Bill is professional, knowledgeable and timely. He and Jennifer resolved all issues and will protect me with reasonably priced monitoring and equipment installation. They took the time to show me how to test the equipment to ensure monitoring center response within a test environment. There is no sense in having fire protection without monitoring.Other fire protection companies are non responsive. Bill was very responsive and on time for appointment and installation.I highly recommend Elevated Fire and Security. Piece of mind for safety is priceless.

I oversee a condo association on Fort Myers Beach that was ravaged by Hurricane Ian. We were in need of work for the final touches on our building and part of that included fire alarm monitoring work as well as door entry and tying into the fire system.
