hot with everyone running A/C ,power was always going out . Iβm sure crews were overworked and doing the best they could. Hey, Iβm just thankful for air conditioning. -

FpL were awesome! We had a power outage last night, they came out and restored power in the middle of the night AND sent a full crew to take away the multiple branches they had to cut down . They were SO efficient and took the time to clean up afterwards. They showed lots of integrity!! -
